Excellent haircut from misty, definitely worth the wait.

Checked in at 11:00 am, estimated time to be seen was given as 11:38 am. Called the store and notified them I had arrived and was waiting at 11:20 am. At 11:34 I received a text stating it would be an additional 15 minutes. At 12:25 pm I’d had enough and left. At 12:35 I was texted that the stylist was ready for me. Won’t bother with this place again - unacceptable

Girl there, (I forgot her name)...was very friendly and gave me a great haircut.

Called to make an appointment. I was told they dont do appointments and take walk ins and that it was first come first serve. When I arrived 15 minutes later I waited until the next person was done. They then took 3 other people that arrived after me because they had made appointments.

Friendly and just the touch I needed. Very professional. Social distancing rules applied. Was comfortable waiting and during the cut.

Great place and great haircut. Following covid safety procedures.

It went well, believe it was Suzy that cut my sons hair. Asked for no clippers and to just clean it up and she did just that.

I prefer to go to an independent barbershop, but I take my sons here because my barber usually has a long wait on Saturday mornings. The staff do a decent job and theyre kind and friendly. The place is clean and its conveniently located if you have to do any shopping in Pittsford plaza.

SUZY is the BEST.....................all I can say is WOW....................highly recommend!

Chain haircut places are all pretty much the same but if youre not looking for anything special theres nothing wrong with that. Though the location kinda sucks.

My husband and all 3 sons have been coming here for the past 12 years. Always pleased. Never a bad cut.

I should of known not to come here when they were rude on the phone. Stopped in when my barber was out of town. The stylist was argumentative when I told her what style I wanted. She chose to do just what she wanted leaving me with the worst haircut of my life. She spent less then 5 minutes on it and was horrible. Cant wait for it to grow back to get it fixed by a professional. I shouldnt of even paid for it... Would avoid at all cost.

Every time my boyfriend comes here he always gets a great haircut. The staff is very good and really makes a point to leave you happy. The prices are also really great!

I took my son there today. The moment he sat down, I started to explain what I wanted for his cut.....she instantly seemed annoyed with me. (Not sure why, Im nice haha) She took a total of five minutes (not even) to do the cut and when it was over I asked about the back. It wasnt what I wanted, she basically told me she couldnt because she would have to cut more in the back........???????? Really? Isnt that how it goes? Anyway I could tell she wasnt going to help at all, she could care less, her attitude the whole time. If you want to have a bad hair cut thats rushed with horrible customer service, please go there :(

Theres no wait, but thats because they charge 17.50 for a *mens* haircut. Is that the standard these days? Heck if I know, but if it is Im giving myself a haircut from now on.

I went to this shop cause my main barber was on vacation. The shop here charges $16 for a regular haircut which is way too much. Plus, they also left a lot of cut hair on my face from a poor wiping job. Ill take my money somewhere else next time my barber is on vacation
