The location in rock hill,sc is very nice and clean. Well lit and feels like they keep it very secure. The aisles were a-little tight when you have a long Vehicle such as a 26’ U-Haul.

I love this place its a lady name Amanda she is so awesome.. she is super sweet and works hard to get things done a day their needs meet.. one day she called me and said your unit isnt secure because she was checking doors and told me immediately.. I will definitely do repeat business if needed

I was able to opt out of the insurance, which made me happy (some places insist on it and that has never made sense to me... its MY stuff, after all, and if I choose to not insure it, that should be up to me!)

As a first-time customer in the storage market, the process of securing a storage area for my personal belongings positively contributed to the experience. When in the market for any item, I am most concerned with my level of uncertainty or sense of buyers remorse with the purchase. I did not experience any regret in making my purchase because the staff were very helpful in answering my questions, and even gave me a free padlock.As a bonus, the company offers u-haul trucks for any person in need of transportation, increasing the convenience for the customer. I was not aware of such services until an associate informed me, which was welcomed information.I am overall happy with my experience with Midgard Storage so far.

The unit was super clean and very cool. I rented to just get some major summer cleaning done. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will rent there again when needed.

I did not acquire any storage units at this location, however I did rent a U-Haul Van to pick up a piano. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable and processed my rental quickly. The van itself was in great condition and and clean, only used it for a few hours but it did the job. Would use them again for my next rental.

I do not rent a storage unit here, but I did come here to rent a uhaul. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the truck. The staff was extremely helpful with making my visit so easy. I was in and out in no time and will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for uhaul rental or storage. Shout out to Amanda for helping make a stressful situation easier. Her bubbly personality and knowledge put me at ease.

So I was having the worst time ever trying to find a storage that can accommodate cars. As soon as I called Midgard, I spoke with Buck and Amanda. They were so courteous and eager to help in any way they could. I could not be happier with having my storage here. A1 service and very nice people working here. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great staff and customer service

I had a wonderful customer service experience at this location. Justin Harris went above and beyond to help me with my rental needs. He always kept the same plesent service even when he was alone and extremely busy! This man needs a service award and raise because of his outstanding service Im using this location again .

I had some belongings stored here for about 2 years. The place is secure, very clean, well-lit, and there are always carts available. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I only gave it 4 stars is because there were at least 3 rent increases during the time I was there, which made the affordability aspect go from reasonable to impractical (and sealed my decision to get my stuff out of there). You do not get a price break for auto-pay, and they do not allow you to pay in advance. For the above reasons, its a good place to store something for a short period of time, but may not be a good place to store things indefinitely unless you really dont have the room, the location is super convenient, or the continuing rising costs is not an issue for you.

Overall customer service was great but after every 3 months the payments increased and could not get our payments lowered we decided to leave and take our buinsess else where. After making our April payment we were told to leave we would need to send in a notice of leaving so we would not be charged for May . After checking with them I was then told that since the notice was sent in on April the 3rd the day I made my payment as well that I would now still be charged for the whole month of May . Take my advice and use other storage buisness and save yourself some money !

Do yourself a favor a RUN. Especially if a man named Justin is in there. We have rented a unit for almost 6 years and unfortunately it completely ruined by a moron employee who Is a sarcastic idiot. That has no idea how to talk to people. Not sure how he is even still employed. Hope corporate sees this.
