I have to say im pleasantly surprised. My nails turned out amazing and I wasnt in pain once while getting my nails done. It was really easy and they were very nice! The attention to detail was above and beyond too.

Normally I would give this place a 5. It’s clean, they’re usually pretty fast, they have some wonderful spa options for pedicures. However, I made an appointment for 5 girls at 11:30 this past Saturday that they completely overbooked for. Instead of the 5 of us sitting at the same time, each person sat when they could open a chair, with the last sitting 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I’ve gone there many times and considered myself a repeat customer. Not anymore - I will think twice about going there again since they can’t keep their booking times.

Have been coming here for months and will not be back. Quality of services has gone downhill. Why bother making an appointment when you have to sit with polish remover on for an hour and come out with a horrible result anyway? Really sad, I loved this place when we first started coming.

I had a 230 appointment was seated and put remover on soon as I walked in and the 2 ladies who came in after me were done before I was. She didnt even touch my nails again for a half hour. 1 young lady got a pedicure and the exact same thimg done to her nails and was done before I was. Whats the point of an appointment?

Please keep in mind this is all even after I spoke up and said somthing to the lady doing my nails, she ignored me. The shape of my nails is uneven, I took my hands out of the lights because they started to get to hot and my hands where shoved back in and hit the top and burned . When I asked for a small amount of Length taken off the lady just went on on them and I now have nubs for nails ! The only thing that I like is the color. Some nails do not look like they have been filled at all ! I have no problem paying 40 to 50 for just a fill IF the fill is worth it but this was definitely a hard one to pay for !!!!

My Mother made an appointment for her and I to get pedicures for my birthday. We arrived and were told to sit and wait. Over an hour later, no one had spoken to us, we werent given color options or spa booklets to pick our pedicure and we hadnt been seated for our pedicures. We decided to leave. As we were walking out 1 person asked if we were sure we wanted to leave. That was the extent of the contact they made. They over booked their appointments, and didnt bother putting names in the book. While their work looked nice, this scheduling was an absolute nightmare. It is extremely rare for my mom and I to be able to find time together, to say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Excellent service they got us in and out while still doing a great job and they even give you a little back massage after a manicure! Everyone was very kind would definitely recommend!

Went today for acrylic set with a specific design that I wanted.And I went home disappointed my nails weren’t even and were bumpy and I didn’t get the design that I wanted. The lady just chose her own design, when I told her that’s not what I wanted.And she did not even file them all the way.And she chipped the nails.Will not come back here!!

Today was my first experience here at Snow White Nails and Spa and Im pretty sure I just found my favorite place to get a manicure! The people working there were so kind and the prices were great for the work being done and the things that they do for you! I decided to get a gel manicure, the color options were endless, I was offered a shoulder massage (I chose to decline but it was free!) AND they used a wax bath on my hands to leave them exceptionally soft, 10/10 will DEFINITELY go again.

My nails turned out beautiful. Great place to go get nails done.

I got a manicure (ombre dip purple and black), a French tip pedicure, and my eye brows waxed. The 2 ladies were super sweet and stayed way after close to finish everything. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely return again!

This is my new favorite place! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Nails looked great at an average price range. But their customer service is incredible! For a powder dip manicure, I got a water bottle upon entrance, a massage, and paraffin wax. They always make sure my short/damaged nails get fixed too, free of charge. Today they gave me a small holiday gift as I left! 100% recommend and I will be coming back.

I made an appointment for a POLISH CHANGE. Upon arrival the nail techs kept asking if I wanted a manicure, I repeatedly said no. Once the nail tech began the service, she started filing, pushing my cuticles back and soaking my nails! I stopped her once she pulled out the drill. I said “I’m only asking for a polish change”. Once she put the drill down and completed the polish, she charged $30.00 for the service. I said “your sign said $8!! She said “we can’t do a polish change with out a manicure”. Then they offered me a shoulder massage. Let me tell you....I took the massage since they overcharged me. Don’t even drive by this place ladies and gents..

The service is absolutely phenomenal, all of the people that work there are amazing and friendly. They’re extremely helpful and kid friendly when you’re trying to do something for yourself for once and your baby starts fussing, they held my daughter when she started to cry toward the end of my manicure so i could finish. This will definitely be my go to salon. Everything about this place and these people are amazing. Prices are great, the work they do is awesome and over all a 5 star experience. So relaxing.

Great work, friendly atmosphere, clean facilities, and you get a lot for your money!! Staff goes way above and beyond to do a perfect job. I get gel extensions and they look very natural, are strong, and LAST even though I am very hard on them.

Took my girls and nieces to get our nails done there were 5 of us. 3 sets and 2 manicures. My older girls sets are horrible uneven, tilt up. My nails are ok just wish they didnt look like I needed a fill after not even a full day. My 2 youngest just received polish. Pretty disappointed with all the services for the amount of money I spent there.

Really nice people and really give you a good price for the service. Make sure you check with them for deals because they dont update their site regularly.

I have tried out several other nail places, but this salon is the best! It is extremely clean for starters! The selection of nail services is amazing and the prices are very reasonable! The technicians are friendly and go way beyond the call of duty!

I was pleased with my manicure and polish. I saw Sofia and she did a great job taking her time. The manicure came with paraffin and the complimentary water and neck rub was a great extra. Three days later and my polish looks like new.

Great attention to detail and “extras” like shoulder massage and paraffin dip with hand massage all with my fill. My daughter’s pedicure was extra special and relaxing and they fixed one nail for her and matched the color perfectly. Will definitely go back!

They always make sure you are as comfortable and relaxed as you can be. They take their time and make sure you are happy the entire time that you are there.

Had an 11:30 appointment for a pedi and gel polish change. Never got the pedi because they were overbooked. Polish changed costed $30 but the sign said $8. Also smelled like cat 🐈 pee in there. Just an all around no.

So nice.. they welcome you with a water and it’s clean and there friendly! You don’t feel like there talking about you because they don’t talk back and forth to eachother! They did such a good job I got the dream pedicure it was awesome and they did my eyebrows for free! I’m looking forward to coming back!

I usually go to Snow White for my nails, lately they run very late, they tag team out, had 3 people for my pedicure and I was left waiting for the next person to do the next part. Just very unorganized. If you don’t have the right staff don’t make the appointments.

First visit--will return. For a very affordable price the staff threw in several complimentary extras. The new furniture was some of the best Ive seen, with comfy chairs, lux couches, and tables with lights for gel manis built right in. The staff gave complimentary shoulder massages while your nails were drying and also a complimentary paraffin wax, which was really neat. I liked how they had the gel colors organized, when you were trying to pick one. It was simple, but better than two other places Ive been to recently. The staff put a lot of care into the nails and getting everything right. I was able to walk right in. I loved how they got a bottle of water for everyone too. I liked this better than being asked if I wanted one.

I went to do a gel color only when she finish . I ask her how much she overcharged me saying even I didn’t got a manicure that’s the price . I told her I’m not paying for a service I didn’t get she started laughing like it was funny and talking in her language they rip off . Also not clean the foot water thing was dirty I absolutely give my advice stay away . Best place is Art nails are clean, professional and u feel like you left a real spa this place dirty

I went to get nails filled gel polish then my friend came had pedi with gel my friend didnt this was friday not even a week ago my feet are horriable and my friends too she had a ma icure after i left said her nails looked horriable i spent over a hundred dollars and tipped very well i had to scrub my feet to get all the dry skin off that they didnt and i get my nails done every 2 weeks feet once a month in summer well never go back and cant anything becuase no refunds signs all over beware

Had an appointment for fuill & pedi, was at the salon a total of 4 hours!! If that wasnt bad enough, my gel polish started chipping the next day!! Wont be back
