Ryan came out to do our fall spraying. He was extremely thorough and made sure to get every hiding spot that the spiders and bugs hid in. He even went back around and cleaned up any spiders webs that were visible. He also pointed out spots to watch that May let the pests in. We were extremely pleased with the service we received today.

We had bees infesting the retaining wall by our house and since we have a toddler plays over there we needed them to be taken care of so she stays safe.I emailed at 2pm Saturday and the guy was done and leaving before 330pm.We appreciated the quick service and friendly technician.

We have been using Midwest Pest for the last 5 years. When we moved into our home the south side of the house would be covered with box elder and Asian beetles in the fall. We also had wasps nests up in the eaves of the house and our barn would have tons of flies. Midwest comes out 3 times a year and it has helped tremendously! Terry and his employees have always been there when we need something special or on the regular quarterly plan. Weve had them doing our property for over 8 years now, and we rarely see a bug in the house. Im not fond of spiders, so he keeps the bugs way down in our big back shed/barn as well, plus a detached garage. He alternates chemicals so they dont become immune. We live amongst a lot of trees and a little in the country, so if it wasnt for Midwest, we would be in trouble. Hes also done ants inside my mother-in-laws home, and she was very happy as well. Today Terry provided guidance with a rodent that was in the wall at my rental property. I set a live trap up to capture the critter. When I opened up the flexible exhaust pipe for a drier, a bird flew out. Funniest/scariest experience I had this week. Luckily the bird flew outside when I opened the front door. I am a landlord, I have used Midwest to do preventative spraying at my buildings before. They always did a great job and their treatments work.I recently had Midwest inspect an apartment I had suspicions would need treatment.They showed up on time, did a full inspection of the unit. Once completed, they called me and let me know that nothing was found and no treatment was needed. I was only charged for the consult.They could have easily told me the apartment needed to be treated and made much more money. Instead they were honest and that speaks volumes.This company has integrity. Use them.

I had a carpenter ant infestation, in my house they came out and did a very thorough job of spraying and finding the source (nest). Much better rates than the big guys. They said it would take two weeks most were either dead or gone within a day, two has past now and I haven’t seen one. I would easily say there were hundreds in the house within hours before I called. Great job! I would not hesitate to call them again for any pest problems.

I randomly picked Midwest Pest Control from the internet. Boy, am I glad I did. I never write reviews, so this is an exception. Wow, what great service!! I had mice in my basement. They came to Sycamore the next morning. The first thing they did was check outside to see where the mice were coming in at and then plugged up all the possible entries with copper netting - copper will last a lifetime unlike the foam so many companies use which only falls apart over time and which mice can eat through. So instead of coming back each month to spray or setup traps like other companies, they actually corrected the problem so that nothing will get inside my house - awesome! They also sprayed my entire house (environmentally safe - so safe for pets) inside and out, and put some glue traps in the basement. I am confident now that there will be no more mice or any other insect or critter in my house. The cost was less than I expected, especially for such great and friendly service. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I signed up to have Midwest come back again in the spring and summer. Its very rare to find a company that is excellent in their work, reasonable in their price, and honest and sincere in their work ethic, but Midwest Pest Control of Rockford is all of these.
