Great storage location! The prices are very competitive compare to other similar businesses. The box I was renting may be a little old, the door was difficult to operate sometimes and there was a lot of dust inside (that one was an easy fix with a broom). But hey, Its a storage place! Once my stuff are inside, I dont go there everyday; I would rather pay less although this means having to spend an extra 10 seconds to open the door. Everything seems super safe as well and easy access from Cherry Road / I-77.The manager, Melody, really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. She is awesome! And very knowledgeable/skillful as well.Definitely recommend it!

I have been at this storage location for over 8 years. It is a 24-hour access location that is always clean and safe plus the prices are great. I have never had a problem with mold or anything that I have stored in my unit. What makes Interstate Storage so good is the friendly staff.

Grounds are well kept and the lady that runs the place is a real joy. She’s always been polite and pleasant to interact with. I’ve been storing for over four years and never had a problem getting into the facility.

After storing our things at this facility for a little over a year, my husband and I went to retrieve it to move it into our new house. Our couch was teaming with roaches and our boxes were covered in mouse droppings. We tried to throw the couch away at the facility so as not to transport all the roaches to our new home, but were firmly told by someone in the office that we must take it with us. So we took it and disposed of it elsewhere. Two days after moving into our new house (which was roach free), we noticed baby roaches emerging from our boxes of books. I called and asked the manager if they could help us with the cost of getting an exterminator since we didn’t have roaches when our things went into their facility. I didn’t ask them to replace our couch, although I’m sure I would have gotten the same response. She said, “Unfortunately, no.” The moral of this story is, if you use this storage facility, you will get roaches and it’s on you to get rid of them. I don’t care how cheap their units are, we’re paying a much higher price for trying to save a few dollars.

I really shouldve gotten pictures. There are steep hills that you have to walk down (or attempt to drive down) to get to certain units. Needs a LOT of work

Disgusting place of business, especially the U-HAUL side. Unhelpful, rude, arrogant, doesnt know their product. Should not be able to display a U-Haul affiliation. Do business anywhere but here!

Its a great storage place with friendly staff.

I have had my unit for several years and in the past few years this place has become run down, the gate has failed to work on several occasions actually locking my husband in on the property, no one would answer the phone to allow him out so my son had to go open the entrance gate so he could get out. The door to our unit appears damaged. You cannot even drive through this place because the on site management parks their personal vehicle in right in the way and it is nearly impossible to drive past and back out also they have half of the place roped off because the parking lot is falling apart. I am officially looking for a new a storage facility!!

Decent prices and great staff

We kept our stuff in this storage facility for almost 5 months. Noticed there was a leak in roof. Never offered to even give us a discount. Most of furniture had mold from the damage and had to throw away. This storage facility is a piece of crap!!!

Storage needs easy 77 access.

Items were filthy when removed from storage. Staff rude and tried to blame my BF for bending their gate when the gate was malfunctioning and closed on our trailer. Very poor setup for getting to the units, rough on your vehicle esp if you dont have a truck.
