Mr. Wagner’s auctions have always been a great experience! During the last 2 auctions I participated in, his crew that interacted with me, were wearing masks and my items were brought out to me. With having a high risk household, I truly appreciated the effort and concern. All of the pickups I’ve experienced (before and after Covid) have been smoothly handled. He is my absolute favorite and will be the first I call if ever in need of liquidating an estate.Margaret

Auctioneer is ignorant and irresponsible. Be aware he and his crew do not use any Covid precautions such as masks and distancing. My polite and simple request to wear a mask was rudely rebuffed. Told me to get someone else to pick up winnings who wasnt worried about Covid. Keep that in mind especially if you are high risk for serious disease. His pathetic attitude is advertised at the top of his auctions where he tells you DO NOT Bid if you are paranoid about Covid. I would stay away from someone such as this that cares so little about his customers.

Tommy Wagner is very professional and honest. I have purchased several items from his online auctions and have been pleased with the way his system works. He makes it easy for you to physically view the items as well as view photos and descriptions online. The terms of sale and pickup are clearly stated on the website giving you ample time to decide if you can bid and pickup up at the designated time and place.

I tried the online auction for the first time and these folks were awesome! They were very helpful when I picked up my items, very friendly and professional! Looking forward to the next auction! Thanks so much!

Had a horrible experience with one of his workers. Was going to call and let him know how rude this woman was. I was with my son and we both couldn’t believe how we were treated for asking questions about the stuff we bid on. When we got home my wife had the same questions for me. So it wasn’t out of the ordinary. This woman went high and to the right. I kept my cool and said I’d call tommy if I had any further questions. Did not want to deal with her any further. Before I could explain myself he banned me, and my wife who wasn’t even there at his auction site. Wouldn’t even let me explain what had happened. Actually hung up on me when I called him before I could get a word out. His stuff is often not described well and he is a second rate auctioneer. As a shopper, I would highly recommend buying his stuff because it goes for nothing but do your due diligence. He lies about products. I think that’s why he has so few bidders. But you can definitely get stuff cheap if you research. As a seller, I would not recommend his services at all. I don’t know how anyone makes money from using his services. He’s a rip off artist and a con man at best. Buyer beware! Seller go elsewhere, you will get more bang for your buck. He just doesn’t care about you. I think he’s burned out and just doesn’t care anymore. Just my opinion and experience. I go to 100’s of auctions and not once have I ever had a problem with anyone, I know most auctioneers personally because of this. Never met anyone as unprofessional as this man. It’s time for him to retire. He might have been good at one time. But not anymore. I loved his auctions because I know if I researched around his lying descriptions, I could usually land a killer deal. Doesn’t say much about what he does for his customers does it? No wonder nobody bids? He won’t be around much longer. Go elsewhere to sell your stuff!!! You’ve been warned. All the proof you need is to see what his stuff is selling for and then go to a reputable auctioneer and compare. Btw I got 3 rugs covered in cat feces. Had to roll down my windows just to get them home. Tried to clean them and two of them came apart. A dresser marked in great condition had a broken bottom drawer and all the bottoms were coming loose. Plus had bad water damage. So everything I bought that day was absolutely worthless. Who doesn’t put “covered in cat feces” in the description? The dresser and the rugs should have been thrown in the dump not presented the way they were. There was a reason he had the rugs rolled and taped. Stunk so bad on the way home I had to roll down the windows. The smell stayed in my van for over a week. And he bans me???? He should be banned! And he should come clean out my van for me and reimburse me for the absolute dumpster bait I bought. I also think he owes my son and I an apology for the way we were treated by a staff member of his, for hanging up on me, for banning me without getting my side of the story and for banning my wife when she wasn’t even there, and for selling me garbage that was not accurately described. It all went to the dump. Also am allergic to cats. Was sick for days after dealing with those rugs. Then having that dander and smell in my van that I had to completely clean out and sanitize. Also emailed him and told him I intended to tell everyone I know about my experience with him and he threatened to sue me. My wife and I are both Marines and good people. I kept my bearing because this woman was obviously having a bad day. We only believe we should be treated fairly. We at least deserved to tell our side of the story and given it was our first complaint ever about anything, we should have been given the benefit of the doubt. Being this guy was in the Navy you’d think he’d give us some professional courtesy and at least let us tell our side of the story. Obviously not the case. My son is 18 an he was shocked at how we were treated picking up the items as well. He Wouldn’t let any of us describe our experience. Just banned us.

I have purchased several things at the auction, great service and items description is very good. Highly recommend Tommy, he is a true professional and also a very nice person.
