Very expensive service work

I like Tim. That needs to be distinctly understood. Now for the rest of the crew? Not so much. For the 2nd time IN A YEAR the onboard generator on our semi went down and soaked us another 5,500 dollars on a generator with not a lot of hours on it. With the 5,000 last year and this go round we could have put in a brand new generator! !! And they somehow broke our side mirror and thought a new hat would smooth THAT over. Um. No.

I needed the cause a series of EGR related fault codes identified and corrected. Diagnosis was swift, parts were on hand, problem solved in a decent timeframe. Communication and friendly service are the highlights, parts pricing was the lowlight.
