Just left the office and was absolutely blown away by their professionalism and kindness. Never once did they cause pain with the cleaning. I high recommend this dental office. Its hard to find people who still care but they do.

I was shocked to hear that my 8 am appointment has been rescheduled to another date without notice when I arrived the dental office in the early morning. I understand the mistakes. However, it is inacceptable for the lies and ridiculous excuses to cover themselves.This is not the first unpleasant experience in their office. Finally, I decided that it is my last visit there.Thanks for your reply. You should recall if the similar incidents dont happen a lot in your office. My appointment is at 8 am on Tuesday, June 15. You rescheduled it to October without discussion with me. When it happened, I talked to your office manager and my dentist who promised to bring it to your next meeting.

I went to this office for the first time this morning, terrified, with a very painful back molar. Everyone I spoke with from start to finish was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Big shout-out to Dr. Lindquist and Andrea for keeping me calm through the whole procedure. I am so scared of going to the dentist, but let me tell you I felt no pain and they were empathetic and kind. Absolutely the best!!! Every single time I’ve gone to 12th street dental I’ve received the best care. From the dentist to the staff in the front are fenomenal ! They truly listen and try to work with you. I called in as my tooth hurt pretty bad, they got me in right away and got me on my way to get it fixed.

Tough to think of having a favorite dentist, but if there were such a thing, this would be it. Always professional. Always sensitive to my needs and my huge aversion to pain. I cant quite call it painless, but I its not from a lack of trying very, very hard.

My appointment was efficient, yet I never felt like they were trying to rush. They also make you feel at ease, something that is hard to do at dental appointments.My 4 yr old son went for his first appointment ever a week later, and they made it a fun experience. They explained everything to him, in a fun and exciting way so he actually enjoyed his visit. They let him pick out a fun toothbrush and gave him a token to get a little toy out of the lobby. HE LOVED it!! Highly recommend for kids!

I am not a huge fan of the dentist, (sorry, but honestly, who is) but I was very fortunate when we found Dr. Becker and 12th Street Dental. I have a horrible gag reflex and struggle when any work has to be done. Dr. Becker has taken the time to find things that help calm the gag reflex while working on my teeth. Dr. Becker and his team take the time to explain all procedures and make sure I am comfortable. Like I said earlier, not a fan of the dentist but I am a huge fan of Dr. Becker and his team.

I was a new patient, not having gone to a dentist in quite some time. I had an emergency pain issue and needed a tooth pulled, and not only did Dr. Bouquet thoroughly explain what was going to be done, but the dental hygienist (Im SO sorry I forgot get name... she was wonderful!!), also got me prepped for a next visit and explained each picture and x-ray taken.I was slightly uncomfortable being a new patient with a not so great history, and I was completely welcomed there, and for being being a dentists office, I cant WAIT to get back on track for the health of my teeth.Thank you both so much!!

BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL EVER. They will cheat you, scam you and over charge you. I went in for a chipped tooth that needed a filling and they infected another tooth I spent over 1300 here for the same tooth they had gotten infected. Their place is not all that clean. They don’t clean their instruments we’ll probably why I got infected. The whole place is a FRAUD and they will rob you. I have never in all my living years have met an establishment like this. Also we are African American and they are very racist and will tell you something is not charged and still charge you. This is my first review and nobody should be going there. To refer you guys to better dentist I would suggest anywhere else. These people don’t take their job serious, very unprofessional. should be called SCAM CHEATING LYING UNPROFEESIONAL DENTAL FROM NOW ON. I am a long-standing patient of Dr. Becker; and during his absence, Dr. Lindquist extracted an infected tooth (after conferring prior with Dr. Becker). Dr. Lindquist thoroughly explained the problem, procedure, and future need for a bridge, etc. I was extremely pleased with his care.

I came upon 12th St. Dental due to a dental emergency. We do not live in Rochester so I went online in an attempt to find a quality dentist in the area. After experiencing tooth pain, a fever & other abnormal symptoms I knew I needed immediate assistance. The online reviews for 12th St. Dental office were very good so I decided to contact them. I am adding to the good reviews.I was able to obtain a quick exam with Dr. Lindquist & dental assistant, Brook. I was quickly diagnosed with an abscessed tooth that was very infected. I was given an antibiotic & scheduled 2 days later for an extraction, as the tooth could not be saved. The tooth was removed with zero pain. Dr. Lindquist & dental assistant, Brook, are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They put me at ease as I am experiencing other medical issues that could have been complicated by an infected tooth.Overall, my experience with the entire staff, including the office staff, could not have been better. Instead, of returning to my original dentist, I decided to schedule my check-up & cleaning with them. The difficult part for me is cost as I don’t have dental insurance. I believe their office is within the higher end of average cost, but for me, the emergency dental work was worth the $$$ I paid. My experience & the dental work were of the highest quality.Thank you so much.

Fabulous experience at 12th street dental from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist. My whole family sees Dr.Becker and he is phenomenal. He does a very thorough job and does not recommend unecessary procedures. He is honest and explains everything in very easy to understand terms. We brought our 2 yr old daughter to him and he was also great with her, she didnt get scared and all and since then has loved dentists. He referred when necessary for her more complex dental care. I just wanted to share my very positive experience with my new dentist at 12th street! I just switched from my former dentist, and Im so happy I did. Just to start off, the office and lobby are both so nice, comfortable, and clean. I was waiting in the lobby for hardly 3 minutes before I was called in. Dr. Becker is the most honest and helpful doctor, he tells you what you really needs to do with your teeth, he will not sale you any anything, the reason I am saying this because I used to go Zumbro Veiw Dental, they tell you bad news after bad news. I made an appointment on Tuesday and need it for next day on Wednesday, the girl from front desk did her best to have me in on Wednesday by the afternoon. DR. Bernard Bouquet helped me to remove a wisdom tooth that it was getting really bad with pain and already chewing on my tissue and gum. His assistant was amazing, she kept holding my hands during the procedure as I was really nervous.The procedure wasnt painful at all. The whole team did a great job, my first time trying a Dentist in Rochester and turns out they will be my forever dentist office. This office is the best in town! I have been with multiple dental offices in Rochester and surrounding towns and they are hands down the most comfortable to be at. The three dentists really do care about their patients, and the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. The Drs, DA, and staff at 12th Street, are amazing. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel at home. The setting is very homelike and the prices are very reasonable. Everyone is well informed and they make sure that patients walk away with everything the need to make an informed decision. The Dentist is not a comfortable visit to begin with, but 12th street makes as comfortable as possible, which makes the dentist going expel that much easier and much more tolerable.

I have been going to the 12th Street Dental Office for years and recommend them highly. Their office staff is super friendly and so efficient. The doctors and technicians are second to none and will serve you well, no matter what your age is or needs are.

They recommended doing a root canal procedure for my daughters tooth. I accepted that because I didnt know that this procedure is usually done by specialist. So instead of referring my daughter to a speciality clinic, they did the procedure which failed later.

I recently had some work done on my teeth and 12th Street Dental made it a great experience. Sounds odd especially for a dentists office but they made me feel comfortable during the procedure. The best part is that I was feeling great a day later.
