I chipped a tooth Friday afternoon before Labor Day. I went from it being uncomfortable to extreme pain Saturday and Sunday of a holiday weekend. Looking online and reading the reviews for Urgent Dental I gave it a try. I was in so much pain I had to try something. I couldnt wait another day to get to my dentist. So Monday morning, Labor Day I called at 8 AM. I spoke to someone very nice who made an appointment for me that very day at 1130. When I got to the office they told me my appointment was made for the Buffalo office, but I told them Rochester. When I explained the pain I was in, they kindly fit me in. From the receptionist, to the hygienest, to the dentist who worked on me, EVERYONE was very kind and compassionate. I had a very, very troubled tooth, the dentist was awesome and patient with me (a very anxious person when it comes to dental work of any kind), he took his time with me. The hygienest was also extremely kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Urgent Dental. Yes you have to pay out of pocket until its submitted to your dental insurance, but this is a wonderful place with kindness and compassion. Exactly whats needed when a person is experiencing a dental emergency. I am very grateful!

They got me in super fast which was amazing for a front tooth that broke. I asked for them to crown it, after the root canal. She said she doesn’t recommend it, just to fill it. I didn’t go to school for this so I went along. 2 hours later already chipped. Called they said be in at 10am. Then get a call you have to wait till next week Thursday. Now they said they can look at on my birthday. That’s what I really want. Spending $1400 on a tooth that still hurts and doesn’t look right. This is pathetic and terrible customer service. You should have listened to my wants in the first place and of a crown was put on here we wouldn’t be having a bad review.

Terrible experience! They did what I wanted and were able to get me in right away. BUT! bedside manners were appaling. Dont ask me who my doctor was cause she couldnt be bothered to introduce herself, and as for her assistant she was rude and inconsiderate. I was nervous about what was happening and they didnt seem to really care, it was more of an inconvience for them more than anything. They were not prepared for a tooth pull or filling. Constantly rummaging through draws and proper glove etiquette was not followed. Thank goodness I never have to go back nor will I ever recommend them!!Please find a better location and give your money somewhere else than to these folks

I had the worst tooth pain that was radiating the whole left side of my jaw to my ear, I called urgent Dental care at 8am and they got me in at 10am. I have the worst anxiety and was very nervous and I just cant say enough about the staff here they are all amazing and made me feel so comfortable I knew I was in good hands the minute I walked in. Dr Laura was great, she had my tooth out in less than 3 minutes and I didnt feel a thing. I was in and out of there in an hour. The only downfall is they dont take insurance so you do have to pay out pocket but they will submit a claim if you have insurance through an employer. Highly recommend this place if you have an emergency situation!

I am terrified of Dentists and only go when I have no choice. This morning I had no choice and had a tooth that was infected and broken they got me in first thing and Doc Ron and Jessie were so nice and competent and understanding he pulled the tooth in 3 minutes and I did not feel a thing. Bless you for being so kind. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Waited 2 weeks to get into my normal dentist and couldnt take the pain, ended up with an abscessed tooth and 2 cracked teeth. Able to get an appointment that day, all the staff were kind and professional. Dr P was amazing, talked me through the whole tooth removal and made me feel safe. Price for not having dental insurance was very fair. Would send my loved ones there and go back if needed.

I called at 2:30am (they have a 24 hr customer service rep) and they were able to make me an appointment for that day in the afternoon. They were able to removed me the 2 lower wisdom teeth. Dr. Daymon and his dental assistant are the best. I’m pain free. THANK YOU!

I called at 11 am on 5/9/2021 which was Mother’s Day they got me in immediately. Doctor Ron was there he and the sweetest dental assistant I ever had! I completely recommend!!

I had an infected tooth which another dentist only partially treated, and the infection got worse over the course of the week. Urgent Dental Care was able to get me in within 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Even though Im a VERY difficult patient they were professional and understanding.In spite of my being a total weenie the extraction was quick and the aftercare instructions were thorough. So grateful theyre here when you need them. Hopefully I wont need to come back in the future but if I have an emergency I know where to go!

When you walk into the office, the air smells like a superiority complex. I witnessed the seasoned front desk staff educate a potential patient on the agency’s financial policy by saying, “it is on the website.” Even worse, I learned the patients name, her employment status, and future payment.The exam went well. The dentist clearly explained the problem, and her follow-up recommendations were clear.The dentist assumed my affordability based on one appointment and no record of my health insurance. She suggested I get a procedure if “financially feasible.” I never expressed concern about cost.When I asked the dentist to write down her recommendation, she looked confused, ignored the question, and avoided the topic.TLDR: Good follow-up recommendations. Condescending staff. Cash Grab. The agency does not accept insurance.

I had horrible pain and exposed nerve with a broken wisdom tooth. Called at 6am to set an appointment and they got right back to me when they opened. Awesome staff and incredible service. If I could make them my dentist for life I would.

Thank goodness for someplace in Rochester that can see people just about any hour of the day and weekend. I was in extreme pain and I called 7 regular dental offices and no one could see me in a timely manner. Then I called Urgent Dental Care and they saw me in one hour. They also kindly tolerated my many follow-up calls, and my issue resolved in 7 days.

Split a tooth had an abscess and infection, went in Christmas Eve to have it pulled, did a great job. The Dr called Christmas day to check up and say Merry Christmas and let me know I could call with any concerns or problems. Great care and staff HIGHLY, recommend if you have an emergency, very nice people.

I called on 9/23 and was able to make an appointment for the next day to have a wisdom tooth issue addressed which was fantastic. I was given an estimate of $149 for the x-ray and examination, and another $250 to $350 if I had wished to proceed with the extraction. I Specifically Asked if there are any kind of wisdom teeth extractions that Cannot be preformed in office and I was told by the scheduler they can do them all but they will not be able to put me under for the operation.9/24 I arrived for my appointment, service was great, got my x-ray and my evaluation was too the point and confirmed what I expected, but I was informed that they cannot preform the extraction, was given a referral, and billed 225$ for the X-ray and confirming my problem.Personally I feel its rather dishonest for the scheduling operator to not be on the same page as the office doing the work especially at a time when financial stability is compromised, that leaves people they are being taken advantage of by the system.

My fiance started having excruciating tooth pain on Saturday night. We called around and finally got her an appointment Sunday morning at 10. He was very perfessional and kind. He plugged his phone in and played some music for her and talked her through the whole thing. He ultimately pulled the tooth. A few nights later he called to check on her and told her not to hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. Highly reccomend Dr. Sansone!

Dr. Laura was incredible. As someone who suffers from dental anxiety and needs a lot of dental work, Dr. Laura was gentle and kind, and got me taken care of quickly. I felt like my concerns were heard and knew from that start that I was in good hands. Very impressed with all the staff.

I had severe pain the past Frdia and it was unbearable. Was up until 4 Am. I cann Urgent Dental care NUmber at 130AM and was tols that Tey did not take insureance and I had to pay up front and that someone would call me in the mornig to schedule an appointment. At 8:40 Am Saturday they called and asked if I could come in at 9;45 AM.I went an fillled out my information on a laptop which was great becasue I hate filling out traditional paper forms. I was seen within minutes of completing the documents. Dr Padilla was great. after x rays and exam he told me that i needed a root canal. He numbed me up real ggod and gave me prescription for antibiotic and pain relief. They do an awesome job. I you can afford to pay ahead I recomeed that you do and your insurance will re-imburse you some o fthe fees. Great Job! will come again if I have a dental emergency.

They take advantage of your emergency. I called to get an emergency appointment and the first thing Im told is we dont accept insurance youll be paying out of pocket. No insurance at all?? Thats right unless you wanna drain your bank account Id find somewhere else.

After a sleepless night and increasing pain, I called Urgent Dental Care at 7:30am. I had a call back by 8am and had an appointment by 9:30. Dr. Laura and Carrie were beyond wonderful. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I will recommend them to anyone! So thankful for fast care in the midst of the COVID crisis. So so so thankful for them.

I wrote a terrible review earlier.... mainly bc I was in so much pain. I even told the receptionist about the review and apologized. We are living in a new era were Covid is very real! There are no waiting in waiting rooms, you have to wait in your car for your protection. I feel terrible now that I’ve been helped and my tooth has been removed. Still in some pain but the Dr.s were very kind. Though it’s not an excuse (being in so much pain) I would like to take back the negative review... they did everything they could for me. Very thankful they were open and able to see me, especially on a Sunday!!!

I needed a tooth extracted on a Saturday, and the day prior to an early long distance flight. My call was responded to with professionalism and kindness and the extraction went surprisingly well. Dr. Ronald Daymon did the procedure and was extremely personable and capable. He worked patiently and carefully and consequently I felt virtually no pain.The staff were friendly, the facility was very impressive and well designed and I was in and out in very good time. I had a broken tooth that kept being infected, my dental insurance was not active and wouldnt be active for almost a month. I couldnt stand the pain anymore, almost ready to pull this tooth myself. I called yesterday made an appointment which was only 1.5 hours away. When I came in the receptionist was very nice, paperwork was done on the comp so that was very quick. The dentist and the dental assistant were both very nice and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour, the extraction was fast and efficent. And the cost really was less than Id expect. So grateful for you guys being there in my time of need. I will definitely come back if I have any sort of emergent dental work. Great experience.

I called them yesterday at 12:40 a.m. due to my boyfriends aching pain for days. It became unbearable. The call center informed me someone would be in touch, once they opened at 8 a.m. I promptly got a call from Kris and an appointment in minutes! My husband was seen in the emergency room for extreme jaw pain. Six hours of waiting only to be told it was possibly dental and they couldn’t help us. We were discharged at 6am on a Sunday morning. I called my dentist who was out of town but referred us here. What an amazing experience!! They fit us right in, legit said come right over. My husband was given a thorough examination and treated properly with antibiotics for a tooth infection. Everything was explained in detail and we were not pushed into unnecessary procedures, though we very well could have been in our moments of desperation! We paid out of pocket but they got right on submitting to our dental insurance for reimbursement. He’s on the road to recovery thanks to these wonderful people! Can’t say enough good about them!!

I can’t believe I found a dentist that had me seated within the hour I called. Dr Larkin saved the day and relieved the ruptured wisdom tooth with a quick removal.Minimal discomfort with the procedure but they walked me right through it. Only complaint is no insurance taken but they did give me all forms filled out I just had to mail them in.Thank you and no offense I hope I never need you but I have your number if I do!

We called all over during this time and nobody could see my daughter. They took us in right away and helped her with her infection. She is normally very nervous about dental work but they put her at ease.

Was waiting for aspen to pull my wisdom teeth for over three weeks and was quoted $1,300. The pain was too severe so i made an appointment Monday 8/12 and they were able to see me same day, do X-rays and extract the tooth within 35 minutes. And it only costed me $460.00 total. The staff was very nice and the dentist made sure i was comfortable 10/10 if any other emergency’s occur i will be going back.

I had some really unfortunate jaw pain caused by a wisdom tooth, which culminated in a lack of sleep. I weighed other options but ultimately called Urgent Dental Care at around 5am. I was transferred to an answering service which relayed my information to the dentist and was told to call again after 9am if no one got back to me.At about 830am the office called me and offered me a 9am appointment. Everyone I encountered at Urgent Dental Care was extremely friendly and professional, and made me feel so at ease despite my anxiety.I was in and out in about an hour, with the extraction itself taking about 5 minutes. I was given ample aftercare instruction and price was reasonable. Thank you to everyone who helped me out this morning!!!

Very happy with our experience at Urgent Dental Care! They offered same day service and were open in the evening so I didnt have to leave work. Extremely satisfied!

Thank God there is finally a place to go after hours and on the weekends. My brother Butchie had terrible pain, but was not able to get to his dentist, so I did a Google search and “Tripped” right into this place. In a couple of hours, my brother was virtually pain free.

Called about an emergency root canal. They could see me in a couple of days, but, here is the kicker.....THEY DONT TAKE INSURANCE!! You pay up front and are reimbursed by your insurance. Who has $1,200 just hanging out 12 days before Christmas?Receptionist seemed friendly though

I was in excruciating pain from a tooth needing a Root Canal. Urgent Dental Care immediately got me in and fixed my pain. The staff was professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this service.

Not for emergencies. An appointment is required which defeats the point of emergency. False advertising all over the highway and their website. Their office is kept locked so you stand outside ringing a doorbell instead of having a waiting room or lobby. When you ring the doorbell, no one answers. When you call youre placed on hold forever to only be told that you need an appointment. The person that was upstairs stared at us as we rang the doorbell ignoring us the whole time. No one ever answered the door even though their website claims they are 24 hours. We usually go to aspen dental in Florida but since this happened on vacation during after hours, we needed an urgent care. This is not the place to go.

Last week my husband experienced debilitating dental pain due to a broken tooth and exposed nerve. After searching for an after hours dental place (which apparently doesnt exist, and our local ER is useless for things like this) we came across this one. Going by the website we assumed it was 24 hours and on call. So, we drove the 45 minutes to the TWENTY-FOUR HOUR dental urgent care. Lights were out when we got to the location and since the website gave an emergency number we called it. We assumed that there would be an answering service and would be willing to wait the hour or so for an employee to show up to help us. When we called, a voice mail message came on and said that the office was closed and would open again at 8 am the next morning. This is not a 24 hour dental place despite what google and the website claim. My husband called the next morning at around 11 am and got the same voice mail. He left a message and they did not respond back to him for 48 hours, then proceeded to tell him the earliest they could get him in was on Friday (he called on Monday). If you are experiencing an emergency dental situation - do not come here!

I had a tooth extracted from another dentist,went back a second time they had to cut and suture my gums got another infection and found urgent dental care on culver road. The staff was friendly and dr Kuhn was excellent. I would recommend this place with no hesitation.

I went here for a tooth extraction of a broken tooth with an infection. I was extremely nervous and shaking when it was time to have the procedure done. The doctor/dentist reassure me that it would be okay, reminded me to breathe slowly to help calm myself down. I was expecting to have problems because of how damaged the tooth was and being that it was infected I was expecting to feel some pain. Safe to say after the numbing agent kicked in I couldn’t feel a thing, barely even pressure on the tooth. The tooth was out within about 1 or 2 minutes total and I was on my way out the door! Really great service! They make sure you’re comfortable and get things done as quickly as possible! If they accepted my insurance I would go here all the time!

Whoever came up with this is a genius and I just want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and warm. I was in excruciating pain so I went there in an emergency, only waited 10 minutes in the waiting room. Was seen by Dr. Thompson who was amazing. He diagnosed me and instead of sending me home with some stupid antibiotics he actually did the extraction. Every staff member was amazing and I cannot thank them enough for putting me out of my misery. Bless you guys.

My daughter got her tooth pulled here tonight. Not only was it 400 plus but she has been bleeding since she came home and in pain spitting out clots..We have called the answer service twice without any call back. Its 12am she has a bowl full of blood we are on our way to ER.
