I was at first reluctant to switch insurance companies because of price, but I had a wonderful relationship with my agent with State Farm. I have had questions or issues with home and auto insurance items and she is VERY helpful and is very responsive. Most recently I built a home using Farmers Insurance for both the Construction and new home policy, and Juanita helped guided us through that process. Ive been a client of Farmers Insurance for many years and I wouldnt consider anyone elses services because of how taken care of Ive been in every situation. My agent, Juanita, is extremely knowledgeable in her field and she has been an irreplaceable asset to me. All I can say is that Dana Gonazalez and Chris Sherrard have taken the time to carefully search for the best possible coverage for my auto and home. I met Chris at a networking group and she was always very helpful to me when I needed it. Juanita at Farmers Insurance is the best! My son was involved in an accident that was not even his fault back in Sept. Unfortunately, the other driver had horrible insurance, and we got nothing but a run-a-round. Hesitant to use my insurance (since we were not at fault) the exact same day I contacted Juanita, she initiated the claim on our end. Although it was still an ordeal (Not due to Farmers but the other insurance), every step of the way Farmers were there for us (including our claims adjuster Lakeshia). I would highly recommend Juanita at Farmers Insurance for her superb work; She gives prompt assistance, and treats you like family! She has in many ways assisted my family and me in our insurance needs.
