Was told 24 hrs before policy endd that they didnt like roof on my house . they gave me a curtsey call and then told me they never call clients for issues like this < then why last min call > they waited till last min so i couldnt file a claim or talk to them about issues .

Unhelpful and rude secretary. I have been with another insurance company for over 10 years and recently purchased a second home which I have insured through Jill Ellis. I was at the point of getting ready to insure my 3 vehicles as well as second property with her but decided not to do so after dealing with her rude secretary who has poor people skills as well as a lack of communication skills. This woman who one can hardly understand became arrogant and upset when I told her her prices were much higher than other companies I was receiving quotes from. Never again will I have Allstate or this agent.

I have been an Allstate insurance policy holder since I started driving 22 years ago. They now cover my home and other vehicles as well. Im very happy with Allstate. Theyve always been corteous, answered all of my questions and theyve always taken care of all of my needs. Theyve met all of my expectations of an insurance company! Thank you Allstate!!

My agent answered all our questions, explained all everything and every step, i have my renters insurance and Auto and I saved a lot. Might sound cliche but we really feel in good hands.

My agent, I chose was in Freeport, when seemingly overnight the agency was mysteriously shut down. After finding out the agency was shut down, I was jumbled around in the system and placed with someone new. This woman, however, was condescending and rude when I tried explaining how I was placed with her agency. While on the phone with her, As I asked a question, Instead of helping me, she made a mockery of my answers or questions. After hanging up with no help or further guidance, I shopped rates and signed up with another insurance agency and will not be returning to All-State. Its my experience they cant keep their agents or their customers. Would NOT recommend.

Going through disaster relief can be overwhelming. It was for me. The agents and representatives got allstate made an overwhelming situation much more manageable. I will always be grateful for their kindness and expertise.
