David was very thorough and explained insurance in a very down to earth way that just made sense. His staff is helpful and great to work with!!

By far the rudest insurance agent I’ve ever met. He literally got a smart remark for everything but at the end of each statement he’ll say “I’m just trying to help you” while trying to slander you. he asked for my fiancé’s DL number and i said fine let me text her and ask her to send it since I’m not home and he said “No you have to go there and get it, it’s sensitive information” like how are you going to tell me what i have to do? You could tell he didn’t want to do the work ... Lazy and most terrible agent to have. WORST IN ROCKFORD. State Farm itself is great but this agent is by the far the worst of the worst. Will be leaving review on BBB as well
