We always call Jonathan when we need anything done with our cars. He takes time to explain what he finds wrong, explains what can be done, the cost, and how quickly they can do repairs. The turn around time is always quick. He is definitely knowledgeable, dependable, and affordable.

These people are great, did the job and very reasonable priced with the friendliest staff and a great receptionist ever. Would recommend them to anyone who needs anytype of car repair.

Awesome service! Got me in right away for a brake repair, although they didnt end up needing repairs. Great communication about everything, and only charged me a (very reasonable) rate for the labor of checking everything over, rotating the tires, etc. Very happy with the service and will use again. I was very happy with their promptness and work. I brought my truck over expecting to have them take a look and drop it off. They were really busy and a guy came out who I think was the owner, fixed it himself right there in just a few minutes and didnt charge me. He wouldnt even take my money. Im very happy and will start going there for everything.

I used to work here. the technicians are all well trained. one is an electronic magician, the owner is the best transmission man in Rock Hill, If it can be repaired they can do it. fast and above all honest. The lady in the office is super friendly and will do anything to work with you within reason. All work is competitively priced. The body shop can work miracles.

C.A.R.R.S. has been my shop of choice for several years and I have never had any issues or seen anything like what was claimed in Jons review. They did have a previous shop on the same road that is under new ownership and they do have hot rods down there. I think this guy has the wrong place.
