Just had a facial done by Bella. It was very amazing. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I cant wait to have another one by her!!

I recommend Casey for haircuts she the best my son given me hard time to cute his hair now each time I book appointment for him he ask me to make sure it’s same person which is Casey she’s Awesome 👍

Have had a membership for about a year now here at LifeTime and everything has been great until I decided to try the LifeSpa for the first time. Was kinda left dumb founded and very disappointed with the girls at their Spa check in counter on 07/10/19. I arrived at about 6:45pm and made a reservation for an 8pm haircut, I had my kids too so we worked this around using the other amenities until appointment time. So I show up at 8pm as planned and theres other people waiting as well and the check-in girl states that there is a scheduling conflict and asks the others customers if they have a reservation, they say I think it was called in she says well we dont have your reservation in the system and then says to me we DO have yours here. So no brainer right?? I would be the one they take next right?? Well not the case! She then asks the other customers oh youve had your haircuts here before, they say yes OK well well take you next then and says to me sorry well have to reschedule your appointment. WAIT what?!?! I say this is not right, Im the one with the appointment thats actually in the system and she rudely says sorry theres nothing we can do. They definitely played favoritism, never have I been embarrassed this way, so unprofessional and now theyve lost mine and my families Spa business! Great way to treat a first time customer!!

Really like going here for massages better than anywhere else in the area
