I dont normally do reviews, however in this case we wanted to share the outstanding experience we had working with Phillip and his team. We had a fairly large estate to liquidate, Phillip and his team were very knowledgable on the items value and did an amazing job of staging furniture and sale items. In addition his advanced posting of our major items definitely increased the traffic and assured we sold some large items. His team did a great job with Covid protocol and crowd control. was quite overwhelming to have house full people from start to finish of the sale each day. The end result of the three day was sale was beyond impressive, we successfully sold everything and we sold everything for much greater value than we could have ever done in a yard sale. Phillip was transparent and professional to work with and we received our payment per his agreement terms.

I have been going to Philip Morgans estate sales for years. I think he and his staff are always prepared and have always treated me and my wife with great customer service.

I found Philip to be very rude. He does not have any customer service skills. He slammed a door behind me at 12:59....me saying the sale started at 1:00pm. Making smart comments the whole time about 1:00 means 1:00. When his employee had said we could go in. This was in front of other customers. The whole place was disorganized. Items not for sale should be clearly labeled or NOT out.Again I was appalled at how I was treated. I left immediately and would not ever buy from any sale he is a part of.

I saw the people running the auction of Nov. 20-22 2020 chasing off customers with their corona virus fear-mongering. They treated people like lepers, scanning them with temperature guns and yelling at people about masks. I certainly didnt feel respected or even welcome there.

This man is very nice but has no clue how to do business. He handled my father’s estate sale 9 months ago and after a bounced payment check along with endless excuses and lies i still don’t have the money he owes me! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR ESTATE SALE!! If you value your time find another business that will respect you as a customer. This one does not!

I have been to several of Phillip Morgans estate sales. I have never had anything but positive experiences every time I go to one! I find Phillip to be knowledgeable, and helpful when I have a purchase. Ill continue to patronize these sales for quite a while to come.

Phillip does do good work and he is a nice guy. What I didnt get paid for was the people that haul the left over merchandise away.

I never do reviews, but I felt like I had to on this one. Here’s the pros and cons, in case you are deciding to use Phillip Morgan Estate Sales. We hired him to do a sale for my mom’s belongings prior to putting her house on the market. The sale took place on October 12-14, 2018. We received our money from the sale 62 business days after the sale took place. The contract says we should’ve received it in 25. That was after numerous phone calls, texts, and messages sent to him and threatening to get others involved if need be. The first payment (partial) came 53 business days after with the final payment coming through Paypal on the 62 business day. He had said he would pay a little more than our agreed upon percentage because of our trouble--that didn’t happen, but we were honestly just glad to be done. To put it in perspective: we had the house cleaned, carpet cleaned, listed with a realtor, pumped the septic, and closed on the sale of the house before we received the money from this sale which took place before all of that. If you dig a little deeper and research this company, you will find numerous people making the same claims. Fortunately for us, it was not a lot of money from the sale that we were waiting on. The pros are that he does show up on time, organizes the materials nicely, and prices things well. However, if you plan or need to get paid as the contract states, you may find yourself in the same situation as my family and others have experienced.

PM estates has not been forthright in their handling of our sale, Jan. 456, 2019. We have not yet received our funds since January. Waiting five months has been a nightmare. Promises made at each contact and .... nothing. If your planning a sale I recommend you look elsewhere this firm is not professional and does not live up to its obligations.

This is for ripping people off.
