He was honest and talked us though everything before performing any unnecessary services. Jeff also let us know that the a/c seemed to be working properly, but with a cleaning it may work a little more efficiently on such hot days. It was our choice and he didn’t push it too hard. We decided to have it done and our a/c is running SO much better today after he cleaned everything up — the house is finally cool! Beyond impressed with the professionalism & honesty, as well as the results. We were so impressed that we signed up for a plan to have the furnace and a/c unit maintained each season.

I have worked with many a service provider as a home owner. Without exceptions B&B AC and Heating Service is the best. I have used them since 1994 when I moved into my house. Every tech they have sent has been extremely knowledgeable, professional and cordial. Every service call has been completed successfully on the first visit. They are very professionally attired. They never try to sell you services. But they will give your knowledgeable recommendations when procedures are needed. I have had the annual maintenance agreement and it has paid for itself. They come to my house twice a year for A/C and furnace inspections, a service that is part of the annual agreement. This company has provided flawless service for going on three decades! To say I could not recommend them highly enough is an understatement!

We used B&B on a super hot day in July when our air conditioner was on the fritz. We called and they arrived just a little over an hour later! Jeff was great! Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the problem and had our AC running better than ever in no time. We even ended up signing up for their maintenance contract. Overall a great experience!

I called B and B to have them come service our HVAC. They happened to have a cancellation and Jeff arrived quickly. He took lots of care with our AC systems, replacing filters, and cleaning the drain lines and coils. Jeff was very thorough and took care to make sure everything was done correctly. The upstairs AC is now working much, much better than it did before he came. We so appreciate the skilled technicians we get when we call B and B.

Pak came early in our time window. He was totally professional. I anticipated that he would diagnose our a/c issue. He exceeded my expectation by fixing it. He replaced a broken condenser. I think the whole job took 40 minutes. And the price was very reasonable. That is an A+ in my book!

Our AC started malfunctioning the night before we were expected to head out of town. We called the following morning and B&B answered immediately. They assured us they could send someone out by 1pm. Bob, our technician, then arrived a head of schedule and promptly identified the issue and fixed our AC unit by replacing the cooling pump. He was professional, prompt and courteous. We are very pleased with the service and look forward to working with B&B in the future for all of our cooling and heating needs.

Jeff saved the day! He deserves a 5 star rating but the company gets 3 so I am giving an overall 4 star rating. The company is very good at responding to problems but the problems should not have happenend in the first place or taken multiple visits to fix. We had a new AC unit installed and 2 weeks later, the fuses that allowed the outdoor condenser to kick on kept blowing. Multiple people tried to fix it and, upon my request, one of the service managers inspected the AC unit but it kept happening. When Jeff came, he didnt just replace the fuses, he figured out why it was happening and fixed the underlying cause. It has been working great since. Thanks Jeff. This issue was stressful.

Pak, the technician is a Genius. The first repairman from another company said it couldn’t be fixed and was having us face $10,000 to replace. Our house was 85 degrees in the evening. Pak came, did much more to diagnose and test and we had air conditioning an hour later after 48 hours in 85 degrees. I bought a contract with B&B that day because of him. Thank you !

Alan, Joan showed up and fixed the inside air conditioner which was leaking water did a nice job very pleasant sold me a year warranty which just happened to come in handy because eight days later there was a water leak which turned out well I hope it turns out to be something with the floor drain then Manuel came out and re-inspected and said it’s the floor drain you need to call a plumber no charge so I’m waiting for the plumber these guys did a great job very happy with their business and then I got a call the next morning about did someone show up and yes they did show up and he said after the plumber comes to call back for a recheck which was very nice very professional business

Air condition at my home has been having some problems for the last few years (10 your old system). Had my dads service guy looking at my house who would fix stuff here and there. Decided to call a professional company to look at it so everything can get service and fixed at one time. Really happy with the service they provided! I worked with Alan one week and Manuel and Ceaser the other week (the fix had to be split in 2 visits due to ordering replacement parts for the AC). All very professional, on time, and polite. They did a full inspection of the system and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. All of them were very detailed with what needed to get fixed and explained the pricing of it. I will be using them again from now on.

My central air stopped working and B&B sent over a tech same day. Tommy C was very friendly and got the job done and done well. Took his time staying for over 4 hours into the evening. Explained everything to us simply and only cost us the cost of some coolant with all labor covered under our yearly contract with the company. Reliable and recommended!

We had a lot of work done this Spring, including the installation of a new AC unit, as well as extensive cleaning of ducts & vents. The two recent contractors from B&B, Faber and Joan, were terrific to work with and very professional in every aspect of their work. Highly competent! We have used B & B Air Conditioning & Heating for over a decade, and they installed a new furnace and water heater for us as well a few years ago. Never a complaint about the high quality of the work. They are the only service we use for any heating and air conditioning work, and we couldnt be happier to recommend them.. A +++

Every service person I have ever had over 20+ years has been on time, knowlegable, and efficient. They recommend certain repairs or fixes, but never push if you dont want those things at that time. Today my tech was Joan Almonte and I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent job!

Alan and Cesar worked ALL DAY here fixing my air conditioning. It works, but it wasnt easy. They worked hard together fixing a complicated system in close quarters in an apartment. They cleaned up after the job. They are good natured. I was given a correct quote for the work. The telephone calls saying when the company is coming are a life saver. The ability to call for help 24 hours a day and talk with a live person is not found anywhere else.

Weve had an annual maintenance contract with B&B for many years because when heating or a/c stops working, you need someone to show up the same day. So when the a/c stopped working, B&B sent Pedro within 45 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue, offered several solutions for both immediate and long-term fixes, and scheduled a return visit the following day with the necessary part. Kudos to Pedro and to B&B.

Jose and Dennis did a great job installing a new evaporator. They were on time, friendly, courteous, and explained the steps in the process so I would understand why there were some period of down time (purging the system, reloading, etc.). They were done in 3 hours. Weve been customers for some 25 years now and can always count on them.

Pan was our technician. He was polite and courteous. He was very helpful and informative.

Technician (Alan) arrived promptly, very conscientious about COVID 19 protocol, and began the semi annual review of our system. He replaced the air filter, tested the drain and inspected the condition of the outside unit. He also recommended cleaning the outside compressor and replacing the surge protector. B&B has been maintaining the system for over 20 years. When they make recommendations we believe them. It isn’t a matter of upselling. The system does need periodic replacement of minor parts which are not included in our annual maintenance contract and the charges are reasonable. Alan has provided annual inspection in the past and we expect to see him again.

We have had a service contract with B&B for many, many years. They perform a semi-annual inspection every year and normally that is all we need. However, today we detected a problem and called them for service. I was blown away by their responsiveness. Their tech, Joan Almonte, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He promptly found the problem and fixed it. Despite having a very long work day (it was 7:30 p.m. before he left), he took the time to explain everything. I am very appreciative that B&B sent such a wonderful tech to help us out.

Our AC was broken, and B&B was able to send out Alan promptly - two hours earlier than even expected. He was able to fix our issue, which was weak capacitors, showed us around our system, explained how often we should be checking things like the filters and the cleanliness of the outside unit, and took time to discuss what he would recommend and why. Our air conditioning stopped working on Saturday night so called Sunday morning. Mr. Pak came to fix in 2 hours after We called. We are so so happy. It was so hot day. He is excellent! Thank you so much.

Andy and Joan were punctual, friendly and did a thorough job cleaning our ducts. We hadnt had this done in 28 years and they spent most of the day cleaning vents and ducts. They cleaned up after themselves also.

Alan was extremely thorough in checking the AC system. He also went the extra mile by showing me how to clean the filters for the min-split system. And, he carried the ladder back downstairs for me!

Faber, Andy, Manuel and Bob were just fabulous. My hot water heater started leaking at 10:00 PM on a Friday night. The lead on the team arrived by 11:00 that night and, our hot water heater, which had served us well for 27 years (and maintained by B&B since its purchase from them) finally died. We agreed that they would replace it early the following week. The night before they were to come, our furnace of 22 years (purchased from B&B and serviced by them every year since purchase) stopped working around 7:00 in the evening. I called B&B and left a message that there was no need to send anyone that evening, but I needed their team to diagnose the problem when they arrived in the AM to replace the hot water hear. At 7:30 AM, the next day, B&B called to say that the team that they were sending for my hot water heater could handle the furnace. We jointly decided that the furnace was too old to simply repair, and because they were there anyway for the hot water heater, they have me a discounted price on a new furnace because they were at the house, anyway. Great service and great price. (Also, they have provided great service for the past 34 years that we have had a service contract with them.)

Manuel spent a good part of the day servicing our heating and air conditioning units. He was courteous and respectful. He provided full understandable, cogent explanations of findings and requirements for optimal functioning of our units.

Brendan came and performed an ac inspection and did a great job of cleaning the coils and explaining on how I can improve the house air quality. Cleaning the coils should be part of the $500 annual maintenance plan I pay for but that’s not his fault but B&B’s. B&B should change their policy.

Technician Pak arrived right on time. He is very business-like and goes right to work. My dogs constant barking at him didnt phase him in the least. Ive used B&B for many years, and have recommended them often to neighbors and friends looking for a reliable HVAC company.

Another great experience with B&B. Bob T. came to trouble-shoot low heat in one of our rooms. We have hot water radiator heat. It turned out there was air in those radiators, but no way to bleed them. Bob figured out a way to get the air out, and now we have more heat in that room than weve ever had. Were big fans.

We’re on a contract with B&B, and anytime we’ve called for service, they’ve showed up within hours. This was a routine twice-a-year visit to check that we’re ready for summer. Technician Pak found a few maintenance issues, and carefully answered all my questions, explaining each service item.For example, Pak described how a pan pad controls mold, and why it needs to be replaced periodically. I looked it up online on an independent website, and found more about what he was explaining, all consistent.B&B is not the cheapest company out there, but they’re easy to deal with and reliable. We’ve been very happy.

I dont like to be left in the dark. B & Bs repair man Juan Almonte identified the source of the rattle in the machine, showed me the problem and told me how he was going to fix it. He was creative in coming up with the solution. It was not something out of a box. Once he had all his materials and tools he went to work and fixed the problem. Juan is very pleasant, and not only is he a creative mechanic, he has good hand writing. I could read every word of his invoice statement.

I called B &B to check and replace a furnace filter after extensive kitchen remodeling. The technician (Pak) arrived within 30 minutes of my call, had the correct replacement filter in his truck, and efficiently installed the new filter. Great service!!!
