I love the workers,they are amazing. However the website does not have updated covid hours and there was no voicemail to let me know when they were open. Coming from 27 miles away, I was disappointed to see that they were no longer open on Sundays.

Esmeralda did a horrible job with my sons hair yesterday. Manager on duty was good with listening to my complaint and giving me a coupon for next time. Honesty I will be a little nervous to use it.

Bad place! The hairdresser did a horrible job and didn’t even try. The woman at the register didn’t even wear a mask. Get your act together guys. My boyfriend hasn’t had haircut for four months and they didn’t even try to give a decent haircut.

Did not get at all what i asked for. Went in with 6 months of growth to get it faded and styled. Before I realized what was happening the girl took the clippers with no guard up to my hard part. I went in with a mane, i now have a high and tight. STAY AWAY.

Rolling the dice is how I would describe this place. I had several good hair cuts there so I thought the price was justified, but my most recent experience was terrible. The stylists were slow and to top it off, shaved my hairline up the back almost an inch. Sorry to the good staff there, but the one or two people who dont take pride in their job ruin it for the people who do.

Stylist and woman who checked us in were not friendly and gave off a rude attitude. The stylist DID NOT give my son the hair cut he requested even with showing her a picture of how he wanted his hair cut. I will NEVER go there again or recommend this place to anyone. Ive never had such disappointing service from ANY other hair salon/ service.

I live north of rochester, so i usually frequent the north branches of most companies locations, but this time the North store was completely packed, and wait time was an hour.So i decided to drive to the south location because the Sport Clips app told me wait times were zero at this location.Had a great experience besides one of the tablets refused to let me type in my phone number.

Horrible experience. Our person was less then friendly with my 3 year old and did the exact opposite of everything I asked. She didnt listen at all and shaved off his sideburns then at the end told me she asked I tried doing a different style....the one I had originally asked for in the beginning...the next day I called to complain to the manger, the cut sucked but I was more upset she couldnt listen and thought she knew best, the manger must of sided with her and thought what she was doing was fine because I never heard back from the manager. Waste of money

Checked in online. Arrived, was asked if my son was the next on the list. He said yes, the stylist turns to a customer in the waiting area and says Ill just go ahead and take him. Dont offer online check in if you are not going to honor it.

Im quite picky about my hair, and Ive made a point to wait for Missi every cut I get. 3+ years, and not a less-than-excellent cut, ever.

Received an exceptionally poor haircut, though didnt realize it was half as bad as it was until I went home and showered. Contacted them to let them know about the issues, as it was uneven and just plain bad (ie, not just not what I had in mind when I came in). Didnt receive a response of any kind until today, 5 months later (haircut was on March 3rd). Response has no offer of any kind to fix it or otherwise make up for it, and included the line, I was very sorry to hear that you did not receive the haircut that you had intended, which doesnt even address the issue I had.Sometimes haircuts end up a bit uneven or otherwise bad, but Ive never had anyplace care so little for their customers that they take 5 months to say sorry and offer no help of any kind.

A friend referedded me to them he said they were great. I went in the 1st time to have my long hair shortened,two days later I went back in, one side was longer than the other, the stylist did not seem to care, I was probably in the chair maybe 5 minutes and said she was done. my hair looked o.k. wet, but when it dried it was the worst haircut I have ever received. Went back the 2nd time I had a stylist who actually took the time, listened to what I wanted and really listened. I feel this place is mgreat if you want a buzz top short hair but, would not recommend it for longer hair men. This was done at the Rochester North store.

Total waste of time even with the remote check-in. Ive arrived before the suggested appointment only to see that time suddenly have an hour and twenty minutes added on top of the forty minutes they initially suggested. This has happened THREE times now and I think its because the staff takes a break between cuts. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!

I took my son to the one in SE Rochester, horrible!!! Looks like they used a lawn mower to cut his hair. Woman who cut it had her shirt on inside out and her work vesr was badly ripped. She also wreaked or smoke. I’ll never go back again.

I dont see any customer in the store and still they cant server any new customer. I have walked in 30 min prior to the closing time and still they dont want to offer their service. This is ridiculous. Poor service. 👎🏻
