Highly recommend!!! Go see Trish!!! I had long hair and went in looking for a completely new look that would actually look good and I gave her free reign to do what she felt like would look good. She DID. NOT. DISAPOINT. They are artists for a reason, they know what will look good! My hair is now healthy, happy, and low maintenance!

I had problems with my extensions starting after 3 days…I made the salon aware…they kept falling out and looked so ridiculous I couldn’t even wear my hair down…got them “fixed” only for the rest to fall out 2 days after. I wasted over a grand and the owner had 0 cares. DO NOT GET YOUR EXTENSIONS HERE!!! The girl googled how to do it in front of me..and was drunk. 0 stars

Did not color my hair correctly razor cut my wavy hair. I had to go someplace else to get it somewhat fixed. My hair looks🤮all dried out due to the razor cut I do not recommend that place at all.

I asked the barber to cut my hair not to short and I specifically stated that I still wanted it to be long enough to put in a bun for work and she just kept cutting it shorter and shorter and then today when I woke up for work, I tried to put it in a bun and it’s to short to do so, i did not want my hair this short and I showed her how much I wanted taken off and she took way more off than I wanted. I also asked her to touch up the top and bottom of my eyebrows and she only touched up the bottom, definitely not worth the money I paid, I won’t be coming back here again.

Love all the ladies at Freedom always give me the hair I am looking for. Everyone is personable, kind and you can just tell they love there job. I highly recommend Jenni (owner) and her crew!

Just had a haircut with Jenny. My hair stylist was out of town today and I was in dire need of a haircut. I called yesterday and they were able to fit me in today. The haircut was one of the quickest I’ve had and came out wonderful. She was quick but was still personable and talked to me and my husband about our lives.

Very friendly staff who do a wonderful job.They were very skilled at evening my hair progressively so the loss of length wasnt completely drastic.

Absolutely love this place first time in there and the treated me like I have been going there forever! Got my hair colored and cut the best experience ever!!! Thank you all so much! I have my new regular spot!!!

Excellent cut (mens) today. Trisha and the owner Jenny was very friendly and Trishas haircut was spot on. Plenty of parking along the road and had no issue getting in and out of this salon. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Ive never had a bad haircut at this place. When I went there for the first time I was desperate to get a cut and didnt have any time and because of the location and past experiences with other salons in Rochester I was worried it wouldnt be very good, but they deliver perfect cuts and exactly what youre looking/asking for, for significantly lower than the fancier places in Dover or surrounding areas. The staff has been incredibly friendly and kind. Its a really great salon.

I called and scheduled a 12:15 pm appt for an eyebrow wax on my lunch. I got there about 30 minutes early to see if they could take me then and they ended up canceling my 12:15 appt saying they couldn’t do it at that time either. Very frustrating and a wasted lunch.
