The tech is the best we have ever seen. As my wife just said, he does this for a job, but its his *profession*--that is, doing a perfect job is what he cares about first and foremost. In a previous visit, he was the 3rd and only one who worked until a smell problem from our dogs was gone..

The office set appointment for between 4 and 6 pm, but the technician called me and was ready to do the job at 1 pm. He did a thorough job and made the 24 year old carpet look amazingly good.
