Excellent gym, they offer free weightlifting classes for kids under 18. It’s a nonprofit, part of Team USA weightlifting, so profits go to funding the kids classes and the gym. Beginner friendly. Highly recommend

Huge shoutout to Elliot! 🤙🏽 I’m in town for a week and was looking for a place to continue training for my upcoming meet; gym has plenty of barbells, plates, platforms and gives me good vibes all around! Coming back to this place, for sure! Would definitely recommend this place for people that want to start weightlifting or just looking for a place to train!

Great gym for Olympic weightlifting and general strength training. The gym has plenty of squat racks, deadlift platforms and also has great barbells. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Rockford area.

Rockford Barbell was definitely and inviting placefor not only weightlifters, but anyone in the team of barbells. Elliot was an awesome personable guy and welcomed me and my fiancé with open arms. Let us come in and train on short notice. Definitely a nice barbell club, which I hope to see expanded in the future!
