The team who was assigned to us (with Carlos as supervisor) did a great job. We had 2 areas in which they had to cleanup the water damage in our home. It was the basement and the kitchen around the sink area where the water burst. In both areas, they did a great service.What I like most about Carlos and the team is their punctual in their appointments, came on time, did an efficient job within the time frame they said it would take. Unfortunately we had our HVAC system leak and damage every floor below it. Called Servpro immediately and they came out that night. Leo Valladares and his team showed up and got right to work. They were extremely professional and courteous when working inside our home. They set up the fans immediately to begin the drying process. Due to the fact we have two small kids and it was late at night, they worked with us to come back the next morning and begin the demo of drywall/ ceilings. Once they finished, they cleaned up everything very well. Told us they would pick up the equipment a few days later at 3pm. They showed up right on time. It was the easiest and smoothest process we’ve had done to the house, too bad it was for this unfortunate situation. I hope we never have to use their services again but in the rare case we do, we will be calling Servpro and Leo. Thank you guys!

Carlos and his team were absolutely one of the most professional, honest, hard working group of people I’ve ever met. I had a massive sewage backup into my large basement and lost all the contents of the basement including a bathroom and huge built ins. I started with another company that was doing a sub-par job insisting that things like the bathroom tile, shower and built ins did not need to be removed. Carlos came in and immediately recognized that was not the case. His crew began doing more demolition after the other crew said they were “done”. He found more raw sewage under the tile, toilet, shower, sink, built-ins etc. They worked for two more days removing everything that needed to go. I’ve had several contractors in to look at what will need to be done to put the basement back together and every single one of them has said the remediation was top notch and they are thrilled to be following this clean up crew. Honestly I can’t say enough good things. They were respectful of my kids, my pets, my unaffected floors and made sure I was aware of all of their finding and any work they recommended being done. It’s stressful enough losing so many personal items and realizing it will be months before you get 1/3 of your house back to being useable....having a crew that are happy to help you and do the right job makes it a lot easier to cope with.

We had substantial water damage in our kitchen and basement due to old, leaky pipes. At the advice of our plumber, we contacted Servpro and their remediation team was out and at our house within 3 hours of our initial call. At first, I thought they were just going to take stock of the damage, but the team started the remediation that very afternoon. I was very pleasantly surprised.In parallel to the remediation efforts, Servpro sent someone out to assess the cost of reconstruction, coordinated with an asbestos abatement contractor, and worked with our insurance. Without fail, everyone I spoke to at Servpro was courteous, helpful, and incredibly quick in responding to questions and concerns that arose.Ultimately we felt so confident in the services that had already been rendered that we opted to have Servpro do the repairs to our home (including some upgrades to the basement). Their team did great work and were happy to address the few issues that we encountered.Hopefully we will never have need of remediation services again, but if we do Servpro will unequivocally be our first call.

Carlos is an excellent person to have in a crisis! We had water damage from an unknown leak and he was the lead on the water mitigation team. He came out and carefully secured the area to work, caught damage we had missed, and revealed that the issue wasnt a plumbing problem but a small slow leak that had degraded the subfloor and finally broken through. His team quickly created a system to remove the existing moisture and were on time in both arriving and picking up the equipment later. I would happily recommend this company and Carlos!

Alexis Reyes arrived on time and ready to work. He is highly professional and knowledgeable in his area of water damage and restoration. Alexis took the time to help us understand the readings on the moisture detector and took many readings in other areas of our home to show a comparison of the area in question. My hot water heater flooded my basement and it was such a mess. Servpro was out to my house so quickly it was such a relief. They did a fantastic job in and out in a matter of a few hours The mess was cleaned and the fans and dehumidifiers set up and running. Its a shock to come home to water flooding through your kitchen ceiling. After stopping the water flow from the bathroom above, we called SERVPRO right away. They were here within an hour and started the work. The crew guided us through the clean up process step by step, explaining everything they were going to do.To do the job right, they had to remove ceiling sections, roll back carpet, and remove tile from the bathroom. Then they had to dry everything using industrial blowers and de-humidifiers. To a homeowner it was painful, and loud. But for SERVPRO it was what was needed to be done to limit the damage, and be certain everything was dry. It took three days and SERVPRO came back each day to check on the equipment and progress. Each time they arrived right on time, and worked with the same care. They did everything they could to help move us from a crisis situation to recovery, explaining everything along the way. GREAT JOB! Thank you!

We arrived home on a Sunday evening after a weekend away to find two inches of water in our basement (finished and unfinished). Servpro appeared at 10:30 Sunday night, assessed the damage, prepped the house for all of the potential trips in and out, removed damaged property and instituted drying measures.
