I always have a great experience at Main Street Dental. I used to dread going to the dentist, but never here. My crown fell out last night and they were able to get me right in today and get it fixed. I also had a root canal done awhile back. I had heard many horror stories and was terrified. I came out of the experience with almost zero pain. I so appreciate the warm and helpful staff. Thank you for all you do to keep us smiling! 😁

Dr.O was extremely patient during a very emotional visit with my 7-year old daughter. At a very young age, our daughter went through various traumatic dental visits, but with Dr.O we got patience, caring and compassionate care. Dr. O took the extra time to show our daughter what tools he was using and allowed her to play with them ahead of time. When our daughter became tearful, Dr.O acknowledged her feelings and made sure she was comfortable before he proceeded. Main Street Dental is a great place, especially for young children.

Main Street dental is the best dental place I ever visited. Everyone from the desk staff, assistants, and hygienists are super friendly, compassionate, and very professional. Everyone here make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I was anxious about my dental care, but they made me feel very comfortable from the day I called in for a tooth pain. I got the appointment the second day I called. The pain and the big problem was solved on the same day. Dr. Osman made my day that day. He told me that my tooth is savable while another Dr. From another office told me that my tooth was not useable and savable at all.I used to suffer a lot from arm,shoulder, and neck pain for months. I didn’t know I had an infected tooth. However the other office I visited told me I had an infection and gave me an appointment like in a month. And I am not very familiar with Rochester so I started asking people if anyone knows any good dental office. I was told about Dr. Osman. Yes, they were right. He fixed the problem on the same day, and that was my last arm, neck pain. I want to thank Dr.Osman and everyone who works at Main Street dental. They changed my general perspective of dental care and my anxiety towards dentistry.I also want to thank the hygienists that cleaned my teeth. They educate me what to do at home and answered every question I had. Finally especial thanks to hygienist Paige. She was very compassionate and professional that my treatment that day was enjoyable. She explained everything she was about to do before she do. She made me very comfortable that day.I never wrote google reviews ever but I want to thank Dr. Osman and the staff at Main Street dental and tell them to keep doing their hard work. Dr. Osman is a phenomenal dentist! I was in terrible pain and he fixed the issue at a fair price. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The whole team is great and the clinic is clean.

Staff is caring and adjusts to meet your needs/wants. I have dental anxiety. They are always understanding, ask if I am doing ok throughout the procedures. Always ready with suggestions and information I need to make choices on treatment. Also work with you and your insurance. I have gone to a different dental office and had a horrible experience there, and I came back to Mainstreet and will never leave again.

I find the staff and dentist to be the kindest people to work with. They are always concerned about my health and well being and make sure I am well informed about the procedures.

The assistant & Higentlest were so wonderful, they both we so great and The Dentist was so honest with me, giving me the news witch wasn’t what I wanted to here but I knew it was going to happen. He gave it to me in such a manner it was very kind manner. Your office is so welcoming, the colors are so comfortable to, soft to the eyes. The smallest things mean so much to me and others I’m sure!Everyone is so kind, and that is so comforting to me and I’m sure to all your patients 💜 .After I was Done with my appointment to check out and make payment towards my bill my blood sugars had dropped surprisingly I wasn’t expecting that but I had troubles to eat to help me with my blood sugar and the receptionist was so awesome she was very considerate and thought oh we got some juice and so she brought me an apple juice it was bad my blood sugars had dropped to 55 which is not safe at all but she brought me a juice I should buy things my tablets sat down for 15 minutes and felt better and I just let her know my experience I have there and I I want to make you my family dentistry just with myself so thank you for all your hard work and your team membership to each other that you made it pleasant for me. Had some tooth pain Sunday night. Called Monday morning and was seen at 9:15am. A quick x-ray and some dental work. Problem was solved and I was back to work at 11am. As always minimizing pain was a priority. Thank you.

I recently moved to Rochester and had previously saw Dr. Hanson at the Blooming Prairie office since I was a teen. I had such great care, it was only right I transferred to the Rochester office.Dr. Stenzel has been phenomenal! I cannot say enough great things about this office. From the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist, all wonderful staff and very accommodating.Dr. Stenzel really cares about his patients! I am always satisfied with my visits. This is by far the best dental office in southern MN and I am usually not one to leave reviews. I would highly recommend this place!

I just moved to Minnesota and needed to find a dentist because of a broken tooth. I need to mention I had a very bad experience in another state with a dentist. So I googled the “best dentist in Rochester” and Main Street Dental Clinic of Rochester appeared at the top of my search with a 5 star rating. I called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and kind. She scheduled my appointment for 2 days later.I arrived at the office for my appointment and from the lady at the front desk checking me in, to Diana the doctors assistant, everyone was calming, kind, professional, and caring. A young lady sat down with me to explain the needed treatment and gave me options and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to explain the treatment plan to me. She was very patient while I nervously made my decision and she calmed my fears. Dr Osman was just amazing. He also was calming, kind, professional, and caring. The procedure was quick and painless. This is the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. I will continue to see Dr Osman and his excellent staff for all my dental needs.A quote by Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said...but people will never forget how you made them feel”.

I brought my 3 year old in for her first cleaning today and was blown away by how well it went. Check in was quick and easy and Miranda was so patient and explained everything to my daughter so she knew what was all going on so she didn’t get nervous. I’m glad we chose Main Street Dental and we will definitely be returning!

Our experience here was absolutely fantastic! Called the office with a concern about my 4 year old daughter, was in the waiting room shortly after with a screaming and terrified daughter. Promptly met with a blanket, a few little toys, and they turned a movie on for her to watch of her choosing. The front office staff even offered to help me fill out the paper work on their tablet so I could soothe the little one. Within 10 minutes of arriving we were in an observation chair. The hygienist and dentist were very thorough, incredibly quick, and very comforting.

I was in Rochester, MN for a wedding and my tooth decided to act up and I had a dental emergency. I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and these guys made me feel very safe and relaxed and they had my tooth out so quick i couldn’t believe it happened already. Although I have not experienced many dental practices in town, Main Street Dental will be my only dentist as long as I live near Rochester. All of the employees at the front desk, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and dentists create a welcoming experience at the clinic for any procedure they do--from routine cleanings to root canals and implants. If you, or anyone else you know, is nervous about going to the dentist, I would highly recommend making an appointment with any of the excellent dentists here, especially Dr. Osman. We’re new to town and so thankful we found a home at Main Street Dental. Unlike some clinics, the staff is so relaxed. Certainly professional, but the down-to-earth culture kept us comfortable. The clinic is SPOTLESS! Their utilizing technology I’ve never seen before...so it’s clear they’re constantly investing to make the experience better for their patients.
