I went here twice and was unhappy both times. After a week they always start to lift/peel off and are crusty (no, I don’t do manual labor). Paint job is bad. Always in a rush and never nice.

If you are picky with your nails do not come here. I came in about a week ago to get a set of acrylics, and do not feel as though I got my money’s worth. They look nice from afar, but overall they are very sloppy. The tips of the nails are uneven and crooked. There is a lot of excess gel not filed down on the bottom side of my nails. Not to mention my actual nails were cut quite carelessly into bulky squares. This left me being able to see my nails on the underside on the first day. Personally don’t waste your $75 here.

I set an appointment after being recommended to this location. I am out of town and sending my family to do business today at this location. The owner called me back and called me a criminal for wanting to pay for my girls over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here even if you like their quality. Unprofessional to the fullest. I’m responsible and have been responsible for managing Fortune 500 companies for a couple decades now. In today’s market there are many ways to take an electronic payment, this owner did not find a solution for their patron. I strongly recommend Giving another local business, the opportunity to earn your money. There was absolutely nothing “poetic” about my experience. Can I remove stars!? Been coming here for years, love this place. If you want cardi b nails, they got you. If you want a classic short set, they got you. I have never been told they couldnt do a design. Best nail salon around. They are straight forward about everything and I absolutely love it.

I know its covid but the outdoor chairs are uncomfortable and not relaxing. Guy did my pedicure today but the gel polish is lighter/darker in spots and when he filed at the end he chipped the gel and tried to cover it. Im not one to complain but a pedi is pretty expensive... I expect good work.

They are so nice here super professional and clean. This is the only place I go for my pedicures. I love how they have options for matching scrubs and lotions as well as hot rocks they use for their pedicures too. Highly recommend!

Amazing nail techs! Love this place!

Me and a friend had an appointment at the same time. She got seen 45 minutes later. The seating outside is uncomfortable I kept rolling backwards and had to put my feet up and felt like I was clenching the roller that I put my feet up on just so it wouldn’t roll away from me. The gel looks horrible I should’ve just done my own 💔🥺 it’s uneven coloring and bumpy gel do not come here 🙄 they don’t even cap your edges with gel so let’s see how long it lasts 😭

Tina the owner is amazing she is skilled, inviting and kind not to mention skilled ;). She does amazing acrylic work and takes sanitation very seriously. By far the cleanest pedicure Ive ever had. Although they just moved into their new location and are waiting for their new chairs and equipment to arrive they really do make the best of what theyve got. Cant wait for the new chairs tho... great prices great service great people. THANKS TINA!

I’ve had gel mani’s and pedi’s several times. The place is clean, staff professional and pleasant and quality top notch. Best nail salon I’ve found in awhile. Will definitely continue going.

Pedicure was great! Got to pick a scented lotion &scrub. Manicure was horrible. Completely different lady. The lady rushed thru it when they werent even busy. She left a lot of my nail unpainted. I mentioned it & she said on the 2nd coat. 2nd coat applied & it still looked like it had been 3 weeks since I had my nails done (huge gap between polish & cuticle). She accidentally touched my ring finger while still wet & she wasnt gonna fix it, until I pointed it out. She fixed it, but then she didnt put the top coat on that hand. Not going back.

Check out their Yelp and see how the owner responds to her unhappy customers with the rudest remarks you could ever imagine. I am waiting on the day that his nail salon goes out of business so we can celebrate as a community when this poorly managed nail salon leaves the town.

Really great at doing nails and lashes I went today for the first time and I will surely be going back. The service over all was great as well. Its best to call and schedule appointments. They have a very large c ok collection of colors as well.

Hidden ChargesMade an appointment and asked the owner if it was going to be a problem for me to soak the gel off versus them filing it off. She assured me it was no problem, so I booked the appointment. Upon arrival, I communicated to the ladies that were doing my nails that I would prefer to soak my gel off. They insisted on filing the top layer. I then proceeded to insist that they allow the gel to soak off versus filing any further and reassured them that I was in no hurry and they could take other clients while I was soaking. The owner became very agitated and was constantly speaking to the woman doing my nails telling her to hurry up. When it was all done not only was a gel pedicure $40, not the $25 I was quoted, I was also charged an additional amount for allowing my nails to soak! This salon is a never again for me.

I got my nails done here by an older man, and I am not satisfied with my nails or the experience whatsoever. I asked for square and he gave me some nails square and some nails coffin?? On my ring fingers he used different sizes for each nail so my left ring finger nail is so much bigger that my right ring finger nail. The salon itself is very messy and there’s a very uncomfortable environment. If you’re looking for relaxation, you will not find that here. They yell to each other across the salon and the own employees will sit on the massage chairs and start doing there own nails as if there weren’t any people sitting down waiting to get THEIR nails painted. Super unprofessional place. If I could take it all back I would.

Excellent in every way. Talented. Courteous, friendly service. Professional all around. Affordable and clean shop. Took my granddaughter today for pedicure and nails done. She loved it. Especially the foot bath with changing colored water. Got my first ped - foot massage. Feels great. Highly recommend it.

I made an appointment with a specific nail technician and they tried to throw me with anybody. I did not appreciate that at all! I am very picky about my nails and dont need to be made to feel bad about anything while I am in the shop!! Bad experience, pretty okay nails...

This is a brand new nail studio! Tina is amazing and her staff is friendly and well trained. They have water,juice,Soda or beer for their clients! They do an AMAZING job on your nails.

Shoddy work, chips easily and the owner is rude af to customers. If you pay that much for nails they should be perfect without having to fight with the owner who cant take criticisms or even listen to what the client wants.

I am not sure who are these people who have given 4 stars or higher to this place. I stepped out of this place totally frustrated. I just moved into Rohnert Park last month and wanted to get a pedicure done. I opted for the most basic $25 with hot stone massage. This lady, Lee, kept looking at the cash register for 70% of the time and paid no attention to me at all. Hot stone massage was her putting two stones on top of my feet for less than 30 secs (see it for yourself) and done. My pedicure was done in less than 10 mins. I went in to relax since I am a little stressed from the relocation and a new job amd totally ruined my $25 + a small tip I added which I am regretting now. Their nail paints are not branded so keep that in mind. Good luck with getting a service from them.

Felt very unprofessional. The overall establishment looked dirty and disorganized. Staff was unwelcoming and acted as if I was a walk in despite having made an appt. The water for my pedicure was cold and when they were adjusting it, five minutes after I asked for it to be adjusted, they told me when it was hot enough(it wasnt). I think I can decide when my waters hot enough. The man who did my nails was extremely rough, he made me bleed from filing my nails so crazily. He was constantly on his phone and not looking at what he was doing. The amount of pressure he used when holding my fingers was very uncomfortable & he left tons of dried glue on my fingers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After going here I will never again go anywhere else...My husbund surprised me with an appointment here...After calling many nail places this was the only place that was helpful to him trying to find a place that would do a specific design...Everywhere else waa rude to him and wouldnt help him...I loved the work and friendly service overall!!

I was not satisfied with my nails because I showed the man a picture of what I wanted and he didnt make it even a little close to what I was looking for, however he did do a good job just not what I asked for.
