I have taken all three of my sons here and liked the cuts they received. Leah did great with my special needs son whilst he was poking her tummy and chest. She is a great person that took it all in stride. We will be going back to see her.

The haircut was decent but sports clips has always been a little expensive. Just a haircut is $25. There is a $2 veterans discount and every 6th haircut (I think) is free as long as you punch your punch card.

A little much for price for what my son got.

Very poor service hairdresser sped through haircut and missed most of my hair. Didn’t have any motivation was just looking to be done with my hair. Wasn’t cheap either so I don’t see any reason to get a haircut here

My son was just there and was charged 26.00 for a hair cut?? Hes 17 years old! Good thing he had extra money with him! He should have been walking out of there with gold in his hair!! Ive had my hair cut there before. Never ever have I been charged that much!! We will not return ever again. Then they messed up his friends hair and had to give him his cut for free. Are ya kidding me??

My grandson got a great hair cut from the nicest stylist. He loved her, I wish I would have gotten her name.

Came here because my regular place was busy. Got in quickly, staff was friendly, and the cut was quick. My gripes with the place was the prices, theyre a bit high for my tastes but maybe Im just cheap. I can get the same quality cut with a wash and massage for less at local shops, not that I care about the massage, but having a wash is nice without having to pay even more. The other gripe I have was the lady cutting my hair didnt bother to ask what I wanted to do with my sideburns but instead cut them unevenly.. the place overall is nice and if I had the chance I would have said something about my side burns, but I probably wouldnt go back unless I really had to.

This is my second time coming to this Sport Clips and I cannot say how amazing the girls are there. I have had such a hard time finding a good barber since moving to Minnesota. It got bad enough to where I was just shaving my head. I generally try to stay away from chain hairstyling places. But I am so pleased that I tried it here. I wish I could remember my stylists names from today and my last visit because I would definitely name drop them. This will definitely be my go to place ever two weeks!

Had a great experience. Nice atmosphere and the people that work there are super easy to work with. I really like the fact that you can check in online and know how long the wait is so you can run other errands first if you need to. Will definitely be back.

I waited about 10-15 minutes. I had a MVP. My stylist seemed polite and would engage in small conversation which I appreciate. She asked how I wanted my cut done and asked for specifics. I was glad she did. It was done quickly. Liked my haircut very much. Wife liked it. Remaining service was complete and done satisfactory. Could always use a little bit more heated towel and neck massage. Offered additional discounts only afterwards. Good service. Thanks S Clip.

My last visit here was much better than my first, it was busy but i was able to get a chair right away, The service i got was on par with the other barber in the same strip mall.The only issue i was unsatisfied with was the cost, its more than the other barber, yet the services performed are nearly identical.I have a max amount i will pay to get my head shaved and beard trimmed, so with the hair cut costing more, makes the tip to the barber smaller, which i would rather they received a bigger tip than what i paid for the hair cut itself.

Apparently opening boxes are more important then helping customers! Drove over to the barbershop and was greeted and served right away!

Absolute joke! Been going here for a while, get home from work tonight, showered quick and looked up closing time-‘8:00’ ok I leave at 7:10 and walk in the door at exactly 7:30. Three stylists in there, one was finishing up a customer, other two weren’t with anyone. Stylist tells me ‘Oh, it’s 7:30, we close at 8, so we are done.’ Dumbfounded I walked out. You have three stylists there and you just turned away a customer at 7:30 because you close at 8:00? You don’t close at 7:30, you close at 8:00. You should update the time on google so others don’t get turned away. Can’t tell me a stylist can’t whip out my 15 minute haircut while the other two close. Absolutely unacceptable, if I ran this franchise, this would never happen! Customers are the reason you are in existence and you just turned one away 30 minutes before you ACTUALLY CLOSE! For a 15 minute haircut! I have a work related event tomorrow, and would have gone somewhere else that cared about their customers, that the employees don’t close 30 minutes before advertised. Well you won’t be calling me a customer, I will never enter any of your locations ever again!

I would recommend checking out your competitors hours. Was told they were fully booked bc they were closing early. Walked the 300 feet to Great Clips to get my haircut today.

I went there on a pretty busy day with them only having 3 people, so I had to sit for about an hour and a half, only because of how many people were getting their hair cut! Otherwise, everything is nice, the woman cutting my hair was very vocal and cooperative, would definetely recommend if your fine spending about $20.

$20 for the mvp haircut wasnt too bad, even if they did get water in my eyes.

Walked in and tv said 20 minutes for both kids (4th and 5th in line with 3 people working). After waiting for 20 minutes the time reset for another 20 minutes for first cut. After an hour of waiting the first one was sat and Dawn did an excellent job. Waited another 30-40 minutes for next one to get done as one staff took a break and another finished and disappeared for a considerable amount of time. After the first cut was done the second one was taken by the staff that disappeared (not on break) and when he asked for lines in his hair she said, you know there is a lot of that right now and umm.... Im not comfortable and I will charge you more, although I never asked if it was more nor did I care. She passed the haircut off to Dawn (the one who did the first boy) and took someone else while we waited another 10 minutes. The staff who was on break had come back by this time and ended up cutting the second ones hair. Missy did a great job and was very friendly. I was incredibly disappoined in the general service (not during the actual cuts) and was shocked that it took us over two hours to get two haircuts on young boys. It is unfortunate because Dawn and Missy are great, but we will likely not return due to the lack of staff, obnoxious wait time, and inaccurate wait times displayed.

The last four times I have gone here they have been closed when the hours posted say they should be open. This last time there were people there the open sign was on and they told me sorry, we are closed for the night. If you are closed for the night turn the damn light off instead of turning away customers. I use to like be going here but I will be taking my business to a place that is open when they say they will be open.
