When you pay for combo 2 its worth the pay car gets very detailed enough to coat your car inside and out also tires and rim clean its worth it

II have been to many Many car wash I definitely can say this is one of my favourites. The only thing I did not like That they charge you for little package of Air freshener Which I gave away. And to keep It real with everyone. I am used to them spraying the air freshener in my car it lasts a lot longer To me everyone has their preference. But as far as doing a excellent job on your car I have to give them Excellent. But I must say be ready to wait Because it definitely took them a while but it was worth the weight. I bought the hand wash Which cost me $25.

I went in for a car wash last week. It was around 4:30pm so I understand they were closing. However, they did a horrible job washing my car. As soon as I got in and drove off I looked around and saw that they hadnt even vacuumed. I would have turned around but I had to go to work. I called immediately and the owner or woman who works the register told me to come back the next day. Being that I live 20 minutes away and had work I told her Id try but she said shes take care of it. The next day came and I couldnt make it back. Plus, why should I have to go back the next day? There should be a window of time at my convenience not theirs. I called back today Tuesday and asked if I could bring it in as its my day off. Its been about 4 business days since I was last there, I went in on Thursday. She told me since a week has passed she would not be able to wash my car again and she could give me $10 off. I spent $40 on a wash with tip. Whether I took it in the next day or even a week later it would need to be washed. It was a basic wash. I definitely wont be back and I dont recommend this place as they did a horrible wash for the price!

Went in for a wash, told the attendant that my car has power side mirrors and showed him where the button was at. I closed the mirrors for them when I went inside to pay. When I got my car the mirrors were open but noticed that the passenger side mirror didnt look quite right attempted to close the mirrors and the passenger side one did not close attempted to reset it by cycling the mirrors a few times but didnt work. Pointed this out to the cashier and they sent someone out to see what I was talking about. Once he saw the mirror not working he then right away was saying that they are not responsible for any issues and they dont know if I brought my car in broken already. Been going here for a while and have noticed that the service has been going down for a while. Another person before me was complaining about something right when I was going to pay, needless to say Im not going back again, especially since they didnt even attempt to remedy the situation in any way.

Took my brand new vehicle to get done as they have done a good job on my other vehicle previously. I paid for services that were not going to be performed because the attendant very rudely said I have to pay more when it was there error as I paid for it. The worst part is they did not use the correct towel to wipe the inside and scratched the black console in my vehicle. My new vehicle now has scratches all over the console. Beware of the work they do. I will not be taking any of my vehicles back!!!!

This review is long overdue but Ive been coming here for a few years and they always do a really good job. Wait can sometimes be long depending on the day/time but I usually call ahead and see what the wait time is. were good to go. The rest of the staff is also really welcoming. Highly recommend !!! -dont forget to tip lol

Prices are very reasonable. They have a stamp program for every time you come you get one stamp, with the 10th car wash being free. Been coming here for years, the owner is beyond sweet is the reason why I keep coming. Great customer service and they got snacks!

I went for an interior and exterior detailing but end up being a rip off, the same dust was in my car and outside, it was still the same. What a waste of money. Never going again.

I have been coming to this wash for over two decades now, and seen the price climb, climb and climb higher, with seemingly less care being taken in how all my cars are detailed. Especially for the super high cost of any wash nowadays. They frequently leave my windows and mirrors undried/cleaned properly, and always mess with my vents in the interior so I have to reposition them every time I get back in my car. Management and owners are always so welcoming, nice, polite and ultra friendly though! I do highly recommend this wash place!!!

My husband usually washes his car there, but he doesnt care much about details, but I do. This is the second time I take my car there to wash and the work is not 100%. Last Saturday I took my Jeep to wash and it looks like they didnt even use a vacuum in the trunk. unfortunately I only saw it when I got home, the fenders are not washed, and other little things inside the car that they didnt do well. So I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. 😤😤

Staff was friendly but wash was bad at best. Hood and windshield weren’t cleaned correctly. Floor mats weren’t even touched. Cup Holders and center console still dirty. Over all not worth the money. Glad I don’t live around here this was the ”best” rated car wash in town.

Prices are always going up, and the quality of work is getting worse. Dash board is almost always never cleaned correctly. You might as well bring youre own towel and cleaning spray, because there interior cleaning that they offer sucks.

My go to wash for downtown Riverside. Car always feels nice and fresh after. Expect a little bit of a wait since they hand wash and there is usually a line. Good pricing and service.

Always a GOOD JOB

I called to ask if they wiped the inside down good and vacuumed thoroughly, and the lady at the front seat said Yes. I even paid an extra 7$ to have them spray wax which they didnt do. They do not vaccume good and dont wipe everything down. There was 3 people working on my car and the job was still horrible. Will not be going here again. My car wasnt even that dirty to begin with, but it wasnt done right so I do not recommend going here.

Not the best car wash Ive been to but theyre normally acceptable. Lately it has been less than that. Ill come back but for now Ill try another car wash.

Great service for a reasonable price. my car was filthy since I had to take my dogs to the vet and groomers. nose marks and hair everywhere. it was about an hour wait at lunch time so I walked and grabbed some food. came back in about an hour and my car was done and looked great. no dog hair or nose marks! outside was shiny and clean too! will definitely come back!

Only gave this location one star because thats the only way I could leave a review. After tipping the staff 30% and paying extra for interior cleaning, I came to the car that looked like they forgot to vacuum. Cup holders hot wiped. Asked if they could please vacuum again. Guy refused. Went inside and brought the owner out. She went over the car, noted on the door where there was still water. Cat was taken back, came out with a huge scratch, made by something plastic on the door. The guys excuse was your car isnt brand new! Are you kidding me!!!!? My car is 4 years old, and has zero damage! What in the world is wrong with people?

After using this car wash for years, time to call it quits. The past few months they have done a shoddy job of cleaning and vacuuming, my back seat floor mats disappeared at the car wash, and today they hastily removed my NEW and carefully placed dash board cover! They USED to be the best car wash in town, but sorry to say they are now circling the drain!

They really didnt pay attention to detail as far as the inside of the car the outside was mediocre

Always friendly, fast service, and do way better than I’d do myself. Easy trek to coffee or breakfast right down the street. And strangely, a wide selection of greeting cards inside the pay area. Not mad at the massage chair inside the main building.

I understand they have signage to address that there is a chance for damages but instead of putting up signage they should fix the issue with a simple inspection before use. That would at least help their customers identify issues that may not have been known and prevent cracks all together. Its a win win. Now my new car has a crack in the windshield and all they can say is that they have signage! Terrible business practice.

My trunk still had leaves in it and they didnt vacuum it. Where I close my door on the inside there is still crumbs. The chrome on my handles wasnt wiped. Lack of attention to detail. It didnt seem like a good job at all.

Most car washes miss something or many things bc they are so busy they are just rushing through each car. Came this morning(Saturday) at about 9:30a and there was a wait as this place was busy. They did a very thorough job. Very pleased.

At first I wasnt happy as it was expensive ($20) but totally delighted my car was clean & shiny inside & out. They did a great job!

A friend went here. Hardly vacuumed the inside and didnt offer to wash out her floor mats. Wash was good. Inside treatment was below average. Decently priced tho

Luxury Car Wash down the street is definitely better and cheaper. I asked one of the workers if he could put the shine on my tires and he flat out told me no even after I offered to pay for it. I chose to take my brand new car here and left disappointed .

Best place I have found to get a good wash and hand dry. I have been going here for years. I have tried other places and while they are not perfect they are the closest to perfect I have tried. They have seating inside the building and outside. Drinks and munchies for purchase as well as items for your vehicle. Yes, you can get a hand wax here too. I spent about $27 for an SUV with a tip.

Nicks and a scratch on tint. Manager did not look closely. Dismissed any reasoning. Tek the manager only gave refuned. Told me to not come back. Wow...I have never had a problem until today. On 10/25/2018.Be careful with these guys. I hate to say...

About a month ago I went to get a car wash here while I was waiting I heard what sounded like a hit little did I know it was something done to my car not only did they not let me know what had happened but now I have a squeaking back door when its being opened so thank you for that...i didnt even bother going and asking for an explanation because obviously if they didnt let me know what had happened they are not going to own up to what they did...First and Last time I come here definitely do not reccomend this place!WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THIS NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF POSSIBLE!
