Very poor customer service, hated my makeup and nails. Lady was very rude. Would not recommend going here. My prom was ruined.

Thanks to Marie and Staff, the start to my daughters July wedding day was wonderful. The Salon did the Brides hair and makeup perfectly! All the bridesmaids loved their up-dos as well as the Mother of the Bride! The Salon made it easy for the bridal party to enjoy getting ready in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Maries Salon is a treasure and why we have been customers a long time. Thanks ~ Karen

Great customer service, excellent hair cut cooler .I had a lot of compliments on my new look for holidays 2018 five stars.. my nails look babuless. And the Shellac lasted 3 weeks. Love Marie,s salon and spa of Rochester.

This business apparently has outdated prices on their website. At my appointment I informed her I wanted partial highlights, which is stated as $45 on their website. I only wanted a small amount. She says this price is outdated and is really $69. There were no apologies and she refused to honor her websites price. She basically just told me its outdated and bluntly said this is the new price. Technically it is illegal for a business to list different prices within their media ... be it a paper or website. As such, most businesses would do the right thing and honor the price I saw and used to make my decision to go there. I had no idea the price was different until I asked her to confirm. She was rude and talked about herself the entire time. Salon as unorganized and dusty. This is a far cry from a spa.After I left and thought about it, I called her to discuss, she offered to do a little extra for me when I come back in and kept stating the website was wrong. She then hung up on me! I dont feel comfortable going back there.My mistake, I should have left when I sensed she wasnt going to do the right thing. The highlights are only 5 to 6 small sections on top of head - minimal. Not worth $69 compared to other salons in the area.

Marie does the best color and Nat is great for pedicures

I went to Marie for my wedding, and her and her staff did amazing! They all made us feel comfortable, and everyone looked so great. I still continue to go to Maries now for everything. I love it there :)

As a prominent owner of a very, very busy business in downtown Rochester HIlls, MIchigan: OwnerMarie has always worked around my hectic daily schedule for the last 9 years. I have taken advantage of her genuine-professionalism, by her coming into her salon on so many Sundays before I got to Detroit Metro Airport last minute business trip.I use to work in Wall Street: and trust me, in NYC one would never get an elite salon owner toaccomodate around my schedule, not hers ! Plus: she always hires the best message therapistsin Rochester Hills, and her staff makes even getting a male-pedicure a relaxing experience to beat.
