I drive almost an hour each way to come to this nail salon because it’s the ABSOLUTE best!! I’ve tried hundreds of nail salons and I’ve never had such amazing service and high quality nails than what I get when I come here. The luxury pedicure is performed to perfection and completely done without any steps skipped. Tom is my favorite nail technician. He is so sweet and kind and makes my nails perfect every time! This time I brought him a photo of the nail shape I wanted and they turned out better than the photo. If you want the shape in this picture ask Tom for acrylic powder clear ombré ballerina coffin.

I can always get an appointment here and they are so friendly here! I have had acrylics and gel on natural nails here and I love the attention to detail and the effort they put into your service! They guarantee their work and are more than willing to fix anything if you arent happy. I had a mani with gems that fell off and they fixed them twice -- at no charge!! Tom owns the shop and he is super friendly and hires really friendly staff as well.They have haircuts available and waxing too. They have a basic facial as well but are looking to expand.

Lady declined to trim my toe nails, with my pedi because she thought they looked OK the way they were even though I told her they were too long for me. Took over an hour for a basic pedi = cold water

Dont waste your time and money. I dont usually leave bad reviews but this was the worst dip manicure I have ever had. Came off within two days. I asked for purple glitter and she literally dipped my nails in purple glitter and added gel clear coat over it.

Came by on a busy Covid Saturday without an appointment after I saw the great designs & shaping here on google. I was asked to wait 15 minutes during which I was given a comfy seat at the outdoor nail booth while I selected a color. They were super busy but always explained the wait time, kept us over 6 feet apart and explained the reason when there was a pause in my service. They also told me the price of each service upfront. The basic pedicure was incredible so I’ll definitely try one of the other pedi packages in the future. Genuinely nice people, great customer service, excellent shaping & sweet designs. Highly recommend!!

I had Alex and tertha (sorry if I spelled it wrong) but they both took great care of me for my 25th birthday. They both did amazing I am so so happy with the outcome. This was the first time I tried this place and so glad I did. My day was made so much better because of them!

I am incredibly particular about my nails so I always get a little nervous going to new places. They were able to take me within 10 min of arriving and did the most amazing job! Tom is the absolute best. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and he actually did a better job than the photo! They really listened to what I wanted which was amazing, and continued to show me colors and ask me along the way if I liked everything. So happy to have found my new go to spot!

First thing youll notice is how clean, fresh this place looks with its beautiful decoration.I got a full acrylic set with Tom, was offered a refreshment as soon as I took a seat. Was made comfortable with great conversation throughout my experience, and when I changed my mind about color, Tom was more than happy to show me my options, he didnt make me feel like. A bother or that I was wasting his time. They are clean, very well mannered and kind and did a great job. Cant wait to go back for a fill!

One of the best Nail Salon experiences my wife and I have ever had! We called 15 minutes ahead and only had a 5 minute wait. We opted for the Deluxe pedicure option and were not dissappointed! As our feet soaked we were served complimentary mimosas and were given the remote to pick a movie as well! In the end we didnt even end up watching the movie because we got so caught up in conversation with Tom who was unbelievably kind and professional. Never would I have thought previously that I would drive out of my way for a specific shop, but this one is legendary. If your in Rohnert Park for a day, take a break and hit the Rohnert Park Nail Salon!

Every time I come in, there is almost always a sprinkle of customers coming in not just for mani-pedis but also for hair cuts and waxings, which tells me that nails are not just their specialty. Im looking forward to my next fill!

So I have been here previously and had wonderful service. And I just went today and got my nails done. I said I wanted a Mani and gel nails and I didnt get the Mani and they just did gel nails and the color is nice but the person who helped me rushed and didnt take his time and some of my nails arent rounded and even. I will say I have super short nails because I work and it requires them to be short. But I am not happy with the quality this time. and I made an appointment ahead of time and I was out of there in 30 mins. Makes me want to go somewhere else to get them fixed. But its not worth me spending the extra money. And yes even though I was unhappy with the quality I still left a tip. and I wasnt rude at all either because I know that nail salon people can have rude customers.

As I walked in staff were friendly and told me the wait was 15 minutes. I had called ahead of time as well to ask if I could pass by that day to get a manicure and the staff responded yes. As the 15 minutes pass, a different staff tells me 5 more minutes and 5 more minutes. I ended waiting about 35-45 just for the classic manicure no gel or acrylic the simplest/time consuming nail job. Anyways if I knew the lady who helped me out after waiting about 35-45 minutes to pay before she applied the nail polish. I would have not stayed for the service I am not sure why out of the 4-5 customers who were there no staff asked to pay before the service was done. I’m not sure if the staff thought I had no money or what was the issue or if it’s a policy to charge before service is done? I did not ask because I just did not feel comfortable asking. The results of my manicure were a 7/10 because my nails were not filled straight/shape is off. I would not go back to this salon due to the wait time, and for the indifference in customer service which I feel like it had to do with my appearance. I wish my experience would have been better since it was the first salon I went in Rohnert Park.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I treated my mom and myself to pedicures and the salon is very clean and welcoming. I was a little nervous because Ive never had a professional pedicure before and my nails were in very bad shape. They worked a miracle and my toes look pretty for the first time ever. Thank you!

It has been a while since I have gotten my nails done. The owner Tom who was the nail technician who attended me was really down to earth. Having to bite and pick at my nails for so long he gave me advise and what its needed than just plain acrylic nail. The whole experience was great. His personality and his. Customer service. Also Jenny or who did my pedi. She is sweet and caring. Over all I give this salon two awesome looking nail thumbs up!

Tom is a great nail tech. He knew all about nails and he told me he had around 10 years experience doing nails. He does all types of nails but I got coffin shape acrylics. I would definitely recommend going here, I’ve been to other nail salons in the area and they aren’t as skilled or knowledgeable about nails.

I had four acrylic nails felt off. At Rohnert Park Salon, the nail technician helped me to fix that. The price was reasonable and I gave her a big tip for doing a good job. She deserved it. Entered shop. No greeting. I asked if someone was available to do a pedicure. Young woman quietly answered yes and told me to choose my color. Ok, got color. Went to chair. Now I am 72 and this young woman is barely audible. Frustrating to me. Owner, I think it was the owner, never made eye contact. Never greeted me in any way. $30 plus tip. I dont think I will return. In this world people need to make more of an effort in their customer service. My thoughts.

Very informative, super clean and a totally different approach to nail care. I loved the tub liners and the use of fresh lemon to soften caluses verses chemicals. Great toe stretches and wonderful deep tissue leg and foot massage. Amy is fantastic go here for your pedicure needs you will be delighted.

I’ve never had a bad experience here! Amy takes the haircut ideas I have and makes them actually work! My eyebrows look amazing after she’s finished with them and she even gave me some tips on how to fill them in! I hate going anywhere else.

For the most part the haircut looks great, but there are flaws. The stylist is pretty confident in what she thinks will look good, but does not always listen to the clients wants. Uses experience as an excuse.

I had been here more than 5 times for a luxury pedicure and Ive been satisfied all times. Although its totally worth it. They use organic product for luxury pedicure so I am not worry about the effects of chemicals on my skin in a long time.

Rohnert Park Nail Salon is a great place..it was very clean and peaceful inside and staff was nice and friendly.They also did an amazing job on my nails.

First off not only did they take a last minute walk in for eyebrows, I didn’t have to wait long and as for the woman who did my eyebrows (AMY), not only was she fast and efficient with my eyebrows, she was also very precise with what she was doing. I was throughly impressed with her work especially because a previous eyebrow lady really messed up my eyebrows but Amy made a whole new woman lol but Definitely will remain a loyal customer and was completely satisfied.

I am very pleased with the experience I had their they were so friendly and the lady who did my eyebrows went above and beyond what was asked she fixed problem areas with no extra charge and the staff there was extremely friendly and made the whole experience overall enjoyable it was only $10 to get my eyebrows waxed and I was able to just walk in without an appointment I definitely recommend going if you need to get eyebrows done on the go. Its a good price for good quality.

I went in for a mani pedi, only ended up getting a pedi because the guy doing my pedicure took off while my toes were soaking for 10 mins. He was extremely rough. Next a women took over for him, while wearing a dress she sat with her legs wide open 😣. She wasnt able to open the polish I wanted so offered a different similar color that wasnt at all similar after she had already polished my toes. To top it off she didnt polish them great, a little messy. I will not be coming back here.
