They cut my Big toe And my pinky finger very unprofessional and rough

Excellent service! Rather quick and still accepting walk-in, if not busy but recommended to book ahead. Pricing could be better but overall experience worth ever dime.

Had fills and gel polish today. The work is good, but way overpriced. A new set is $35 and I had to pay $50 for fills and gel. Does that make sense?

If I could give them negative ratings I would. I was treated in such a horrible manner. I asked them to please be careful when sanding close to my skin so that I won’t get cut. The man who handled me was rude. He was very rough with my hands and was pulling at them. He got gel paint all on my hands and my nails looked horrible. Two of my nails the paint was smudge and he tried to over it up. I walked outside and when I looked at the horrible job under better lighting I turned back around and went back ins it was no more than five minutes. they would not give me a portion of my money back and then when I asked for someone else to fix my nails I was met with attitude and told I would have to wait a half hour to forty five minutes before they would fix it. When I paid the man snatch my money and threw my change at me. I am calling the better business bureau and reporting them. They stole my money and gave me horrible service and refused to fix the problem immediately. I don’t normally right reviews but this was such a horrible experience. Never in my life have I received such nasty treatment. I had to go to another salon down the street and asked them if they can fix my nails.

I got gel nails done on Friday and by Monday one had peeled completely off and all of the others were starting to peel off. I called and was told that because it wasnt within 24 hours I would have to spend more money, I had already spent more on my nails then I planed to I wasnt going to spend more. If you want gel nails go somewhere else they will last longer!!!!

Never get gel done here. I got gel on Wednesday, and on THURSDAY - THE NEXT DAY- one finger had completely peeled off. On the next day, Friday, my thumb peeled off. It’s Saturday and my whole left hand has peeled off. I don’t do any type of work or activity that has me constantly washing my hands more than the average person. I was disgusted.The people and their attitudes were fine. The only other issue was the fact that they said they open at 11:30 and take walk ins, but no one was there at 11:30.

If I could rate it lower I would. They are fast, so fast they make mistakes and when asked they blow you off and rudely. I ended up having nail fungus from this place AVOID at all costs.

I had great service and a beautiful mani/pedi!! I love the 2 hours I was there, from the massage chair to the hot stone foot massage! Amy provided my services and she was a doll, super friendly and very attentive. I love the shape of my nails and colors I picked. Can’t wait to go again

I went to this place for the first time last Saturday because my normal salon was booked. I got a gel manicure. One week later my thumbs have peeled off. I went back in to have them redo the peeled nails. I was told I needed to spend $7 for them to repair my nails. They quoted a price without even looking at my nails. She said nails peel after a week because you use your nails for your hair and other things. I told them at my regular shop my nails last 2 weeks and asked if here they only last one week. All of a sudden the woman who was conversing with me no longer spoke English. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before coming here in the first place. I’ll continue to go toLily Nail Art where nails last longer than 1 week and Annie always has a good attitude.

I was turned down at my last visit there, being told everyone had an appointment and couldn’t take me. I was told it was better to make an appointment. So I made an appointment 24 hours ahead this time and waited about an hour to be seen by the person that I made the appointment with. When I asked one of the technicians that knows me how much longer it would be, she cut me off while I was talking and was rude. I asked the owner why does it seem as though I get the runaround every time I come. She told me that it’s because my husband comes with me and sits while I get my nails done and it makes everyone uncomfortable. My husband doesn’t come every time I come and he doesn’t ruffle any feathers when he does come. So I then asked her is this why you all have not taken me at times and she said yes. I felt so humiliated. My family has patronized this shop for years and have referred others too. I almost walked out, but I said within myself, I’ve waited this long, just stick it out. I cried the whole time while getting my nails done and no one showed any concern.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. Worst, worst, worst establishment I have ever been to. I went in for a pedicure and came out gushing BLOOD! There were two men working when I went in--a heavy set guy, and an older thinner guy. The older, thinner guy did my pedicure. He cut my toe so bad, it was pouring blood! He kept working on the other toes, in the hopes that it would stop bleeding. NOPE! He tried to apply some pressure...the bleeding still didnt stop. He then called over another lady to finish off my pedicure. She couldnt get it to stop bleeding either. She looked at me like, ...OMG, he cut you pretty bad... She finally said she would have to put some glue on it to stop the bleeding. And to add insult to injury, they refused to comp, or even discount my pedicure. No apology, no discount...nothing. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy! My sister also got a pedicure and manicure. She said the pedicure and manicure were okay, but the paint job looked like a child did it. I would never go back; poor customer service and sloppy paint job. BEWARE!

Very rude customer service! The nail tech who does the pedicures showed up 30 minutes after opening. Then had the audacity to tell us that we dont have time to soak after waiting on her to get there. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. You want my money but cant offer me the service Im paying for.....we walked out and went to Modern Nails where they took the time to get the job done!

They didnt speak when I walked in, they just stared, I walked over to the price list on the wall, still nothing. The prices seemed overpriced for the services offered. I walked out and went to Joy Nails a little ways up the road.

If I could rate this place zero I would. There service is absolutely THE WORST I have never had more rude experiences in my life. I have had many sets done other places this was my first time here, First off I was rushed to pick my color I was at the wall for not more than 2 mins and The guy was like “you ready you ready” and his body language was just as rude if not more. I asked for almond at first and the guy said “almond are for old lady’s” and then suggested square, instead I asked for coffin, I ended up with square. And during the process I had asked him to fix it and the only response I received was “I will” and NEVER FIXED IT! They were hideous they weren’t even even and he disregarded the length I wanted. Then when I spoke to the owner/manager I’m assuming, she offered to do absolutely NOTHING and insisted I asked for square when she was in the back room at the time I sat down. They said to just wear it and made me pay $40 for a service I didn’t even receive. Absolutely REPULSED AT HOW RUDE THESE PEOPLE ARE. DO NOT COME HERE, if you do EXPECT DISAPPOINTMENT. It’s like ordering a cheese and pepperoni pizza and receiving a sardine pizza that they spit on and doing absolutely nothing about it for you. This place had no manner and was dirty. I went across the street following to Joys Nails and they did an amazing job and were very kind. DONT GO HERE ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND THE WORKERS ARE INSULTING I even witnessed another women getting pressured about the nail color she choose. It’s really sad they have zero standards because the shop itself looks decent but looks are obviously deceiving because their service is ugly.

Horrible customer service... very rude and they dont follow their own hours they changed hours when they want! And my gel nails always crack and peel within a week and I believe the gel nail polish be old. I had been going to them cause I loved the pedicure service but I finally realized they are so rude why keep giving them my money. I will try Lily nails.

Literally one of the worst manicures I have ever had. I had previously gotten a gel manicure from this same salon that was starting to peel. It took them 40 minutes to even get the gel polish off (put on by one of their own) and didnt bother to fully remove or completely smooth down my nails, leaving it bumpy. I figured since I was getting gels again, the polish would cover, so I didnt make a big deal. As the man started cutting my nails, he cut them straight across, making them uneven and barely filed them down. At this point, I was unhappy but hopeful a good polish job would do the trick. I should have known! The man proceeded to paint the gel polish onto my nail and let it spill onto my skin. I pointed this out to him several times and he tried to tell me it was my nail. Nope! I have had gel manicures many, many times and my nails have never looked like that. His hands were shaking the whole time and he was not covering all of some nails, painting too much on others, etc. At this point I had pointed it out to him several times. For the top coat, he used so much that it spilled EVERY TIME from my nail to my skin. Again, as patiently as I could, pointed this out to him. He cleaned some and not others and the ones he didnt catch obviously became hardened under the UV light. I now have hard top coat all over my nails, fingertips and skin.I am typically not one to complain but this was awful. He was not unkind or rude but was extremely inexperienced, sloppy, and inconsistent. I am so upset I had to pay money for this. I have never had a manicure this bad and will never be returning to A & T.

My daughter and her friend went into the salon for acrylics. The friend had a gift certificate they refused to honor. My daughters nails are awful! Some of them are glued on crooked, they are a different shapes, one nail has a bubble in it, and that paint job???? My niece could have done a better job. They clearly took advantage of two teenagers. They new the girls wouldn’t argue about the gift certificate, they would just pay.

Today I went to A&T nails to get a full set of acrylic nails. I had Christen I believe and she was excellent. She didnt over file my nails and as the acrylic burned a little she cooled them right down! Ive never had that offered to me!! I bumped my nail and she fixed it right away for me!! This was the first time Ive walked out of a nail salon actually feeling pampered and that I had a wonderful experience!! I will be going back. One thing I will say is to make an appt because they are busy and they do give each and everybody an experience not just heres your nails and done. I paid 27 for my full set.

Sign says that the business is open on Sunday’s but no one showed up. Another time I went I signed the wait list but four customers that came in after me were seated before me. Very disappointed.

Got my nails done here once went back MISTAKE Rude nasty staff .. They even cursed out my elderly aunt once, they have many health and safety violations here also..uses old nasty supllies..buyer beware!! tried to over charge me for a fullset and far as I can see they dont even do good work cant wait until this place gets shuts down and out of business.so I can rent the place lol... Tick tock !

I went to get a fill and to my surprise, the place was empty. As you can see the pictures speak for itself. I didnt realize how terrible my nails looked and felt until I left. The technician chiseled away at the acrylic that was left on my nails and then proceeded to file my real nails underneath. $22 later for a fill and Im wanting to take my nails off and get a new set.

Ive gotten plenty of pedicures in my day, from plenty of places. This was the worst Ive ever gotten, and was quite frankly PAINFUL. I had an older gentleman do it (and I realize its possible for men to be rougher) and he used the cheese grater exfoliation tool SO hard on me that I had to ask him to stop. And when I did that? He basically said thats because your feet are that bad. I have a high pain tolerance but pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable! The skin on the heals of my feet and ankles is RAW. I live right around the corner but I wont be coming back.

Horrible my nails look like press on nails, showed a pic and explained exactly what I wanted. I walked out with flat square ass nails. I told him this is not what I wanted and instead of listening he made excuses.

This place is amazing there great i suggest Amy or Tina for eyebrows and or nails they do the job everytime there never rude and the environment is great the waiting area is nice and the nail polish and acrylic isnt an over powering sent u should go there and get them nails on fleek

I have been here a few times. Sent friends and family here as well. For a mani and pedi its noted on the wall $40 and even on the first nail station. When I was cashed out, the younger nail tech gave me a reciept for $42. I advised her of the pricing on the wall and she said the manager told her its $42. I know its $2 difference but if you are changing prices you should update your wall prices

Some of the nail techs here dont do quality nails. My nails were done for less than a week and the acrylic was breaking on different nails and two nails came off. I returned to ask if they could redo them but I would have to pay full price. Will no longer be going to these type of nail salon.

The website and store hour sign at the business indicate the business is supposed to be open I on Sunday’s at 12 (some website references say 12:30). Called many times and waited outside business to open today and it never did. Very unprofessional. I am extremely busy so time wasted Is not appreciated. Please update your store hours if need be.

Have been here plenty of times and have never been disgusted with the service that I received today . I simply wanted a gel manicure and I came as soon as the place opened (12pm) . The lady told me 30 minutes and I dont mind waiting but there comes a limit . I waited 50 minutes and was still not serviced and I told her I had to leave and come back . I came back and then had the nerve to tell me she was closed & once I had told her I was there earlier she was ready to service me but there was another 30-40 minute wait . Then before I could even answer she began to tell me to just come back tomorrow because shes tired and theres was already to many people and began to get fussy with me and told me I shouldnt have left and after that I just walked out . After I thought I found a good nail place I was proved wrong yet again 🙄

Staff was rude. Walked in to get my gel polish removed. She left pieces of polish on almost every single one of my nails, didn’t file well enough to get all the snags off, and she charged me $2 more than was advertised.
