I was on a trip to Georgia when my tire light came on as low tire. I found this store and told them what was going on. In a few short minutes I was told it was a tire sensor and all my tires were ok and filled as required. This sure did make me feel better knowing, my new tires were ok. There was a Bible verse on wall and I was blessed to come here. Feel good about my travels, best of all checked car for free! Thank you.

As a woman it can be difficult when it comes to people being fair and honest when it comes to the cost of repairs. I’d been to another place in Rock Hill and just to fix what needed to be fixed was 1700$. I was lucky enough to have a friend that helped me order all the parts I was originally told I would need to fix my truck. I ordered them all and when I gave them the parts, they called to tell me I did not need a new sway bar I just needed the links. Luckily they were able to get the parts I needed and keep me at the price the quoted me. I’m forever grateful for someone being honest about what I needed. If you need work done I highly recommend these guys! They are the best!

Went there to get a headlight bulb replaced and saved over $25 because they charge for the actual amount of time the tech spends working on the vehicle and not the estimated time out of some book rounded up to the next hour. On top of that they were fast and the job was done right. One of the best experiences Ive ever had with auto repair or maintenance!

Will increase the rating when I see the finished product. As of now however I took my 96 Ranger there to get some things checked out. As I expected the ole truck had some serious issues but throughout the entire experience the front desk and mechanics were completely respectful and knowledgeable. They even let me leave my truck over the weekend till Monday when the repairs will get done. If everything goes well they’ll definitely be my go to choice in the future.Update: so far so good everything was looked at and fixed if needed. They definitely have a new regular customer 😁So I’ve been going there ever since and everything has been great ! Highly Recommended!

I never had a problem with this place. They are awesome people. I brought my new used car there and had them look it over. They pointed out minor issues and had me in and out right away. Months later I put new rims on my Towncar and the car was making a weird noise. They found the out the people who put on my rims failed to tighten the lugs nuts on one wheel. There was no charge. I had to order a new rim. I will only take my car to them if I cant personally do it myself. I dont trust many auto shops but I do trust this place.

By far the best place for auto repair. Ive been coming here for a little over a yr now for various repairs and have always gotten outstanding results in a timely manner. I couldn’t have hoped for better service. When I ordered the wrong part they worked with me to make sure I got the right part and couldn’t of been more helpful. Would recommend this place and will definitely be here again if I run into any issues in the future.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to even start my car, they did not tighten my oil cap, and two weeks later ALL of my oil has leaked out. Do not go here

Very disappointed overall with work done as well as customer service. Car got brought in and was estimated to have about $8000 worth of work done to it. Lots of things were worked on, the radiator, engine, transmission, and more. Was told that the car would function like it was brand new. Not even a few weeks after I got it out of the shop, it didnt start. From then on, it has given me nothing but problems since. This is month 6.One of the times I had it towed back to the shop, they didnt even call me to confirm that they had it. I called and left messages that were not returned. I had to find a a few days after when I called in and was able to catch someone. What gets me is that he, Andy, even acknowledged that he had gotten my messages and the car when I asked him about it!Today, I brought the car in to get looked at because the car has been overheating, and I have gone through three bottles of Antifreeze and counting in the last ten days! When I brought it in, his wife was giving me a bit of a hard time to get it even looked at. She mentioned that checking it would cost me $25, even though she acknowledged the radiator was under warranty. She said we cant just check things for customers for free. After a small back and forth of me telling her that I didnt have that to pay, she finally relented and took my keys to have the car checked. Here was the icing on the cake for me. About 20 minutes later, a young man who was a new customer walked it. He asked if they could check the state of his driving belt. She replied happily and said that Andy could check it for free for him right out on the lot. Ill let that sink in.I hope to end my business with this business soon. Im done and appalled. While I cannot speak for the experiences of other people, this has been my collective experoence. I have more, but I will leave it at this for now.

Bought a used truck, before buying brought it here to get looked over. Found several oil leaks, that was all. Spoke with the dealer and he paid for repair, perfect. Well apparently this guy Andy and the used car lot im dealing with have some sort of deal worked out. Anyway the only issue supposedly was the oil leaks, dealer paid to have fixed.. Well come to find out after fixed and truck paid for I have several other oil leaks and transmission leak, also starter that is bad, and muffler that is falling apart. So take it back to this place and he fixed the transmission leak and oil leak, well thats what he said, took to another mechanic today and several things that were done by this shop actually did not get done. And this new mechanic is cleaning up this half ass shops mess by changing the rear main seal and oil cooler line gasket, which would have fixed the issue the first time. Basically from the get go the rear main was leaking, and it was very obvious to a well trained mechanic, which this shop has none. Cherry Auto Sales is the car lot, Crooks point blank period. Maybe if you are going in to get an oil change they can handle it anything else just forget it

I Dont normally do reviews on Google but I have to say that this place is the type of place anybody would feel comfortable to go to. I had my truck at a national chain repair place in Ft Mill and they told me my computer was bad and that it was going to cost me over 2k to fix my 1998 Tahoe and that they couldnt guarantee that the computer was the only problem. I was just having a random conversation while I was getting my wifes oil change at NAPA and I told Andy what the other place said and he told me that its very unusual for that to happen and that he has never had a car his techs couldnt fix. Well lets just say that 2k repair price was dont for $500 dollars and I have had several repairs dont on other cars and I trust this place all the way.

First my parents has doing business here for a couple of years so a mechanic makes mistakes but when it come to nuts tightness on wheels there no excuse for it and simple sorry sir we will take care of this if your lady at the desk cant handle a customer then its time to replace a worker but in this case we will be doing all are family business at yonnances from here on out firm believer in you pay for what you get

Went in for an oil change and to weld a loose muffler. I was promptly and professionally met by likable Andy Turner who had me in and out within an hour.Waiting area was comfortable and restrooms were clean.Great job guys you have a new customer.

Never again, I used to trust this place, that went out the window today and they say they are Christians? when i needed new brakes, after they checked me some absurd fee for what they said needed done, I said it was way much hand was never told i would have a $25 fee to look at the car, untill I came back, If I was told. I would have been ok with it, its the principle of the matter he have acted like it was my fault and laughed that i didnt see his new sign he put up, yea real professional to make of of the situation? they when i called back he game me a sob story about his business, well guess what you have lost mine forever, what kind of place says maybe this is not the right place for you.

This place is horrible, instead of fixing their mess up they wanted to charge me another 50 bucks to do another alighnment that they never did right the first time. I will never go back to this place again. They will try to charge you for anything. Save youre money and go to a real shop.

Very bad a few months ago I took my truck to have the transmission oil changed and they only deceived me that they did it and left it the same without doing the service just like I told them to change the antifrezze and it was the same they did not do it and My engine oil change was terrible, besides they were giving it to me without oil and they assured me that if I had when the rod was completely dry, they made me pay them money for something that they never did well, they do not know how sorry I am for having taken my truck to that workshop. Very bad everything.

I left my car for a repair, they spoke to me a couple of days after my vehicle was ready, I came to pick up my vehicle, I asked to do a test to which the Lord responds in a bad way, first pay me and then you test it, if you I give the keys you are going to leave and you are not going to return ... Which offended me a lot, it was not even to go to where my car was and physically show me that it had changed (I dont know much about cars) ... Also that he wanted to charge me 400dlls more for the listed service ... His customer service is lousy, in my case I am not used to paying for a service that I have not seen how it turned out, but then the man had the keys, how did he prove ?? Hopefully my vehicle does not fail, the vdd do not want to see myself in the need to go claiming something that they did not let me try ... Anyway, I do not recommend this place, they may be good mechanics but they lack courtesy with their clients ...
