Great service experience they did amazing job with my sofa and rug tony was kind and professional highly recommended

5 stars fro start to finish!!Spilled a full cup of steaming coffee on my carpet and I said to my self, well there goes your security deposit.A quick yelp and Google search for a carpet cleaning company brought me to this guys.I called pretty bummed and freaked out. I was answered immediately (8:30AM mind you) and spoke to Mike (Later on I found out hes one of the owners). He calmed me down said not to panic, told me they dont have anyone available until late afternoon but that theyll be sure to put me on theyre scheduled the very same day.About 30 minutes later Mike called to let me know that all of the technicians were booked but instead of letting me down he said that hell come and take care of in person.I was so impressed with his customer service and shocked by his dedication.After the carpet cleaning service was done the stain was completely gone, the carpet looked as if nothing happened to it and Mike made sure that all was taken care of.I highly recommend this company, good people are a rare commodity this days, this folks wont let you down.5 stars all the way

I was able to schedule an appointment with the company quite easily by phone. Their response rate is very high.mike arrived on time and very personable. They were polite, precise in their assessment of the work needed, services offered and the cost (not pushy). Once we agreed on the services, they got to work right away, were very efficient, and did a thorough job of cleaning our second hand couch. Mike was also upfront about a couple of stains that he didnt think would come out, but promised to do his best. Luckily the stains did come out after the cushions dried.Overall, very pleased with their service and would hire them again. it was a pretty dirty couch given how many buckets of dirty water they had to flush. Dont we all just wait until we cant really tolerate :)I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend these guys! I have been using USA Green Clean a couple years now and they are a routine part of our life every 4 to six months! I had an appointment from 8 to 10 in the morning. I had a lot of stains on the carpet and sofa. My friend recommended USA Green Clean. Leo was at my place at 8 am sharp. I got deap cleaning process like Sean recommended, I was skeptical for the stains to be removed, but he told me that everything will come out and I should not worry. I have to say I am very happy as my stains came out completely my sofa looks great now. I have to say I was impressed with the service because I had some experience with carpet cleaners in the past and it was not good !was very nice kind and very professional he gave me a lot of tips on how to maintain my carpet and upholstery and told me I can always call if I have any questions .I will recommend this company to all my friends and people I know .they are a very good company to work with and Im looking forward to work with them again!

I was looking to get my caroets cleaned.my friend recommended USA green clean to me .I called and booked an appointment Sean was taking care of me and asked me a lot of questions and when Leo came I understood why !Leo came in said good morning went over the job description and got to it !he knew Exactly what to do how to do it and managed to remove all stain and traffic this is the 3rd time Im cleaning my carpets and the 1st time any company Succeeded to remove the traffic you know the black patterns you see around a sofa and in Holloways?? Well its out its clean and Im shocked and happy I dont know what kind of Brushing tool he used but it got the job done Amazing job by an amazing company

Got a pretty bad water damage in basement area caused by leaking problems from outside, the mold smell is terrible. Based on the excellent review on Yelp, I called Usa green clean MD, they set up the appointment for free estimate in the same day. The price is very reasonable and the work was scheduled the day after. The work was done exactly as I want it, no mess, very professional, the mold smell is totally gone, I couldnt be more happier.I wish I could give those guys 10 stars !

I usually dont take the time to write reviews, but Usa Green Clean deserves an exception!! I was devastated by mold from water damage in a poorly constructed NEW home. The builder sent their subcontractor for partial remediation, leaving 2 small fans spreading mold spores all over the house. I felt worse after their partial remediation, with severe allergic reactions, I had to move out. I must say Usa Green Clean turned my life around, awesome life saver. I was impressed by Tony - his vase knowledge and professionalism gave me a peace of mind even before starting the job. Tony was willing to go extra miles to address all my questions/concerns. I had Ben cleaning my 3 bedroom apartment in rockville MD and my sectional I had a lot of stains and a heavy traffic area ben recommended Ill get the deep cleaning I got a very reasonable price and decided to go ahead through it and a half day Im very happy with the results the stain came out completely I got sanitation and disinfection for free my sectional Ben was honest and told me I dont need anything else besides a good steam cleaning which I very appreciated because I appreciate honesty I already booked them for next week for my moms house I highly recommend to all my friends and family. thank you USA green clean

I had a Persian rug that needed to be cleaned and fixed. my dog did some rips and its a very unique rug I called usa green clean in order to see if they can do this kind of service I spoke to Jenny and she offered to send an estimator right away .I was happy and booked for the same day .The gentelman came to the house and I showed him what I need.He explained what need to be done and gave me the prices on the spot .He took the rug with him and said it will be 7-14 business days for delivery .I got the rug cleaned fixed and at my door step in 9 days!Everything is looking graet and I am very happy!this rug was passed on in my family for years so u can imagine I had some concerns but Im happy to say that they really did a wonderful job.Thank you guys I really do appreciate it .

With all those companies out there and all the promotions You never know Which company will actually provide a good service and not play with the price I had a budget in mind couldnt really play with it .USA green clean gave me price and didnt even try to increase it When I call to schedule the appointment Sean asked me so many questions and explained that his company do not mess around with prices thats why he would like to gather as much information he needs so he can give me the most accurate price and thats how it was they did a great job in and gave me a great service experience I will definitely use them again

I called usa green clean to come clean my carpets .I had some massive stains and traffic, they came out and made it super clean .they used some kind of brush machine that scrubbed the carpet Beautifully.carpet looks graet again .

My wood floors looked doll and lost the shine with the years I called USA green clean and wanted to see if there is anything I can do I spoke to Sean on the phone and he agreed to come check it out Sean came in and did the estimate that was free BTW.I called a week later and booked it .they came in removed my old coat and cleaned the floor and all the dirt and buildup was gone then they applied a shiney coat that looks amazing .very good service experience from all the partys involved .highly recommended .and what I learned is that you dont have to spend a fortune to get graet looking floors just call USA green clean.

I had a company come and clean my carpet and actually made it worst !!I had to call another cleaner and found USA green clean spoke to Sean on the phone and he was very kind and knowledgeable tech arrived on time and prectactly saved my carpets.they brushed the carpet and cleaned everything amazingly.what a difference carpets looks graet I wasnt sure what to expect but Leo did an amazing job .one thing Im sorry about is that i didnt call USA green clean first it whould of save me time and money
