I love this place!They are professional and very accommodating. I really appreciate their cleanliness. They use new products to prevent contamination and sterilize what they reuse.I have used their services multiple times and each time was memorable.If you want great looking nails and a calming experience, this is the place for you.I was serviced by Vu and Trim (Trim maybe spelled wrong) and the results are amazing!Thank you for a great experience, even as a walk in.*I would recommend calling to set up an appointment, even though they offer services to walk ins because they are very busy and the wait maybe long, but it is soooo with it!

My first time there and I was very happy with my pedicure. Very clean, friendly staff, and beautiful results, my feet havent looked this good in over a year! Michelle and Tram were our nail techs and both a have an upbeat fun personality!! Highly recommend!!!

I always come here to get my eyebrows done and the lady today completely butchered them. Do not waste your money here

I have been using this salon since they opened and, in the past, have recommended them HIGHLY. My experience there on December 11, 2020 may be my last with them. I get that wearing a mask is required, but when I wore my face shield I was very rudely told that, not only would I have to wear a disposable mask, but that I would need to wait for a bit.... ok, I didn’t have an appointment...I get it. So I waited outside, where I didn’t need to wear the disposable mask (I have significant breathing issues and am in a wheelchair)... the breaking point in my patience came when there were 3 technicians standing/sitting around playing on their phones and iPads! There was 1 customer in the store and no one could wait on me? I know the policy is that the customer cannot chose the technician, but, come on now! The technicians choosing NOT to work on me? I may not go back.

I entered today with my daughter and my niece and I was told that they don’t allow kids there. I then asked if they had a kids section and she said yes. I politely told her ok...we can just go somewhere else. My niece is 2 but she gets her nails polished all the time. At the next nail salon we didn’t have any issues. Don’t go here...the staff is rude and very unprofessional

Awesome experience. I had the charcoal #1 deluxe pedi and it was incredible! The technician Michelle took her time and made me feel amazing. Highly recommended.

Today went and loved it wasnt packed which was great the lady that did my pedicure was so nice i loved it very peaceful and clean the guy that did my manicure was also a nice and they both took there time with everything which is what i like . Highly recommend.

I have been going to Unique Nails and Spa shortly since the day they opened. I was very pleased with their service and demeanor. The owner shops where i work and he is just as nice outside of work as he is on the job site. Very people friendly and definitely worth going. Dont pass it up...

I know that the owners of a shop are usually good so I made an appointment with Andy. It took 3 weeks to get in because he’s booked out and he’s good. So ask for Andy, he’s the BEST!!! I have an overlay on top of my long coffin nails and he got them just right for me. He’s done my nails 3 times so far and I’m very pleased. I’m on his books every 2 weeks for 3 months out. His personality, professionalism, talent and art is all I can ask for. Call today and get your appointment with Andy. I just love his work...

Would not let me request staff. Manager was very rude. Eyebrows is a person service. Not everyone could fit ur need. Nail tech beside me told me, “ then don’t come” when I asked the manager if I didn’t like the way the other eyebrow tech did my eyebrows. Must not want to make money if they don’t want to meet their customer requests. Ava is the best!!!!! Staff employee was not wear shoes.... very unprofessional.

Ive been going here for a couple of years now. Its kind of hit or miss. Certain folks in there do a really great job, but the one younger lady in there has a habit of rushing really quickly. I went with a friend and they sat us both in spa chairs side by side. My lady ran water for me and the lady that young woman that was going to be working on my friend just left her sitting there, no water. My lady was almost done with me before the other lady even started on my friend. However, that young lady went so quickly on my friend that we were both done at the sane time. And she started with her 20 minutes after me. When everything was done, she still had dead skin all over her feet and her polish was coming off the next day. Mine was done great and lasted a long time.So like I said. Hit or miss.

My daughter asked for a full set with a pinkish color and the gentlemen who provided her the service said the pic showed a white female with a pink nail bed and so she couldn’t get the exact look. She was disappointed and charged a different price from which was originally quoted.

I might get seen a little after my time but once in the chair the focus is completely on me and as much time is needed to complete my work competently will be taken. Fastly - Thorough - Amazing. Youre the BEST - ***** to you!

I have short thin nails so I rarely ever treat myself to an acrylic set. But on my way home, I decided to stop in. I never plan on going back.When I was choosing my nail color, I was asked repeatedly if I wanted gel.. I kept telling her no.. she wouldnt take that as an acceptable answer. I should have left then but I talked myself out of it. I was washing my hands and the nail tech basically threw the hand towel at me. She rushed through the entire process and didnt even bother cleaning the acrylic out from the underside of my nails. I was rushed again to the register then out the door. I was finally able to get a good look at my nails when I got home and I was so disappointed. They were uneven and bubbly. I did my best to reshape them. But thats $50 I completely wasted. I wish I would have inspected them there so I could have had them redone. That was completely my fault.

I initially started coming here because I wanted to dry Dip and my friend referred this place to me. Best service ever! From the time we walked in, the staff was warm and attentive. I only go for manicures but they do an incredible job. My pedicures last pretty long. If you want a fast mani/pedi, and quality; go to this spot!

Terrible...Poor customer service...I would most definitely not recommend coming here... the lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing at all. When I asked her to cut my nails down a little she trimmed one nail much shorter than the others. Then when I brought it to her attention she told me there was nothing they could do about it... then she proceeded polishing my nails then I had to stop her and tell her to trim my nails down to match the much shorter one. She also put only one coat of polish on my nails... Worst experience ever!!!

Ive been to this place 2 times. Both times I got gel polish. My first visit my nails looked terrible. I could see through my gel polish. The Second time I asked for 3 coates of gel polish and I was told they cant do 3 coates of gel polish. If Im paying you money for the polish please explain to me why you cant add a extra coat of gel polish.

I went there for a fill in and arrived a little before 5 PM. I was unaware that the time for closing on Sundays is 5:30-Especially since on their door, the hours for business only says 12:30 on Sundays and nothing else so you guys should fix that to avoid further conflicts :) I signed in and an employee asked what I was there for, to which I responded. She acknowledges what I said and then goes back to finish working with another customer. 25 minutes later another employee comes up to me and asks what I needed, so I told him. He proceeds to tell me that they are closed and I can come back the next day. Mind you, nobody informed me of the closing hours when I first came in, they allowed me to wait thinking that I would receive their services today. Needless to say, if any of you are looking for another nail spa, Please try Exquisite Nails on Mount Gallant in the shopping center with the Yolk :)

My 11 year old and I went to get a pedi and a mani. My daughter was so pleased and said she felt like a princess. While getting our feet done, one of the techs asked if we wanted to take a pic! That was awesome! Now I have a pic on my phone of both of us getting pampered! Ive been going here for a few years and I have NEVER been disappointed! Relaxing music, dim lighting, and relaxation! I followed Michelle when she closed her nail shop. She had done my nails for over 15 years! These wonderful people work hard for their money! You cant please everyone, but I am always impressed by them!!!

A touch on the pricey side but absolutely worth it. A very thorough mani and pedi that lasts longer than average (2+ weeks for pedi). Have been a few times and have been consistently pleased.

Ive gone twice in the past two weeks for a mani pedi and they are always rushing to do the nails. They miss so much. Ive had my toes and hands done this past Saturday(5/21/16) and my toes are already chipping because she didnt put a top coat on properly. Just throws the polish and top coat where ever it lands. Ive given this business a lot of my time and money. And yet they still dont pay attention to the details. They always seem so bothered when you walk through the door too. Will not be coming back again.

Walked in with a friend and sister and we were looking colors and was getting rushed and pushed to the chairs. Then filled the tubs and THE WATER WAS EITHER BOILING HOT OR ICE COLD. My toes where rushed and didn’t even have time to soak. Won’t be coming here again.If I could rate a negative number I would.

Ive visited this location 3 times. The first time was for a pedicure..it was average. The second was for a fillin for my wedding. This salon doesnt do anything special I had pictures of pretty simple designs and they couldnt do it. I left and went to another salon. Today I went again as Im leaving for my honeymoon and they are the only ones open. I was the first client through the door and I asked for a fillin ...I was told we dont do long nails ...first of all my nails arent some obscene length...they are a little longer than medium and I wanted them cut down. That was strike one...after pretty much refusing to leave she then tells me the lady that does the fillins isnt here yet. She didnt tell me to have a seat or how long it would be...so I ended up sitting and waiting. Then she comes up to me and says we wont be able to get the rhinestone off your nails . Are we in ancient times???? I pulled it up on Google and it takes less than a minute to get it off! Now its sounding like you dont want my business. Just when I was ready to walk out the lady that does the fillin walks in. She immediately took me and knew exactly how to get the rhinestones off. She wasnt very personable and I left the shop with two fingers with scratches and blood. Yup I wont be returning.

Horrible experience. They rushed to do my nails and toes. They nicked my cuticles several times caiusing bleeding. Poor polish job -!the gel polish had bumps in it. Im not an expert but it seems sketchy seeing the nail techs throw used files and tools back into their drawers without sanitizing them???!!!
