We were looking for duct cleaning for our new home. We were also having an issue with our dryer vent not being vented to outside of our house. Not only did our technician find an earlier opening for us but he cleaned the ducts and took on going into our crawl space to replace abd run the duct properly for the dryer vent. He also changed our filter and noticing that it was completely black after only 1 month he performed a cleansing abd sanitization. This was all done at an extremely reasonable price for nearly 3 hours of his time. I would highly recommend this business.

I found this company based on good review on line. But my experience is so disappointing and time consuming. I paid $890 for deep carpet cleaning ($390) and air duck cleaing ($500 for two systems). The technician came to my home, did the work. But they left with a mess! I had to vacuum the area they worked. When I inspected the carpet next day, I found one bedroom there is huge coffee stains, one basement room stain area not touched. The whole carpet looks like not touched.Took pictures and sent to Jennifer, called Jennifer, she was nice, immediately to offer a re-clean next day. The same guy came late. Then I had to watch him to do every room. What all he did is just spray some liquid and used a sweeping machine to sweep the carpet. Yes, he cleaned the coffer stain and some areas obvious very dirty. But consistently he tried to cut short, and when I did not babysiiting him, he skip areas. He complained a lot of low pay, he had to pay gas by himself, and buy special chemical for stains from his pocket. Then I asked him to vacuum the carpet, he told me deep carpet cleaning does not including vacuuming! I was shocked. Eventually he did some vacuum. Today I walked into family room, I found a big area stain still there-- when he did family room, I was in bathroom, did not monitor closely, my fault. I had to use wet paper towel to clean it by myself. In one word, it is my fault to have called wrong company. Cost me $390 for carpet cleaning and many hours to monitor, the result is very disappointing!*****After reading the owners response, I had to say more Dec 28 2018I have pictures before and after your technician cleaning my carpet! The Dry carpet cleaning is a joke, unless you supervisor the technician, he would focus to cleaning, otherwiste, he just try to pretend he did the job to. The technician told me he only get 20% of what I paid the company, I paid $500 for air duct cleaning and $390 for carpet cleaning. I just bought the house, the carpet was decent clean, I ordered a cleaning service for peace of mind to make sure it is very cleaning before I moved in. The technician told me he has to pay gas, and $20 special chemical from his pocket. two technician spent 2 hours for air duck cleaning which I paid $500, and then 2 hours for my carpet about 2200 sqft, which I paid $390. After I found out he did not even touch much of area of my clean carpet, I found coffee stains, the company sent him back for second cleaning which I monitor. I found the so called cleaning is just use some liquid to sweep the carpet, I had to ask for a vacuum. That is a simply a joke. But I would not blame the technician, for the whole job, I paid $890, he only got $168, minus gas and $20 chemical cost. This is very disappointing way to run a business.Mr Shouki, you own this company, you really should have trained your technicians to do the job right at the first time, should never cut corners. Your technician promised everything, but deliver shortly.I was happy he came back to re-do the job, I was NEVER happy with the result. But I understand he only got 20% of what I paid the company, I could not blame him. So I wrote him did a reasonable good work.Again, it was a waste of time and money. I can post more pictures to prove the terrible result after cleaning.The following picture was taken the day after 2nd cleaning. I had to use wet paper towel to clean this stain in family room. You tell you how good is the service after $390.

I was one of the many individuals who had a plumbing pipe burst in the DC area a few weeks ago and the 1st level of the house was entirely flooded. As a result, the carpets on the first level had to be completely removed. In a moment of haste I quickly called the 1st name a google search returned which was Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. The owner was very receptive and helpful. I called in the afternoon and the very next morning the manager himself came out to my house and was able to vacuum dry the carpets and he was able to get one of his other workers (who was on his day off!) to come help him remove the carpets revealing wood floors. They even moved all of the furniture and did all the heavy lifting. Once the carpets were removed they left two big industrial fans to dry out the wood underneath. Within 48 hours after the original incident the house looked great. All that was needed was a little extra time with the fans and the wood floors were all dried out. Express was prompt, respectful, and helpful. They really helped me out of a tough spot and most likely saved the hardwood floors underneath which now look beautiful after a little Murphys Oil to clean them up! I will definitely use these guys again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I love that the process is quick, dries within an hour or two. Justin called an hour prior to arrival keeping us updated on his arrival time and some basic instructions and information. He arrived promptly at the beginning of his window and quickly went over the process with us and explained everything in detail. They use organic, eco-friendly materials to clean the carpet and Justin cleaned every inch thoroughly. He even helped us move some small pieces of furniture that we hadn’t originally moved. I had a rust stain from a metal desk on the carpet that they got out completely! The carpets look new and I really like how fresh they smell. I feel as though I am uninformed about carpet cleaning. In my mind carpet cleaning involves a machine in which liquid is put down on the carpet and then a machine sucks it back up thereby removing the dirt. I had 5 rooms which were done by this company. Once they were already there I found them with a hand held rotary device that you would normally see shining floors. When they say deep cleaning, they hand spray a solution on the carpet and then use the circular machine with a cloth head to rub it in. They didnt use a device that vacuums up dirt.On one hand, did they do what they said they would? Yes. The carpets did look better. Stains were treated and no longer noticeable. Did they use a machine that would thoroughly clean the carpets and remove the dirt versus push it back into the padding under the carpet? In my opinion no. In the future I will ask carpet cleaners how exactly they clean carpets.They offered me $15 dollars off the cleaning if I would give them a good rating online; however, I was unable to log in at the moment and declined and paid full price. I ended up going and renting a regular Rug Doctor to go over a couple of areas that I wanted to have cleaned.

Last Saturday my AC system had a back-up. I called Express Dry Carpet Cleaning to see if they had equipment that could get the water up and dry the carpet out. The owner came immediately and brought a commercial blower to dry the carpet and padding.
