My appointment was scheduled for 10am-12noon. I received a call at 10:30 saying that they would be arriving closer to noon. Ok NPWell they showed up at 1pm, no apology no nothing OKThem he explained the process also told me about 3 additional centeal/ return and gave me the price. Ok NPHe also mentioned needed to cut a hole for easier access and that they would patch it back (No cost mentioned) I said ok. At this point its 2:45 and I have to leaveIn the end I had to pay $175, I looked at the invoice and said to him I would NEVER agree to pay you to cut my system. He tried to fast talk me...I I had a 3pm appt so no time to argue about the price. I got back home and noticed that they left several items behind like screws, bungee cord and one of their sweepers.Save your money! If you want good service

Found a Groupon for carpet cleaning. They also scotch guarded my carpet. While the gentleman was very professional I do wish I’d know even with a Groupon it would cost $159.

The Technician Louis D. came out to my property on 2/7/2020. He was very professional and clearly explained the issues that I had with regards to mold. He took his time (which took several hours) and resolved the matter with a fair price. The reason I will use this company again is because of the service and professionalism that Louis provided. I just cant thank him enough.

This company is not professional at all. Came my home did not have a ladder and said he needed to clean my vents. By me doing maintenance for the last 30 years I see he was trying to get more money. I let him use my ladder. He goes and tell me it will and additional $200 and something dollars. I told him just to clean the vents out only. Make along story short he refused to do it and he said dust is going get on me etc... By me being a Christian Minister. Politely told him to leave my premises. V-CLEAN they lower you in then think you can take wha they saying. I am sorry for Groupon to have them honor that deal. Shady

We didn’t have a good experience with this company. They left a hole in the wall as they tried to put the cover back on the air return. Sever other covers weren’t put back properly. Their vacuum hoses left scuffs on the walls. They were just very careless and didn’t take their time.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by V Clean and my technician, Benjamin Carter came and did an amazing job. He provided me with exceptional service and was extremely knowledgeable in his field. Thank you Benjamin and V Clean.

The young man who cleaned my ducts (Ben) was very thorough and didnt leave a trace of dirt behind after vacuuming out my filthy furnace. It was really abominable! Now its like new. Good job!

Do not use this company. I scheduled an appointment with them and they did not show. Company representatives saw my review and contacted me saying that I scheduled the appointment for a month away (Im not sure why I would do that when I wanted the earliest available appointment. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Maybe I misunderstood. Maybe they scheduled it wrong and cant admit it...) She proceeded to tell me that I need to remove my review. I didnt. This company has called me several times and emailed me threatening to file a lawsuit. if I dont take down my negative review of them.

Shawn and his team showed up within the window of time I had been given and got busy. They cleaned and sanitized my ducts, deep-cleaned and sanitized the carpets, and cleaned the dryer hose and vent. They also went above and beyond by helping me to move furniture and other items from the area to be cleaned. They were cheerful and friendly and worked hard.I’ve had V Clean out to do my carpets several times. They’ve always done a great job and have always been cheerful and friendly.

I had an appointment set up with this company for carpet cleaning, they told me technician will call 30 minutes before he comes in then today day of my service I got a call saying I am your carpet cleaner I will be there in 7-10 minutes. I told him about that 30 minutes heads up, his response was “ I can’t do anything my GPS says 7/10 minutes. “Such a rude technician. Total waste of money and time! First of all they give you a 4 hour window for arrival time. They cancelled the first appointment 2 minutes before the appointment is due. Never did anything for the inconvenience they have caused on our schedule. Waited 3 hours for the second appointment.... the technician just finished 5 minutes ago. Totally disappointed with the result. Vacuum the carpet per their instructions ahead of time but none of the spots came off as I hoped. The carpet is dumper and smelled nice. What was very disappointing was that I have used This company before and I had a very opposite experience!!! Too bad.....

Give this company NEGATIVE Stars, its completely a fraud. The service guy came 30 minutes late, when they checked the vent, they found other problems immediately and asked the charge over $600, low quality equipment, the worst service ever...Dont buy a service or groupon from this company, everyone who had the issue with them shall report a complaint with your local consumer protection offices or the state regulatory agency or licensing board that has jurisdiction over the seller. Notify the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in your area about your problem.

I just recently had my air ducts cleaned by this company. The tech that came to my home was very polite and very professional. Yes, he offered me some additional services that may have been a little pricey for me, but I politely declined and he went on to perform the services i paid for. He did a very nice job on my duct work. My vents look very clean. I also noticed that they do carpet cleaning as well. I will be using this company for my carpet very soon. Hopefully I will be able to write another good review for their carpet services. I would definitely recommend Vclean for air duct cleaning at the moment

I DO NOT recommend buying any coupons or special promotions for this company. For one, once they get through your house, as the other reviewer said, we ended up spending $180 on vent cleaning on our house, then they pressured my husband into ANOTHER $320 for sanitizing the house using God-only-knows what kinds of chemicals. So we ended up spending $500 on a $59 groupon coupon. The EPA does NOT recommend using these treatments in your house- dont be like us! Do your research FIRST!

Comp gave 8-11 a.m. window at initial set up of the service. Their second call said that the new time frame is 11-2. I said the techs will have to arrive by 1 p.m. so that it can be finished by 3 p.m. I specifically said that Ill have to leave the house after that~I called the comp at 1 p.m. to ask about the whereabouts of the techs. The service rep argues with me about what their record shows and that I had been told that the workers can arrive by 3 p.m. and that would still be within their time frame. I asked for the manager. Jamie hangs up on me.Luckily, the manager called me back later. I explained that I wouldnt have set up for the service in the first place if I knew theyd arrive here at 3 p.m. Again, she tried to tell me that the workers can arrive by 3 p.m. and itll still be in the window. I told her to not send the techs because I wont be here for them to work here from 3-5 p.m.Im just glad that I never got the service from them. Who knows what they wouldve tried to charge me extra and who knows what damages they wouldve done to my home? None of this would be a problem if the service rep had called to say that they just cant send anyone here by the hour I requested. Instead, she tried to argue about what she saw on the computer screen. I dont understand why some people have to argue about something simple as, Sorry, we cant get there on time. Sellers of the house we just bought used these guys to clean the ducts, and dryer vents. We move in, get a new dryer installed, guy from BestBuy looks at our dryer vents and literally says Oh man thats bad. There was a one inch layer of dust throughout the dryer hose, which could be seen going into the actual dryer vent as well. So they literally did nothing, and charged our sellers for it. They could have simply replaced the hose, and done the actual cleaning, but apparently they only did the air vents, pretended to the dryer vents, and left. We were going to call them ourselves and tell them this is unacceptable, and to have someone come out and finish the job, but after seeing all these terrible reviews weve decided to simply go to another company that we can rely on to get the job done correctly.You guys have people willing to dish out more money to AVOID you, then simply holding you accountable. That is shameful, and you should reevaluate your business practices. Doesnt help that you have an F on the Better Business Bureau website. Get it together.

I left work to meet the tech. He was over an hour late. Came in a car. Not a truck. Used my electricity my water. He’s taking forever. Stay away from these people.

Run away as fast as you can from this company. I spent $79 for a voucher for air duct cleaning. I was told this would cover 1 main and 1 return. First off, they were late. Then the car that pulled up was a regular car - did not have the name of the company or anything. The guy then went to count up all the vents, mains, and returns. I was told it would be an additional $125 for the other mains (I had 1 additional main and 2 additional returns.) Then they tried to upsell me on the sanitizing option. The guy worked up a quote for me and said that it would be an additional $469! Then when I scoffed at spending that amount of money (on top of already spending $79), he somehow gave the extra special rock bottom deal and lowered it down to $250 for everything which made me mad because if he could have given it to me for $250 to begin with why try to squeeze an extra $210 from me. Who knows if they even did a good job or what kind of chemicals they used for sanitizing. For all I know, it could have been soapy water. Hard lesson learned. Research a company before spending money on a voucher.

Set up appointment on Wed to arrive next day, Thursday. Was supposed to arrive btw 11am to 3pm. Then rescheduled on me and said they would come 5-7pm. Ended up showing at 7:30pm.Cleaning lady was in a hissy mood. When facing me, was on her phone, and talking to a friend. Came into my apartment with dirty Air Jordans. Tried to upsell me when I just asked for regular cleaning. Then tried to charge me an extra $10. I specifically informed them of what I needed and if there were any extra charges.Not professional, not ethical, and will pull the last-minute pricing on you at the door.I don’t even know if this is a real company or some random craigslist ppl showing up.

Your Typical bait and switch company. They come in at a low low price but when they get there they tell you the coupon is only for water. In order to clean the carpets you need to buy all these extras. I should have just went with a reputable company.

I would give a 0 if able! Second time using V Clean for carpet cleaning and I have now learned my lesson. Scheduled appt for Friday 2/22/19 between 3 and 5pm. Technician calls me at 12:45 and says she is 17 minutes away and will meet me at the house. I tell her Im at work and that the appt is for 3-5 but I can make it home by 2:45. She tells me No, its ok, Ill be there at 3.Shes not there at 3, or 4 or 4:30 or 4:45 so I call the number that she called me on at 12:45. She doesnt answer and in 20 seconds I receive a text message that says... Hi, Im still in traffic is it ok if I get there by 5:30? Now Im really upset as we had moved a lot of furniture to plan for the carpets to be cleaned and we have dinner plans that night at 6pm. So I call the office and tell the manager what was going on. She was nice and asked if she can call me back in 5 minutes, I said sure. Meanwhile at 4:54 another text came in from the technician saying.... Can you answer my text Im driving I cant answer the phone.So.....she can call me at 12:45 but she cant answer MY call at 4:45 and then SHE can text while shes driving...demanding that I answer her text??!!The manager called me right back and apologized saying that the technician was NOT allowed to go back to MD for lunch and that she would be disciplined but that she is about 30 minutes away and is it ok if she still comes to clean the carpets! At this point I am NOT happy with this situation at all and tell the manager that I DO NOT want this manipulating, deceiving technician stepping foot into my house. The manager was unable to send out another technician that day so I made the choice to get my money back and never use V Clean again.By the way, my first experience with V Clean wasnt much better. Again, the technician showed up beyond the scheduled window time.I am typically NOT one to bash anyone trying to make a living, but Im hoping to let the poor practices of V Clean be known to other unsuspecting customers and save them the aggravation!

Run far away. The customer service is bad. They scheduled me for an appointment and then called the day before to change the time. When I asked why they needed to change the time they stated that the technician had a big job in the middle of the day. I asked if they knew that when they made my appointment. The answer was dispatch makes the schedule the day before and they didnt know until then. Then when the technician did arrive he gave me a different price. I had him call HQ and they said it was my responsibilty to tell them how many steps I had versus them asking. On top of all of that my floors look the exact same as they did before VClean came over. I left an item on the floor on purpose and after the guy left, the item was still there. Which means he didnt clean the floor which was less than 250ft. This place is horrible. I will NEVER use them again. I urge others to save there money and go somewhere else.

Id give it no stars if it was possible. Technician went to the wrong house then lied to the dispatcher (manager) saying he went to the correct address. Little did the technician know that I could see him down the street talking with my 23 yr old autistic neighbor. Manager said she could only reschedule for another day. I told her it was unacceptable since I had spent money hiring someone to help me with furniture moving.Carpets wont be clean in time before family and friends arrive this weekend. Horrible I one word.Purchased through Groupon and wish I had checked reviews.Only one staff member with a substandard vacuum which didnt even lighten simple stains which I could get off with regular carpet cleaners after they left. First scheduled appointment was cancelled by them! Charged extra with promises to get the spots off with stain removal treatment.....all spots were still there when they left. NEVER USE THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE😠

Scheduled to arrive between 8 and 12. Didnt arrive until 12:30. The basic clean included in the Groupon made my rug look exactly the same. The only difference was that the rug was damp and smelled nicer. Definitely NOT worth waiting all day and paying $40 to have a slightly better smelling rug, when I could have used some fabreeze or rented a steamer from a hardware store for cheaper and would have gotten better results. I had a few well-worn spots in front of my couch that I had hoped would lighten a bit… no changes at all!

TERRIBLE customer experience with this company!! I called to book my appointment and got everything scheduled for the Monday after Thanksgiving. After coming home from traveling from the holidays, I had a message from them on my voicemail saying they were calling to confirm my appointment and that they would not come until I confirmed. I immediately called them back (this was the morning of my appointment) and they told me because I didnt call them back the day prior (.... which was a Sunday of a holiday weekend....) that they cancelled my appointment. When I asked if they could still come that day, they said that the schedule is made a day prior and they could no longer come. I had scheduled furniture delivery for the next day around when they could come the first time, and now was stuck. They didnt apologize and put all the blame on me. The never mentioned to me when booking that someone would call a day prior to confirm and if they didnt speak to me they would cancel my appointment - if I knew that I would have given them my cell phone!! I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

This company is exceedingly unprofessional. The employee that came provided many under the table discounts and offers, leaving many unreliable price points which brings the actual service costs under question. Furthermore, after declining some services, the employee continued to perform unrequested services, resulting in an upcharge. More specifically, we redeemed a Groupon deal to clean our air ducts, including all vents and 1 main and 1 receive. After declining extraneous services and asking for only 2 mains and 3 receives, he charged for 3 mains and 3 receives. During the process, the employee broke one of the vents, in which the employee only offered to fix it himself rather than replace the incurred damage.***Finally, to top it all off, he left a pile of cigarettes and dog feces in the middle of our driveway before running off. ***Do not get scammed by this terrible, unorganized, unprofessional, rundown company. It is not qualified to be called a service

I wouldnt use them even if the service was free. The worst carpet cleaning company I have ever dealt with. Of course he was beyond late than told me the carpets need deep cleaning as there dirty so it would cost more than the groupon purchased and I agreed asked what payment method and he said only US Dollar currency only. Okay i get it im foreign but that was unnecessary, living here my entire life never have I seen such unprofessionalism! Had my furniture not been moved already and guest arriving next week. I wouldve asked him to leave but I paid and after he was done the dirt in the carpets were still there. As if someone. Has only sprayed water and he didnt even drain the water out good. Save your money and find a better company!

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. I purchased a $79 Groupon for HVAC system clean and told the service technician Sean to give me an estimate before starting additional work (outside of the Groupon). Sean works and I come back to find that he has already done the additional work and charges me $1,800 more for it! I called V Clean and the woman I spoke with said that Sean was her boss and she couldnt do anything about it. I asked to speak to Seans supervisor (V Clean President) and she said he was unavailable. This place is a rip-off. I would never, ever use again or recommend V Clean.

Vclean services are a ripoff! They are considered a blow and go company, meaning they do a crappy job and charge you high dollars for there services. None of there techs are NADCA cerifified but they sware they can clean your ducts properly! If you ever had your air ducts cleaned by them i would recomment that you have a cetified tech. to come and inspect the job that they did and i bet you that they did not clean your system as they said they did and charged you. Vclean advertises as a A+ BBB member and they are not they have a B rating if not lower then that by now. I would not recommend them to anyone! Please do your research before you decide to get work done so that you do not get ripped off, and dont be affraid to ask them are they certified in any of the services that they are providing. I would recommend using someone off of angies list instead of these type of scam companies. The only few good reviews on google are from employees that work for the company including the owner!

I would give this cleaning company ZERO stars.... STAY AWAY!!! CON-ARTIST AT ITS BEST!!!! They will get in your house and try to upcharge you for a deep clean.. The stain never came out and my carpets look HORRIBLE!!! Not to menetion this is the 3rd time that Ive reached out to them via Groupon.. the first time they didnt honor my coupon, the sencond time they said they were on the way the coinsidently had to reschedule....Thrisd time was NOT the charm..
