First of all, the receptionist got me in the next morning after I called to ask about dental implants. Then after vey little wait time, a very pleasant assistant took me in for some x rays. I then was taken to consult with the doctor who was very nice and explained the process and then talked to Cagla who is the office manager. She explained payment options and scheduling. At first, the earliest date for the implant surgery wasn’t for about 30 days. I said I had a wedding to attend in about 3 weeks. To make a long story short, Cagla was able to get me in on Monday(today is Friday) to have the implants. I have been coming to this office for 7yrs and wouldn’t consider going to another dental office. They really care about their patients here.

The visit was fast friendly and efficient, however didnt really appreciate the push for me to purchase an oral b toothbrush for $150 that was not covered by insurance, my sonicare toothbrush will do just fine thank you very much

Yesterday was my first experience working with Aspen Dental Group on West Ridge Road in Greece. FirstId like to say THANK YOU for taking me in as a patient. I have some health issues that can make any dental or medical appointment a bit nerve-racking. However, I knew I was in good hands upon my initial call.I spoke with receptionist Renee and she was very understanding.I explained my situation to her and my impending need of a new dentist quickly. She made sure that I had an appointment within 72 hours.I was greeted warmly upon arrival.I filled out the usual forms which I have to say were made very simple and easy. Very modern and current!I then met with 2 x-ray technicians (I cant remember their names but they were excellent ); also very careful thorough and PATIENT. No one likes dental X-rays however both technicians made the process as comfortable as possible.I then met with my new Dentist Dr. Rassoul and explained to her my concerns regarding my dental issues.I have to say she is the most kind, caring, and informed Dentist Ive ever met. I knew upon our first meeting, and during our appointment I was in great hands.She explained to me the procedure that needed to be done that day and what my follow-up appointment would entail. She let me realize I had options regarding my dental work which I didnt believe were even possible.Dr. Rassoul= professionalism 100%.I then met with the dental hygienist Maya who again, was very kind and very understanding.By the time my appointment was finished, I felt relief that I was in the most capable of hands and also encouraged about any upcoming dental work.Cynthia, the representative at the checkout desk was warm, easy going and let me know that I had financial options. The Greece office is my favorite office to go to. I have to drive almost an hour to get there and is absolutely worth it! The staff is wonderful! Prices are high with or without insurance, but what Dental office isnt! This office tells you straight out what you need & what would be a waste of your money! They work with you to find a solution that is affordable! They do not tell you that you need something done that you dont just to get money! Keeping you mouth healthy is a necessity not cosmetic! Dental insurance should be the same as your primary & pharmacy! What the insurance companies do not realize is they pay out more when a person or child has unhealthy oral care.... it will lead to anti depressants b/c you will be depressed & embarrassed to leave your house or socialize. Without a healthy mouth, you will not be able to eat the healthy foods you need to keep your weight in check, blood pressure down, artery issues, healthy bones etc! Aspen Dental knows this and they are the best!!

Everyone was kind and friendly and the dentist was very understanding, however when I called to make my appointment I was up front about my severe anxiety, and asked about nitrous oxide I was told I would have to discuss that would the doctor only to find out they dont offer it. I think they should be more upfront with a specific question like that. Now I have to reconsider if I want to continue going there and how I will deal with my severe anxiety

I am extremely satisfied with my visit at Aspen yesterday. I would like to preface my comments by saying, I retired from working in private dental practices for over 30 years so I have had plenty of opportunity of experiencing many procedures over the years!I have battled periodontal disease since my late 20s, having multiple oral surgeries. I am diligent about my home care but what is absolutely necessary is the deep scalings and periodontal maintenance appointments with a good hygienist. Mia, who has been my hygienist since I became a patient at Aspen has been excellent! She is very professional, and very thorough. Yesterday when i was there as she was completing my cleaning, I told her that for me, it was like a spa treatment to have my teeth cleaned ! I also want to mention, I met a new dentist, a young lady ( everyone is younger than I am!) who did a very thorough oral exam with which i was impressed as she was examining my teeth, reviewing my xrays, and she also did a soft tissue and head and neck exam. I highly recommend Aspen in Greece, NY and specifically, Mia, as the hygienist extraordinaire !

The staff here is usually wonderful and kind for routine dental checks. However, I went for oral surgery and the surgeon had awful bedside manner. He didn’t do anything to calm my nerves. He didn’t explain what was going to happen. After the surgery, I was put in a chair and left alone. They handed me papers and walked away. I had to text my ride after they said they had informed him, but didn’t. No one followed up with me to tell me about the medications they had sent to my pharmacy, so I had no idea the medicine was waiting for me. I ended up trying to find someone on my own to get help (in my drugged state, as I had been given anesthesia) and figure out what I needed to do to leave. They finally gave me clearance to go, so I left. After getting in the car, I was so upset I went back in to ask why I hadn’t talked to anyone for a follow-up. It turns out, there was a lot of information they were supposed to give me before leaving but didn’t. The experience was overall very traumatic.

Very pleased with our first visit to Aspen Dental for my father to get new dentures. The staff was professional and caring and the office is run efficiently so we only spent a few minutes in the waiting room. Especially important during these Covid 19 days!

I visited Aspen on West Ridge for the first time yesterday. I was VERY impressed! Everyone was very pleasant, from the front desk personnel to the checkout. The X-ray tech was a nice young lady, the hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable, Dr. Basha was very pleasant and gave me a good exam and the checkout staff was nice. Id highly recommend!

From the moment we called to make my appointment,to me completing my exam. We were handled professionally and with the utmost respect. Lisa at the Greece Ridge road Aspen was AMAZING! She loves her job,company and her leader and that shows through to the patients. You have a well invested employee. My dad needed dentures and he was so afraid he wasnt going to be able to get financing. He had been told no to many times. Lisa did what she could and was able to help. She is wonderful. I dont think she will ever forget my fathers picture on his drivers license:) Oh what a laugh the three of us had. Aspen treats everyone with dignity and goes out if their way to reassure and help. They have also been amazing at the Irondequoit office with my daughter.

I have very high anxiety to the dentist and it is not my favorite thing to do but Dr Basha is amazing!! I absolutely love and would recommend him he is great with people with anxiety!! He is kind gentle and waits until you are ready ! I had 3 teeth and a wisdom tooth pulled he gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him if I had any problems! I will not go to any other dentist but him !!

I was a new patient there and every single person I came in contact with was so nice and so helpful! I have never had that at any dentist, dr any office I’ve ever been to!

Only thing is the price for my extraction changed 4 times. Went from being a few hundred to almost a 1000.

I honestly have never been more disappointed about an office experience in my life. It was a total time waster and I thought I was going to get a cleaning and instead got show and tell about their invisalign. From there I get told at the front desk that the x-rays werent fully covered, but she gave me a coupon to cover costs. I get an inflated bill instead telling me the work I need done. My insurance covers yearly X-rays and 2 Teeth Cleanings for In network providers. I will not be going back at this time and not even sure how this place is still in business with all their marketing tactics. Staff was friendly, but there to sell the Aspen experience. I have had work done in the past on my mouth, but still got teeth cleaning done on 1st visit. What did I sit there for 1.5 hours for? To potentially catch COVID 19.

I was called with only a very short wait. Everyone was extremely friendly and acted as if they actually wanted to work there (weve all seen the fake friendly in other places). Good conversation while my teeth were painlessly cleaned. The doctor who reviewed my teeth after looking at the X-rays was genuinely friendly. Great experience!

Aspen Dental gets a bad rap. Thats a shame, because they are so professional! I always have a good experience there. I see the same hygienist each time, and the dentist is warm, friendly and helpful. My appointment time is convenient, and I am never left in the waiting room. I am impressed! Prices are VERY reasonable, they have the most recent and updated equipment. NO complaints from this happy customer!

I really felt cared for and helped here. Staff was very nice and explained things completely. I feel I know my next course of action. My only reason to decrease by one star is because financially I cannot afford my necessary treatments and I felt I wasnt really helped to figure that part out. I wasnt given any options or told what treatments would be best first to have done in order to minimize some costs. All in all its a business so I understand but still.

The lady that brought me back huffed at me when I told her that I just had a full mouth X-ray exam and I didnt need another one and thats not why was there.

Everybody at this office has been friendly and professional. They have been doing a lot to fix up my teeth and gums and have done a great job. It is different going someplace where I have seen three different dentists in two weeks but I have been happy with all of them as well as the hygienist, dental assistants, and the staff up front.

She is very good at her job. Haley explained everything she was doing and everything she wanted me to do. Not a thing went by that was confusing. It was a true pleasure being treated by Haley. The entire staff was exceptional. I was anxious and they put me at ease. Everything about my experience surpassed my expectations. Never thought I would describe going to the dentist as a pleasurable thing.

Maybe it was the time i decided to go. I understand the boundaries for covid 19 but i am at low risk for contracting it. I couldnt help but feel rushed out. I now know the reason why, ill speak on that soon.The expert in charge seem to be the same as all other experts all over rochester now. No thought put into diagnosing patients just assumption or the easiest thing that comes to mind. Anything that prevents them from thinking to hard. They did one xray and assumed nothing was bothering me. That its just cause this and that despite me telling them my problems. I had to explain to him ive had a swollen lymph node for several weeks and my jaw just spontaneously dislocated itself, for him to reconside that maybe i have an infection.Which brings me back to why i felt rushed out. They took my temperature and I had a mild fever. I understand the cause for discomfort due to the current situation but if you guys were that concerned you could have had me reschedule instead of wasting my time. Or maybe think a bit. I have a mild fever and im coming in with gum problems and headaches...... Possible infection. No he felt like blaming all the home remedies Ive done for relief for my current problems. My white gum that has been white for several weeks now cause by a hydrogen peroxide rinse i did yesterday. Or my reoccurring swollen gums and the massive amount of bleeding I do when I brush them thats been happening all month. The rinse I did yesterday caused it. My headaches that come on that goes away when i brush and rinse with listerine. Peroxide caused it. Are you serious?I hate whats become of our medical experts.I wont be returning to this place. They didnt even ask me to set up another appointment. Dont worry I wont come back.

I dont know how to thank Dr. Tin. He is the best I have seen. I took two wisdom teeth out in less than three minutes with no pain at all. In short, he is unbelievable, and I highly recommend him if you have complex problems.

Maya Rocks! Not sure what all the fuss is about. I havent been to a dentist in about 10 years so I knew I wasnt in good shape. I had a good amount of work done on my first visit and it was all a pretty fantastic experience. The receptionist was polite and friendly, the place was clean and nice looking. The assistant that took my x-rays was gentle and helpful (and cute). Maya the hygienist had a lot of work to do in my mouth, she was excellent! Maya made sure I was comfortable, gave me breaks as needed during the procedure and I cant imagine my first dentist experience going much better. Even the office manager was awesome in handling an oddity with my insurance and getting my account setup. After reading the past reviews, I cant believe these people all went to the same place I did. Ill try and update after my follow up visits for the rest of my clean up process.

All Aspen professionals are kind, caring, and professional. I loved the Zoom whitening system, and have already recommended it to family. I used Aspen for 4 - 5 year in MA (when I Iived in RI) and was happy to find that they are here in Rochester where I recently moved (back _ I was born here).

Im one of the many many who suffer dentist phobia! The ENTIRE staff at Aspen, 1841 W. Ridge Rd. Rochester NY are amazing. Kind, GENTLE and concerned. This will be my dental care home from now on.

Got in on time, all the employees are helpful and friendly, but I feel like theyre often trying to sell things I dont need, like fluoride treatments, whitening, etc., all things that arent covered by insurance. They still do a good job with everything, its just annoying.

Had an appointment to check the fit on my new permanent dentures. A few high spots were corrected, and now they fit fine. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great service!

Aspen needs knowledgeable staff, every visit was always a sh*tshow, staff not knowing how to perform simple tasks, always seems unorganized. I recently visited for something other than a cleaning, the doctor told me that I had an infection in my root and needed a root canal, a small surgery procedure, and a new crown. This was only after I was finally able to hear her, because her cell phone was ringing in her pocket next to my ear, no bother to silence or leave it elsewhere. Total joke of a place.I wanted a second opinion because I got the feeling the staff here was incompetent (the dead giveaway was no antibiotic was prescribed after they told me I had an infection). Second opinion showed no infection, and no surgery needed. Aspen Dental is the Monroe Mufflers of mechanics, awful. No longer a patient here.

I do not have a luxury of going to a dentist regularly. I am 75 years of age and living strictly on SS Retirement Benefits. I recently went to Aspen to inquire about an extraction...or several. At my age I do not want or cannot afford dentures. I would like to have painful teeth removed.After several X -Rays I had a consultation and learned that Aspen would perform extractions . Though I was urged to have all teeth removed and dentures made, I was assured that at an almost workable cost I could have extractions as needed. Many of us seniors have few options in dental matters .We have all we can do to stretch our SS Benefits in this time of expensive medical services.

Well I would like to start off with I am a big gagger and it took some effort to get X-rays and also to get impressions but all in all the people were wonderful the place is clean and I look forward to seeing you on the 27th thank you

Dr. Basha was the only dentist I could find with the confidence, ability, and willingness to help me with a severe dental issue when I was pregnant with my son. He even kept his sense of humor through the whole thing, warning me to not go into labor on his chair while he was working. That was nearly three years ago and I havent used another dental practice for my family since. Dr. Basha and I still joke with each other every time I go in. Lisa is wonderful as far as the office staff goes. Any time I have had an issue, she has found a way to correct it, resolve it, and/or make it right every time...quickly, professionally, and with a wonderfully pleasant demeanor. The support staff of hygienists and techs that work along with the doctors are all wonderful as well. This isnt to say there have never been any issues at this practice, that would mean this is a perfect world and we dont live in one of those. But on the rare occasion there has been one, the staff here, from office to physician, makes it known that you are valued and does all they can to correct it. We are definitely a Greece Aspen Dental family!

Reception Staff is very efficient and helpful even though its a very busy office. My husband and I are so comfortable and confident with our hygienist, Myah. She is very competent and friendly. The xray tech explains each procedure and is very patient. I would highly recommend this office.

Went in as a new patient, having issues with my wisdom teeth. Oral surgeon came in and took a look and said yes we can get them out today. It was quick and easy.
