Hands down, Dr. Chen is my favorite dentist. The staff she works with is also super nice and friendly. It had been well over 10 years since I last visited her specifically. The level of care I received surpassed the fond memories I had of her practice. I had always loved it there. This time, it was like returning to family. Dr. Chen and staff helped me so much with my dental care. My only regret is that I didnt reach out to her practice sooner. Still, I am so happy to be back. 10/10 will be back again.

Chen Family Dentistry is outstanding. The staff is courteous and thoughtful. The facility is immaculate. Dr Chen is an excellent dentist. She communicated well with me regarding both necessary and recommended procedures so that I understood the difference and could better plan my dental health care. She repaired a badly damaged crown for me and did so with utmost consideration for my comfort and the quality of my crown. Excellent experience.

Dr. Chen, her dental hygienist and office staff are very friendly and helpful. They all make you feel very comfortable going to the dentist. The only thing draw back is that it is difficult to get an appointment sometimes due to the fact that they’re only open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Also, their pricing is a little more expensive than other dentist that I have been to in the past. Overall very satisfied with Dr. Chen and her staff

Had some dental work done there recently. The entire process was pain-free and was completed in a short amount of time.

Because of the Corona Virus I had not seen Dr Chen since February. However, she emphasizes preventive dentistry so well I was able to maintain my teeth and my gum health well. I guess now its back to my routine visits. Because I was blessed with bad teeth and gums, I have to go more often. However, theres always somebody there with a smile to make it worthwhile.

Dr. Chen is the only dentist Im not afraid to go to. I used to have severe dental anxiety - but after going to her for a few years, my anxiety has significantly subsided. Growing up, my anxiety prevented me from getting the proper care for my teeth that I needed. Two weeks before my wedding, my tooth needed emergency surgery. My dentist couldnt see me, but Dr Chen quite literally squeezed me so that I could enjoy my wedding day. Shes so good at her job, there was virtually no pain during the procedure nor pain afterwards. I was shocked - the surgery is known to be painful, but mine wasnt. I cannot say enough good things about her. She simply is the best and kindest dentist Ive ever met.

We’ve been going to Dr. Jessica Chenn for 16 years. I don’t even know if I can put into words how happy we are. I recently brought my elderly Aunt to Chenn. She has always been terrified to go to a dentist. Well not with Chenn. In her words Dr. Jessica Chenn is sweet and gentle.

The office is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, they do not participate with my dental insurance which results in my out of pocket cost being higher. This is on me for not doing my homework prior to making an appointment. It wasnt until I was checking out that I got an idea they didnt participate with my insurance which I verified once I got home. I will need to pick a new dentist from my carriers list of participants. Its really unfortunate, as I had a very good experience my first visit but cant afford to pay additional out of pocket expenses.

Dr. Chen us one of the most thorough dentists Ive ever had. Shes so capable, and current with technology and techniques. I feel very confident in her and am so glad we found her. Our family has been seeing dr. Chen for years. We have trusted her for years. She gives us very professional and impeccable Dental Care. The office staff are all also very caring.

Does not know how to my reveiw my insurance plan or what it covers. Did not call me back to tell me if I can get flouride covered or not. The billing is showed as payed then I receive a bill. Dr Chen is a great dentist and everyone is professional in the office. But the bookkeeping and lack of insurance knowledge is under par.

Dr Chens office makes you comfortable from the minute you walk in. Sandy greets you with a smile and knows you by name. Shes there to answer all your questions and concerns to be sure youre comfortable through out your visit. I had a deep scaling done with little to no pain and a couple of cleanings. The hygienists check often to be sure I was okay and let them know if I needed a break. Dr Chen is perfectionist and expects no less from her staff so every visit is always above expectations. This staff truly loves what they do.

We were introduced to Dr. Chen when the military Reserves sent us over for our mandatory FEDSHEAL exam. Dr. Chen and her staff are very meticulous and pay close attention to the smallest detail. They use modern equipment and treat their patients with respect and compassion. Despite our poor insurance coverage (where very few dentists accept in Rochester), we continued to go to her because of the service. And their secretary has gone above and beyond in navigating our primary and secondary insurance plans. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen enough.

Dr. Chen and her whole staff are wonderful!! I first came here for emergency dental work they took me right in and fixed the problem, and then set up mine and my childrens dental visits for the future and them and myself had great experiences at our appointments. I unfortunately found out they are out of my insurance network and have to find a new dentist, but if I cannot find one like this office I will come back in a heartbeat!

My husband uses this office often. But today I was disappointed because I brought in my 2year old for his first dental appointment and was ready to pay cash since his insurance wasnt accepted by them. I came in 15mins early, my appointment was at 10.30am. i was ushered into one of the consulting room and after that i waited in there with my baby for first 25mins. Dr. Chen comes and checks briefly(3 to 5mins less) what to do on my son and then she was called to attend to another client while we still waited in that consulting room. I walked out of the office (when nothing else was done to my son) exactly 11.22am, which is almost an hour because DR.chens assistant kept on taking her away to other clients that came after us. Its not easy to keep a toddler to sit patiently especially if they miss their food time. Dont get me wrong, Dr. Chen is a wonderful and lovely lady but today wasnt the day to skip a toddler for adults. I wont ever be coming here and advice people to take toddlers to other places that keep to time.

PLEASE do not go here! They allow their receptionist to assist one dental work even though she is not licensed... Also when the woman doing my exam asked me where I went to school I asked where she went for dental hygiene and she said she actually didnt go to school for dental I got on the job training I found this odd.. not sure if you need a license but a lot of the people here doing work DO NOT! The WORST part of my visit was not what happened but what I learned after.. I had not been to the dentist for a long time and told them this.. prehaps thats when they thought they could make money off of me.. After my Xrays Dr. Chen told me I had 8 cavities and would possibly need 2 root canals... when I was told the receptionist would be helping with my root canal surgery I decided to go to a different dentist where I learned that I have 2 cavities and need 1 root canal... They were off by 6 cavaties... I believe they were trying to take advantage of not only me but my insurance company.. They knew I had not been to a dentist in awhile and wanted to make as much money as they could off of me.... DONT GO HERE!

I travel quite a ways to go to Dr. Chen because shes a perfectionist, shes very thorough, and Im very satisfied with her. I wouldnt drive so far if I wasnt.

Dr. Chen & Staff are perfectionist when it comes to your overall oral health. From cleanings, X-rays when needed, too braces and/or cosmetic surgery. I have been with Dr. Chen for many years and would not go anywhere else, (even if it was cheaper with another dentist.)
