I’ve been coming here for a few months now. Everything is explained thoroughly right from the consult visit. The doctors and staff do an amazing job making one comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Nassaney, Natalia, and Shelby for helping me realize that I’ve chosen the right practice to call “my” dentist! For all that fear the dentist you should give Alliance a call.

I had an emergency. I called Alliance to find out how soon they could see me. After taking the time to collect all of my information--name, address, phone, email, etc.--they told me that they had found a 20 year-old debt that my now-deceased ex-wife incurred as the result of an insurance issue in 2001. They told me I had to pay the debt before they could see me. I told them that I would pay it when I came in. However, it turned out they no had availability over the next two days because the dentist was double booked both days (Thursday and Friday). I had no problem paying the debt. It would have been nice if they had tried to contact me or my ex-wifes relatives about it sometime over last 20 years, but whatever. It is what is. What I really do not appreciate is going through the trouble of giving my info, dealing with the 20 year-old balance, and then finding out they would not help me, all while I was in terrible pain. Aspen Dental saw me for a free first-time evaluation and then took care of my issue for only 137 dollars. Use them instead.

Amazing team. So friendly and caring. I was stressed about an extraction and the doctor made me feel relaxed and I had zero pain. Ill be back. So happy to have found this office.♥️

I just wanted a cleaning. I filled out the medical history they asked for online and came in for the cleaning. While in the chair talking to the dental hygienist, she said I needed to get x-rays first. I didnt know that and no one said anything to me about it when I first booked my appointment for a cleaning. Im not an expert at this. I mentioned already having x-rays from the last place in visited, Goodwin Community Health, which was in my medical history. Maybe two years ago, if that. They said they wanted to do the x-rays anyway. I asked how much that would cost. The hygienist went to look something up, or talk to someone, and came back to the room and said my insurance would cover it. So I said OK I would get the new x-rays. After that, they booked my cleaning -- for 2.5 months later.Now, I just got a bill for over $100 for the x-rays. I called to say I was told my insurance would cover it and the accounts person argued that I shouldve made it more clear I already had x-rays (I told them, and it was in my history) and I shouldve called my insurance myself instead of listening to the hygienist, who is not in the accounts or insurance industry. So it was my responsibility to do more than provide my medical history, tell them I had x-rays, ask how much it would cost for new x-rays, and trust what I was told. Amazing. They will not remove the bill and expect me to pay it. Needless to say, I cancelled the future cleaning appointment.

Is it possible for me to request and get a specific hygienist, such as Gabby, for my next appointment? I like her a lot. She makes me feel safe.

I had a bad wisdom tooth that was causing a lot of pain for the past week. I had called what felt like every dentist within a 100 mile radius of me and was turned down by all of them. When I called first thing this morning I was expecting to be turned down but they gave me a call right back and asked if I could be there in about 2 hours. I rushed down and made it just in time to have it pulled. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My tooth was terrible but I didn’t feel judged or belittled because of it.. So much relief!

I am so glad I found this office & especially Dr. Nassaney. I have some dental anxiety due to a previous terrible experience with a tooth extraction. I desperately needed my two wisdom teeth out and in true me fashion, I waited until the last minute. The office was so accommodating and got me in right away, all staff I encountered were friendly and Dr. Nassaney and they dental assistants really eased me in to the process and were so awesome. My extraction went well and I can’t wait to go in for my cleaning and fillings next time!

I am a 16 year old patient. I had an appointment for a cleaning on June 4th, and I was very nervous. Waiting in the waiting room was hard. But when my hygienist, Gabby, came to get me, I didnt feel nervous anymore. She talked to me the whole time, taking all my fear away. She seems to me like somebody I can really relate with, and get along with as well. She is a wonderful lady who is very positive and friendly, and overall gives off a good vibe. I am also quite fond of Dr. Tehani as well, she saw me back in April when I had some concerns about a cavity I though I may have had. She was very sweet and assured me that there was no cavity. I saw her again on the 4th when I got my cleaning done. She made me feel calm as well, and told me that I had great teeth while she was examining my mouth. Overall great staff, and I will definitely be back in the future!

This dental office was awesome years ago when it was run by Dr. Laurion (what a godsend he was)...until I couldnt afford antibiotic injections and Renee Goodspeed said, I guess you dont care about your teeth. I was so humiliated I never returned for myself. The rest of my family continued to go there and it was fair until I owed them $50. Again, Renee Goodspeed was rude and condescending. We have a great new dentist now thanks to her!!!

I found this Gem of a place a couple months ago. I wish I had found them YEARS ago!! This is hands down the best dentist office I have EVER been to. I personally see DR. Nassaney. She is AMAZING!! Seriously does miracles! Well the whole crew is amazing! Dr. Nassaney had made me have hope in achieving a perfect smile again! A goal I had given up on, a long time ago. I would recommend this dental office to absolutely everyone! They are compassionate, and truly care about the patient. I absolutely love the confidence they have given me! Thank you Alliance dental!

The doctors are nice, billing however will try to steal $60 from you for missed appointments you never set up. Being a theif isnt cool guys.

Alliance for Dental Care, Rochester NH is the very best! I see Gabrielle ( Gabby ) and she makes me feel so Comfortable and my hands do not sweat from being nervous. I wished I would’ve known about this place in 2005 when I moved to Rochester. With going to Alliance For Dental Care in Rochester New Hampshire there is no more worries for me, absolutely no more fear. I highly recommend! The building is very very clean! I went in knowing i had a lot of issues with my mouth and finally got the insurance i needed for dental since state insurance only does so much.I take responsibility for my mouth being as bad as it is with some blame pushed towards past dental offices. With that being said, there wasnt much understanding on their part. Comments were made such as wow you have A LOT going on, im not even sure what the next step should be which i found slightly unprofessional. I was uncomfortable and needless to say i left on the verge of tears.Im sure theyre normally great...but after 2 years of being terrified of going, lets just say im very anxiety ridden to go back and hear what else they have to say.

Tarin is phenomenal. My experience both times has exceeded any and all expectations of dentistry in the realms of professionalism, bedside manner, and providing comfort regarding difficult situations. What was initially thought to be a 10-15 min extraction turned into a 1.5 hour removal. Now that may sound like a negative, but during the entire experience I felt no pain, and was supported and in the experienced hands of Tarin and the other practitioners at Alliance. I love it here, and never thought I would be able to say that about a dental office.

I lost a filling, broke a tooth and needed a dentist. I did search on line and found 12 practices in the next town over. I decided to call the practice easiest to get to. The receptionist told me I could see the dentist in 2 or 3 weeks but I had to see a technician first. Alliance was next on my list to call. The receptionist said they could get me in next afternoon. I said I prefer mornings. She put me on hold for a minute and then set me up for 1045 the next morning. Doctor Tarin fixed my teeth so I could eat. Gave me some pills and scheduled me for a root canal 7 days later. She told me the root canal would be painless. I had my 1st root canal in 1954 and 2 in1960 and 1 in 1971 so I knew better. Anyhow I showed up for the root canal and sat tensed up and gripping the arms of the chair every time the Doc went near my mouth and she kept telling me to relax it wasnt going to hurt. After awhile the Doc started to move away and I asked when she was going to pop the nerve out. She said it was all done and she was just finishing up. I didnt feel a thing. I have a new dentist now.

Couldnt be happier with Tarin and Nathalia. Every time I come in, I feel confident they are going to take care of me. They both love their jobs, and you can tell they do this with a comforting glow. Everyone including the receptionists truly make the experience nothing like the 90s stigma we all have from the dentist! Thank you again for all you do! Im actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Wow, what a great Dental Care Facility. I was on vacation and the crown fell off my tooth. I called my regular dentist in Kentucky and she advised I get it looked at before my return home. This dentist office was close by so I called and was able to get an immediate emergency appointment. I am so grateful they were able to fit me in. I cant say enough good things about this office.They were thorough, gentle and explained everything they did to get me on my way to enjoy the rest of my vacation. They even emailed the x-ray and everything that was done to my regular dentist in Kentucky so they would have it for my records there.Great team! If I lived in New Hampshire they would be my dentists.

I called Alliance for Dental Care with an urgent dental matter. I was visiting from out of state and my crown came off. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly and professional. They made an appointment for me the following morning. They took care of my issue quickly and did a great job re-cementing my crown. Dr. Mike and everyone I met at the practice were so nice. They even made a follow up phone call to me two days later to see if everything was okay! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this practice to others!

I had two extractions done today and I was actually very pleasantly surprised how comfortable and not nervous I was with asst. Natalia and Dr. Ambra. He explained everything so thoroughly and really seemed like he cares about his patients. I’m scheduled again in a week or so and I’m actually not dreading going back. I can’t say enough good things about the people who took care of me today.

Best dentists office I’ve ever been to. Extremely considerate and well trained staff, I enjoy my visits with them and always leave 100% satisfied with my care. I literally sat in the Parking Lot today trembling. I worked up the courage and went in. First visit for many years due to a fear of Dentists. But I knew I needed to go and start the process of taking better care of myself and get over this. I’m not very emotional most of the time, today I was. They greeted me when I checked in and Rebecca came out to get me. I was honest with her and she and I clicked immediately or at least I clicked with her. Anxiety started to diminish as she did X Rays etc. Her chair side manners and attention to me calmed me down. Then Dr. Curtis came in and did his evaluation on me. This Dr. is just what I needed. THANK YOU ALL at Alliance For Dental Care. I look forward to working with you.

I cant begin to put into words about my experience here. I have a fear of the dentist and hadnt been in years. I had taken such great care of my teeth, that I put the fear behind me and skipped through my early twenties as if everything was okay. When I finally decided to make the call, I expressed my concerns and the girl ( her name was Kasey ) was absolutely amazing. She could tell I was nervous and was all ears when I was stumbling over my words and expressing how nervous I was. She was comforting and assuring I would be in good hands and that they would take care of me! Which oh my goodness, the dentist hygienist Jennifer was a saint! She just made this first step that much more comfortable. From the phone call to laying in that chair for the first time in years, I am more than pleased with my service here and my fear for the dentist has completely disappeared all thanks to the exceptional service I had! I love this place and cant wait for my next cleaning!

If you have Dental Anxiety, this is the place to go! The staff are warm and comforting. The Hygienists are on point and the Doctors are so gentle.

I moved to NH about 2 1/2 years ago and left a dentist who I had for over 30 years and a mouth with lots of cavities due to medical issues. Met right off the bat with Curtis, explained my financial situation and he explained the mouthful of tooth problems I had - well the fillings are all done with just two badly rotted teeth left to be extracted. Dr. Curtis has worked at a speed I could afford to pay for and certainly knows his stuff. Hoping I can bring a friend on Medicaid in for her mouthful of problems so Dr Curtis can weave his magic in her mouth and give her a smile back. All the folks from front entrance to billing to cleaning and to assisting Dr Curtis are exceptional people in my mind.

Whats the point of having an emergency appointments if they dont do anything?

I have been a patient of Alliance for Dental, of Rochester, N.H. for close to 20 years. All visits have been a positive experience, regardless of the procedure. The entire staff is above and beyond helpful. Each Dentist, from Dr. Laurion to Dr. Kochhar, and all in between, have made each experience pleasant. Throughout these 20 years I have recommended 13 family and friends to this practice. Each has been a patient since. I recommend and will continue to recommend this dental office to all people, from children to adults. Thank you Alliance for Dental for making the trip to the dentist a comfortable experience.

My son needed to get some work done and was pretty nervous about it. The dentist who took care of him was awesome! Calmed both us down, answered all of my questions and treated us with care, and respect. I love this place. The hygienist was fantastic, too!

I was pleased with my visit. Was seeking a second opinion on a root issue. A definitive diagnosis was not possible but was referred to a specialist. Everything was explained well and all questions answered to my satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

I had never been seen at Alliance Dental Care but had an emergency. I called at 8am and was in the chair being treated at 10 am. I had an abscessed wisdom tooth and needed an extraction. The kindness and professionalism by the staff made them A+ in my book. I have found my new dental practice.

Dr Thibeault was fantastic!! Made sure I was comfortable if i felt too much pressure or pain he numbed me up a little more it was quick fast and easy!

I was traveling to visit my parents and had truly horrible tooth pain. The office responded to a text after hours, assuring me they took emergency non client appointments. I called the next morning, and they got me right in. I needed a root canal on a front tooth, which was quickly scheduled for a few days later.Terry and Dr. Thibeault were superb. Both were kind, patient, personable, and informative, and it feels very weird to say, but I had a great root canal experience with minimal pain or discomfort. I wish this could be my regular dental home.

Great place to go. Very friendly and willing to help anyone who walks in. I recommend these wounderful people to work on your teeth over anyone else.

The best dentist I have ever been to always makes me feel safe and comfortable. I even moved 45 mins away and still choose to come here because of how wonderful everyone is here . Dr. Gentle Mike, Kim & Shannon... What can I say? Well, I needed Emergency Extractions of my many teeth. Infection, Calcium & Vitamin D hadnt helped my teeth as I thought these Supplements would do per Education, thereof. Boy, not for me.I came into Dr. Mikes Dental office in pain, an onset of infection. He did what at least 3 other doctors offices would not. They never mentioned Emergency Extraction being covered under the Insurance Coverage I have. He assured me all is well & dont be overwhelmed & we can move forward. Such relief. He performed all necessary treatment I required. And, Gently!.. Henceforth,Dr. Gentle Mike... LOL, but True.Then his Dental Assistants, Kim & Shannon. Kim, you are so comforting, professional & knowledgeable and Shannon, you as well.I still have much more work to come & Ive chosen to continue with Alliance Dental.Thank you all for everything. I had a fear of dentist for almost 30 years. I suffered a broken tooth and was in pain. My entire family are patients at Alliance. With a little bit of hand holding and encouragement I made it in. From the first moment, I was made to feel comfortable and cared for. I have been back 2 more times since that first visit to start to get my teeth back in order and get my tooth pulled. I cant say enough about the gentle and amazing care I have received, and even it stopped there I would be a fan, but there is so many more! They take the time to show patients they really care, whether its positive words from staff, or a friendly post surgery check in call its the little things that show they go above and beyond. Alliance has given me back my oral health, and for that I will be forever grateful. I have already recommended them to two people, and will continue to share my experience with anyone that ask.

My daughter terrified of dentists, but dr. Mike Ambra instantly became her best friend, and he did the impossible job fixing her front chipped in very bad way teeth, now she smiling all the time and cant stop showing off how beautiful and real looking her teeth is . she felt no pain, she was happy and excited whole time while he was working on it. now she cant wait for her next visit and its only dentistshe want go to. I had an emergency extraction, I did not want to do. But Dr Mike and his team calmed me down and numb me up .large wisdom tooth out in under 2 min, painless.. I was so amazed. Priced so reasonably I wanted to tip him but they would not let me.

You simply: cannot ask for a better staff of people who are dedicated to your needs. A grown 62 year old women who is afraid of dentists, and they made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend anyone to this facility

Best dentist office I’ve been to, I had a horrible experience at my last dentist and was scared to go to the dentist again until I came here. I had fillings done. The staff is very nice and they get you in quickly. I’ll never go to another dentist.

My husband and I have been clients of Alliance for many years. We love the care we receive there. Everyone is friendly and professional. It feels like family!

Appointment made for the following day to take care of the most severe pain in the lower jaw. No jitters when brought yo the exam room by dental technician. It was an abscess. Superb job done by dentist.

My husband had an emergency and although he had never been to Alliance for Dental Care before, he was seen the same day and received excellent care. His tooth was removed and he has had very little discomfort since. We are very grateful for the emergency service.

When Dr. Goodspeed was in charge this was the best dental office ever! However, theres a clear move to a focus on profit over patient concern. My first red flag was the new (to me) dentist changing the plan I had set up with Dr. Goodspeed for the more expensive procedure first. The second flag was when I made an appointment to have a filling that fell out replaced and I spent an hour in the chair only to have the guy tell me to set another appointment to have it fixed (my insurance was charged $270 to have him speak to me). The third n final flag was when I had a medical emergency (I was incapacitated) and they charged me $110 missed appointment fee for being in the hospital instead of in their chair! Im all set with a place that clearly is focused on profits more than their patients time, health and $.

I just called to make an appt for my grandson who I just gained guardianship of recently. I was told they were accepting new patients. When I told them that he had Nh medicaid, I was told that the dont make appts for these people. I have to call on a daily basis to see if they have an opening that they can put him into. Im sorry but it certainly feels like he isnt getting the same service as someone else who has insurance? This child is 9 years old and has never been to a dentist. Im am appalled and if I ever have an opportunity to recommend a dentist in town it certainly wont be Alliance for Dental Care!! By the way, I only clicked a star because it wouldnt let me post without doing so. My review is zero stars !

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Ambra filled two cavities, happy with the work. Ive been for an initial appointment as a first time patient (cleaning, x-rays, etc.), and then for the cavity follow up, and neither time did my appointment run late. In and out fast, while still having good work done.

Great people. I had put off getting dentures as long as I could after years of neglecting my teeth. I gag easily and was afraid of the impressions process as well as the dentures. I was not an easy customer. I was thrilled to learn I could save 5 bottom teeth and have a partial on the bottom. They handled my gagging issue, got me through the process, and I now smile with my mouth open. With summer coming Im looking forward to corn on the cob which I have no problem eating.

Have only had great experiences here. Everyone is amazing. Would and do recommend this office.

Ive been coming to Alliance for Dental Care from the time it was two chairs, Dr. Laurion, and his assistant. It has grown over the past 30+ years, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the dentists or Hygenists.They are careful, compassionate, and you know they are treating you, not just a name on a clipboard. I had extractions done here a year+ ago and had an awesome experience so they became our dentist. I brought my child there to have his teeth cleaned for the first time since pre-covid. We had a new never before seen dentist/hygienist combo who seemed miserable. We had a several hundred dollar credit on our account which was strange and the secretarial person seemed really dodgy when I tried asking about this “credit”. Will probably return until our “credit” is gone.Wouldn’t recommend with the same enthusiasm and I did prior to this visit

Loved my expierece at alliance dr. Ambra is very caring and kind for as nervous as I was he was able to make my experience much better just by simply making sure I was doing okay through the process. I love this dental office. I will not go anywhere else. My denitst Curtis Thibeault along with his dental assisant Terry have changed my view on the dentist. I have alot of fear when going to the dentist, and i have had such a great experience they have made me feel calm and relaxed. Im very happy i finally found a place that is the right fit for me. All the front desk staff are amazing as well. Would 100% recomend this dental office.

Was a patient for 20+ years but no longer. Gone downhill over the past 2 years. Saw Dr. Ambra, who I felt did a poor job repairing a crown. Told them I would prefer to not see him again, they continued to schedule me with him anyway. Reminded them after each appointment...they still continued to do so. Sold me a $500 night gaurd no better than a $30 piece of junk from Walmart. Jaw feels misaligned every time I use it. When asking them to fix it Im made to feel like Im the problem. After many other issues, called Alliance letting them know I changed dentists. Received a phone call 2 months later asking me to pay for a missed appointment. Told them I was no longer a patient and they should have canceled future appointments when I called. Was told no problem. Received a call a week after that asking me to reschedule my missed appointment!! Obviously no one followed through to close my account. Their continued incompetence just cements my decision to switch. Used to be a good office but no longer. *UPDATE* 7/9/18 dropped off a records release form for switching dentists. Called to see that it was done before an appointment with my new dentist. Was told by the office that they did not have the form and it was not done. New dentist said they would help me get the records and call them. Received a phone call from Alliance a few minutes later saying oh we do actually have it… it was in the wrong place. The wrong place on the computer meaning that your receptionist didnt know how to find it? Where exactly are patients records being kept that theyre in the wrong place?? Since Linda retired their front office staff is completely incompetent and I wish I had switched 2-3 years ago.

Recently I went back to the dentist for the first time in about 5 years. I have To admit I was a bit nervous But my hygienist was so great she put me right at ease. I had a cavity and a chip in my front tooth (which was so annoying and unsightly). Dr Ambra discussed my options with me and made me feel at ease about correcting it. He was clear and concise about our plan to move forward and made sure that I felt comfortable with it. I was So nervous to have the cavity and the chip both filled. Knowing how scary it was for me, Dr Ambra continued to check in with me through each procedure and be sure I was comfortable the whole time. His assistant Brie was no different. It’s hard to feel comfortable when you’re almost upside down with people working on your teeth but somehow, they managed it! I couldnt Recommend them more. I have used Alliance For Dental Care for the past 5 years or so, and my experiences here have been nothing but pleasant, professional, and pain-free (in every sense of the word). They have done their best to accommodate my financial issues, they are attentive to my questions and concerns, giving me clear concise information, and I have never had a bad experience with anyone here. (I have primarily dealt with Dr. Goodpseed and Mrs. Duggan RDH). I definitely anticipate continuing my dental service with them for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Kochhar and his staff are the best ever. I have had many dental issues over the past 5 years and they have been nothing but supportive, helpful, kind and caring. I think Dr. Kochhar is brilliant! He has worked with me every step of the way in all the procedures I have had and still to come. I travel 30 miles to see him, Kerri, my hygenist is awsome! Denise, Amy, Terri, Donna ( when she was there) - all of them have been wonderful to me.I dont know what happened with the woman who only gave 1 star, but that is definitely not my experience.

I have had excellent care at this office. Instead of offering the most costly alternatives they work with you to fix any problems with a minimum of work and cost.

Quick and painless rotten wisdom tooth extraction the D.m.d Assistant was really sweet and kind if you want a guy who knows his stuff and is funny ask for...Puneet kochhar...he is an amazing individual.

This facility has worked miracles on me and helped bring my selfimage way up.They all care about you and your health and comfort.I have had numerous extensive treatments( root plaining, extractions, crowns and bridges instalations, implants and partials) and I have had no pain during any of the proceedures. Every step done was thoroughly explained so I had no surprises.They are like an extended family. The hygenists are like coaches and cheerleaders. Always encouraging and positive. The dentists and specialists follow you all through your treatments and beyond. You can tell they take pride in their work. The girls at the front desk always greet you with a smile and make checkout so easy.I highly recommend this facility. Kudos to them all!!

Office staff is great Love my hygienist Gabby. Very understanding that I am not a fan of the Dentist at all. All are patient with me. My only issue is unfortunately is not enough late appointments available. In todays World of shift workers, sometimes we need later times
