MY FIRST TIME YESTERDAY 7/21/20. I WAS THRILLED TO HAVE DONNA CUT AND HIGH-LIGHT MY HAIR. SHE WAS WONDERFUL.

Jenny is the best! She has cut my hair for the last few years and has been very professional. Recently she styled my hair for my wedding day and she delivered again! Well beyond my expectations!

Paula is amazing and Ive had fantastic standing nail appointments every other week for almost 8 years. All the nail techs stand behind their work. Paula does outstanding work and has the newest shellac colors and keeps up on techniques. I have been very happy!

Lisa is the best! My hair color was so messed up by someone else at a different salon. I was recommended to Lisa for color correction. She didnt promise perfection, but wow did she ever deliver it! I couldnt believe I was looking at my own hair in the mirror when she was done. That was nearly 2 years ago and I havent let anyone else touch my hair since. The salon itself is a no frills, nothing fancy place, but who cares. Im not there paying for a spa day. I just want awesome hair from Lisa. Picture is before/after my color correction.

Best salon I have ever been to. I get my hair, nails, and eyebrows done here and I have never left disappointed. In fact, I would not ever go to another salon again. Lisa and Erma have both worked on my hair and they are both equally AMAZING AND EXTREMELY TALENTED stylists - as are all the staff here. I would give this salon more than five stars if I could.

Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, clean shop! Coffee, tea, wine, and cookies always available while getting waxed or a haircut. Nail techs always able to apply your ideas to your nails, reception staff is super friendly!

I am so picky when it comes to who cuts and colors my hair, but the ladies here are PHENOMENAL when it comes to cut and color. Ive had terrible experiences elsewhere (when I first came in my hair was destroyed and green, not intentionally either) and I walked out of here with my hair healthy, shiny and beautiful. My hair stylist even stayed after hours to finish up my hair, exceptional service in my eyes, and i will forever only go here.

Great staff and stylists. They are so friendly it makes me feel like family. My stylist is fantastic and would never go anywhere else. We are about to move and I will still make the commute.

NOT WORTH the$$. Unqualified to do a simple Angle Bob cut. Spend your $45 somewhere where they do what you want instead of what they want.

Erma is fantastic! I asked for a not so simple color and she came through! Highly recommend her. The picture with the filter just enhances the color (the sun made it look faded). The other picture was taken 3 weeks later. Color lasts and is starting to fade beautifully!

I have always been treated very good at Creations Salon. All the people are very friendly and they do excellent work, both the beautician and the nail technicians.

Went in for a consultation with Lisa. Was not happy at all with her. She was very rude. She barely answered my questions, I had to squeeze answers out of her. Not to mention I had to follow her around the salon and talk to her while she’s doing highlights on someone. I made that appointment for that consult fair and square, you could’ve at least sat with me for about 15 mins and gave me some of your attention. I couldn’t even get my point across to her from all the distraction, People kept interrupting. She basically didn’t want me to waste her time from the way she was talking to me. And I know I don’t have perfect hair and need color correction done for my color, but you did not have to be so rude while talking to a possibly new client.

1 star just so I can write this negative review about their service and how they let me walk out with my hair atrocious. Looks like its half done like I could only afford half a hair do. Then they said they would refund me. Then call back saying they wont. The manager is just as rude as the lady, I understand people can mess up hair but take responsibility and make sure I leave happy, I most definitely did not, I tried to get blonde highlights and she made me look like half a skunk and left all my roots gray which I specifically wanted colored.

Lisa and Erma are the best. Flat out. Really good service from them both and Lisa is truly talented, she refuses to color your hair unless its in good health and shell make sure it get there.

So I went to go get consulted by Lisa. The first thing she said was wow you have a lot of hair & it’s long. Which I am very aware of, my hair is up to my waist line but this is a salon they should be use to it you deal w hair on the daily.She asked me what I wanted which was an beylage, ombré. She started off by saying that it would take up to 9 hours to do, so I was like ok I guess.....& then she said it would cost $900 to do, & that she charges $100 an hour.She also said “ask anyone, that is the price I charge.”She also mentioned that she charges $900 because what other stylist do is the matter of 3-5 sessions is what she does all at once. & what other stylist do in a matter of sessions would eventually come out to $900, but what didn’t make sense to me was MY HAIR WILL GROW OUT & I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK TO GET IT RETOUCHED, so it would be well over $900+.I ended up leaving. If you want to empty your bank in one session this is your go to place!

I worked with Lisa who had the worst customer service. Ive never experienced such horrible service as I did with her. I was being extremely nice to her and her attitude and behavior was very cold and disrespectful. I will not be returning here and I will make sure my friends and family know about their services since we all attend this salon

Went there yesterday with a friend. You people are so rude.

Erma ruined my hair and charged me 3x what any other salon would charge...even a high end salon wouldnt come close to what she charged me. I showed her a picture of hair from one of the classes she helped out with for Lisas balayage boot camp yet she made my hair 1 color, platinum blonde (not at all what I wanted). She had bleach in my hair for over 7 hours! I kept asking if she was leaving it on for too long because I didnt want to be too blonde yet her and Lisa claimed it was fine. When she finally showed me the final product it was white with blotchy spots all over. They tried lying and saying it was the light but I kept taking pictures to show them it wasnt just the lighting. Lisa tried to tone it down but it made it more blotchy. I was so mentally and physically exhausted after being at the salon for 9 hours (I was only asked once about an hour into my apppinyment if I wanted water). I was then charged over $300 for hair that I never wanted. Erma is extremely unprofessional and she should not have her own chair. I was disgusted that she charged me for her mistakes and had me sit for hours with bleach in my hair while she took other clients. The salon is dirty, out of date, and unprofessional. Do not let them ruin your hair too.

Love this place! From the stylists to nail techs.

Prices are reasonable, however the salon is borderline unprofessional. No one was rude mean by any means, however the staitions were a mess, and definitely not a spa experience. I went in for a trim and maybe some more layers. I left with very choppy very blunt layers and two holes in my hair, not to mention it was completely wet as I left. I mentioned I usually can let my hair air dry because I dont have time to blow dry it and I tend to wear it wavy with product. I left with wet undone hair and no product. Perhaps I should have said something at the time, however my usuall experience with salons is much different. Never have I left a salon with out them doing something to my hair, even if its wet and wavy they usually put product in and try to help the wavy process. I called a different salon the next morning to see if I could get fit in for a fixer cut and luckly I did. The moment I sat down in the chair, before I could say anything the stylist notices how blunt and choppy and uneven it was. She noticed how there were two holes in the cut as well. She fixed and blended everything out as well as she could, now its a just going to have to be another long process of growing some of it out again. Needless to say, unfortunately I will not be going back to this salon. Sometimes people have off days or are distracted( which the stylist seemed to be. Talking to her co working the entire time instead of paying more attention to myself and the cut). Maybe others have gone and had great experiences, this was just not the case with me. Maybe it was miscommunication on my part as well, Im not really sure. Just be sure to tell them exactly what you want and the style of cut you want( point cut, razer and blended.. ect.)
