From the moment I entered the office the vibe was refreshing. Everyone from the Front desk personnel to Dr. Smith were very pleasant and friendly and really made my son and I feel welcomed and cared for. We were given a tour of the facility, and each instrument was explained to my 8 year old to make him comfortable. My exam was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. I truly have never had this type of dental experience anywhere else in my 43 years. I’m glad my family and I made the switch in providers. I feel like I’m home! Full Heart Dental is the perfect name for this dental office because love is all I felt😍

Full Heart Dentistry seriously has the kindest and most helpful and informative people working in their office! I came to them unemployed, uninsured, and with a broken front tooth, literally a nightmare situation. Not only were they able to see me and address my tooth immediately, but Dr Smith explained all of my options and did everything possible to fix my tooth while keeping costs as low as possible. She and Paula were so incredibly helpful, always making sure that I was comfortable and that I was never overwhelmed financially or otherwise. The specialists they referred me to were equally amazing, and the lab they work with did a beautiful job on my new tooth. I’m honestly beyond grateful to have found Full Heart Dentistry, I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone!

Beware that you are being charged for EVERYTHING that they do, INCLUDING things they dont tell you about. More than once, I was charged for things that I was unaware they were doing or wasnt told was an extra charge. And I had to pay out of pocket, so Im annoyed. Anyway, I just thought people should know this ahead of time.

My Sister was the advocate to get me into Dr.Sarah Smith office. I was in pain as I walked through the door and was embraced and treated with so much care...I cried in the office in front of everyone. I had received less than stellar care from my previous dentist of 7 years. Dr.Smith and her team went to work to turn my frown into a smile. Dr. Smith has provided me with amazing dental care! Previously I was with a provider for 15yrs and after moving to the Rochester area, she and her staff welcomed me with open arms. They are always friendly, thorough, and want to much sure you are fully educated on your dental hygiene, its importance, and best care practices. I had a total of 12 fillings in 1.5yrs (many re-done old ones and hidden ones my old dentist never found). Anytime I experienced pain she would have me in the office in less than 48hrs. I went from just having sensitive teeth to being able to enjoy chocolate and ice cream again PAIN FREE!With Covid-19, I even had a phone call with her where we discussed our families, impacts on our lives, and overall how we were doing. She is truly a sweetheart who cares about her clients wellbeing.Since then I have moved to Eastern NY, but fully intend to continue care with Dr. Smith. Shes amazing. ❤

Ive been a patient for 15 years and I would not go anywhere else. Dr.Smith and her staff treats you like family and not business. The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant. The facility is clean. You wont be sorry when you leave out of her office. She also is very open to payment options if you dont have it. You know she its good when my kids dont have a problem coming to the dentist. Try it out and you Will never want to go anywhere else again.

I have finally found the right dental practice! Every member of the staff is beyond respectful, informed, professional, warm, sincere, and helpful. They welcomed my twin 7 year olds with open arms, and amazing service. Both me and my mother are going to change to Full Heart Dentistry as well! They seem very nice. Are very money driven. The dentist caused me a lot of facial pain, which lasted 2 1/2 weeks. I went to her for a second opinion about a root canal. I keep trying to tell her that I felt that I needed. I now believe that she knew from the beginning that she wouldnt be confident doing the particular tooth that was causing the pain. So instead of saying that I needed a root canal, she convinced me to have other work done, which actually caused more pain then I originally had. Then after doing another x ray she decided that I needed a root canal, but that she was referring me to a specialist. I asked for my money back on the procedure that she did because I had already told her that I couldnt afford to do both crown and root canal in the same yr. She did give it back, thinking that I was coming back to her. Not a chance!

Dr. Sarah Smith is literally fantastic. I HATE going to the Dentist with a burning passion, but Dr. Smith and her WHOLE TEAM are so warm, kind and completely professional - It makes my fear of the dentist much easier to deal with. Dr. Smith will spend extra time explaining what she is going to do (if that is what you want, some people dont want to know, but I did), she spends extra time making sure you are completely numb and comfortable. On top of it all, the office stocks blankets, lip gloss, pillows, they thought of everything you could need to make your dreaded dentist trip more comfortable.If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Smith and her team. :)

Dr. Smith is amazing! She is so gentle with both her patients and her staff. I first came to her because my tooth broke and she took me in for an appointment the same day. My former dentist had failed to identify the problem with the tooth which caused it to break. Dr. Smith was so caring and compassionate! She fixed the tooth and I have been coming to her regularly now for about 5 years. I have referred several friends and colleagues and everyone just loves her!
