I did not end up renting here because I decided not to move due to issues with the pandemic, but while I was inquiring about a 10 by 10 I spoke with Lisa Beezley who was very courteous and professional. She was running 2 stores the day I wanted to come look at some lockers and drove over to meet me to show me the facility. I had a million questions that she happily answered and wrote down the sizes and prices that we looked at. It was very kind of Lisa to take the time to meet me at a different location, ive never received customer service like this. She was very easy to work with and i hope that after this pandemic ends I can finally move. I will be coming back to rent with this company and i look forward to giving my business to lisa. Great place always willing to help out when you got a tough situation

Lisa is WONDERFUL!My key actually snapped in my lock and I was having a major panic attack because I wanted to go through my unit and try to get it organized for when I move in the fall.She was super polite, helpful, and most of all, UNDERSTANDING of my panicked squeaks!Ive been a very happy gostore it customer!!!

Ive been using this storage facility for three years now. It has changed ownership since I started renting here and I never had any issues with either owner. I will be ending my lease next weekend as I will finally be moving into a place where all of my belongings fit. I called to inform them of this and they were super helpful with giving me a couple of extra days to allow me to move my belongings out without being charged an extra months rent. If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I will definitely be on the lookout for one just like this. Thank you for giving me a safe place to keep my stuff for a few years - it has been much appreciated!!

CubeSmart is an awesome storage facility very welcoming staff, and are very helpful in any situation. Pam and Dan are both very awesome people to work with and will do anything to help if its possible. I have had my stuff in this facility for over a year and never had an issue with them. So if you need to store some things for a while in the Rock hill area I would definitely recommend them.

This Go Store It used to be owned by another company, Cube Smart, and it was Cube Smart when I initially rented my unit. The entire transition to Go Store It has been smooth, straightforward and uncomplicated for me as a customer. I never had to go in to change payment practices; since I pay everything using apps, it was easy to use the information they gave me to change to the new site. There were no hiccups, and I received personal emails from the personnel there to make sure things were going well and that I was happy with the service. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was for this to go smoothly! Many changes of ownership can be problematic, but this one was not! Thank you!

Literally only got this unit bc about 6 or 7 months ago when we first got it they said they do pro rates and the days we dont use when we clean out the unit will be refunded. Well, we are Finnish cleaning it out now and was just told those days will not be given back so Ill paied a full month and not using a full month. I guess thats every business though trying to get everyones money
