Ive been with this storage unit for years and havent been late. However the owner raised my until space. I have definitely been a loyal customer until now. I will be removing my items from this location asap. I read the reviews on yelp and several customers has experienced this same issue. Its a pandemic. And the owner raised property rent but waived late fees. So backwards. Makes absolutely no sense especially at a time like this. The world can barely pay there mortgage let alone unit space. Thank you Lauren for trying to keep my unit rent the same due to longevity. I appreciate you trying.

Lauren was amazing. I was so tired from moving and working and when I walked in the office I was greeted with a warm and sweet smile. After explaining what I needed she immediately took me to tour a unit and we shared a relaxing chat (as most women do). I was surprised to see how clean the unit as well as the property was. I liked I had to have insurance and the locks were cylinder locks, so not having to run to a hardware store was a blessing as well. I plan to be here a while but Lauren made my beginning much easier. Public Storage should be proud to have an employee that is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the property and renters.

I needed to rent a storage room for just a few months, something close to home. I had not used this company before. After going in and talking to Wanda, I felt very at ease. She seemed to really know her stuff. The price was fair for the size. Wanda was very friendly and out going. I had to wait for half an hour for the truck to arrive and she talked with me during that time in the office. If ever I have the need, I will most definitely use her again and give out her name and number to friends or family in need of extra storage. Good Job. 5 Star rating from us!!!

I had been looking for a storage space for a camper off and on for several months. I found out a good space is hard to come by in Rock Hill. I stopped by this Public Storage location just to see the facility and see if they had anything available. I was fortunate to get a space and meet the manager Wanda. My experience was better than 5 stars. I would highly recommend Wanda and this facility.

Lauren was very helpful and explained everything to me. She even advise me on which box sizes that would work for me in my process of moving. She even gave me so tips on how to box and wrap while having my things in storage.

Wanda is the property manager at Public Storage and I initially chose one unit but she quickly moved me into a unit twice the size without any penalty within the first couple of days when I realized I needed more space I got a great deal and the property is well lit secure clean and the prices are better than moderate.Why did the manager and the rest of our staff are always courteous helpful and very enthusiastic about my need.I have no problem recommending this public storage location to anyone in the Rock Hill area thumbs up.

I wish there was a no star option. There is a dishonest employee in this facility. I had been to my unit since the first day I placed my things. When I returned yesterday I was missing 60” tv, 40” tv and and backpack blower. It was 100% an employee theft and this is bs. Of course there’s no real way to prove it so they will get away with it. I will run a sponsored ad to help warn people of this as well as file a suit against this company. If nothing else happens it will at least bring awareness

We have used this facility since April 2016, and found it very convenient and well run. Ashley is helpful, efficient and dedicated. Eric is new and on top of it as well. (Mesha was great but has moved on.) We needed a second unit, air-conditioned, then to phase out the first one after some overlap. The transitions were perfect. We loaded up the truck, reported the old unit vacant and immediately got a receipt. No problem to recommend this storage and the fine team that keeps it going.

The best part about public Storage is that you can pay your bill at any location! Great customer service, life gets busy and I love having that option. I wanted to thank Wanda for her help today!

Easy rental process from Public Storage, a well-known and trusted name. Rhonda took care of all the paper work and showed me where to sign and initial. They had several units available to rent in any size you could want at very reasonable rates. Rhonda was great, taking me and showing me the different sizes and layouts of the units.The Red River Rd location is very convenient and accessible and a very clean property as well. Rhonda also told me about the $1 move in special on units. You really cant beat 1 months rent for a buck!If youre in the Rock Hill area and looking for a good rate on storage at a great location, I would highly recommend Public Storage on Red River Rd.

I travel with my job and often have to use storage facilities to store items used for my business. Public Storage is by far the best bang for my buck.

Stopped into this location to inquire about renting a storage unit but unfortunately at this time they didnt have the size I needed available Kristy said that she would be more than willing to take my name and number to let me know when the size I needed did become available. She also checked the closest Public Storage to see if they had what I needed. She was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back to this location.

I stopped at this location to buy some boxes. Kristy was very helpful, going over all the other moving stuff as well. She went over the box specials and told me that if I bought 35, I would get 15 free. Such a great deal on boxes and they are actually made for packing as she was explaining how they were corrugated boxes which she said meant they were made to with hold household items. I was very pleased and left with more knowledge about items to use to pack my house and protect my stuff. She even offered me a storage unit while I was there. Shes a keeper. Ill definitely shop at her store while being in this packing process

Wanda is great, it’s corporate doesn’t understand how to deal with the public. The bait & switch trick of advertising $1 for first month with a hidden $24 Administration Fee is gimmicky. Started paying $48 about 16 months ago, and they’ve raise the rent on the trailer parking spot to $62 over constant incriminates. That’s 130% increase in 16 months. Obviously more loyal to newcomers.
