They do a great job. Polite, friendly & thorough. Inside has TVs, snacks, drinks, games & a message chair. Claudia is the cashier & oversees everything & she is very knowledgeable and friendly.The manager is awesome too, always making sure your satisfied & more with their service & his carwash crew.Ive had the pleasure of briefly meeting the Owner as well & he is obviously a leader by example.The guys are diligent & any specific requests you may have as to the cleaning of your car, they handle.

One of the worst business. 30$ down the gutter. Its as good as just spraying water. I still have same spots same everything. Interior also the same. I really dont know what they cleaned. The only thing I can see cleaned are my wheels.

I got the Manager’s Special. They didn’t do a good job wiping the dash down. The windshield and windows still have dirty spots. It cost $40.00 + tip and expected a better job

They are OK. Ive been there several times before. I just wish they cleaned the inside if the cars, as good as they clean the outside. I always have to ask them to clean something they missed, like the door slots, cupholders or the center by the gear shift. Those are simple, quick areas to wipe down, yet are always getting missed.

OMG!! I havent seen service like this since the good old days when the attendant would pump your gas, wash your windows, check your fluid levels and check the air pressure in your tires. I went to University Auto Spa in Riverside with my Service Dog while my son was taking a class. I was standing out front because there was shade and it was hot out. Not only did they wash my car, they brought me a folding chair to sit on and a bowl of water for my dog. Then when I moved around to the side thinking my car might be finished soon, they moved the chair around for me.I WAS VERY IMPRESSEDTHANK YOU for restoring my faith in the service industry.

I love their attention to my 2010 cad. My car always looks like new after they are done with it.

It took them 1:30 minutes not enough water to wash off the soap, not enough employees

Took me 30 mins before closing got a clay bar done and happy with how it came out.

My husband took our car to get washed and the workers broke the gas door completely off and then pretended they didn’t know anything about. When my husband asked them for the door they kept going around the question until one of the workers took the door out of the back of the car seat, where they hid it. Accidents happen but the way this was handled was not professional and just straight up shady. I have tried to talk to the owner to get paid for damages but he keeps dodging my calls and does not talk to me directly. I have given them weeks to contact me but nothing. When I try to call, they don’t answer my phone call. I would just say that if you’re going to get a service here be prepared to have your car damaged or broken. Definitely not coming back and I hope the owner gets back to soon because the damage to my car was not worth the wash.

Very Unprofessional, Tries to make you pay more once you’ve paid. Paid more for not using the rail car wash.

I was just here for an interior shampoo estimate. But evidently the banner is 3 years old and so are the prices! The guy(had an accent), said the prices are wrong and it’s actually $160! Waste of time for a bait and switch.

I have been there twice now. Both times I got the managers special. Overall, they did a good job cleaning my cars in a reasonable amount of time. For the price and quality, I was very satisfied both times. One of the cars I had cleaned was my wifes, and she was satisfied with the job as well. I will come back.This is an update to my previous post above.I downgraded the rating from 4 to 2 stars. I have been there now numerous times (at least 10 times), and I have to say that the last 2-3 times it has gotten worse. I usually get the managers special, which is pretty cheap and therefor my expectations are not very high. I definitely do not expect anything that I would get for 100+ dollar car detail. However, lately, they have done a poor job by just cleaning the basics such as cupholders, stains on the inside of the car door or a poor job with vacuuming the seats. I guess its time to find another car detailing place.

Today, I drove up to a friendly atmosphere. The owner greeted me with a smile that says it all. As I waited, I was offered coffee. The customer service was superb. My car was clean and I left with a smile.

1 month old 2021 off the lot first wash since the dealer washed it and i left here with scratches on my truck thanks to this car wash

Excellent job on renovation. Owner is a super nice down to earth salesman. Makes excellent recommendations on what service you should purchase. I recommend the managers special. This really brings out the true colors of the paint. Ive been bringing my cars here for ten years. When I leave Im satified with the quality of work I get.

Very happy they do an amazing job

I took my vehicle to this location and they stole the loose change from my cup holder. When I confronted them about the issue,they only returned the pennies. The manager got mad and said his employees never steal and refused to resolve the issue. In addition, they left many areas of my car dirty and had over all horrible customer service. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. If I had a choice I would give them NEGATIVE five stars.

Newly Remodeled, if I had my vehicle I would go there and wash my vehicle, the cashier there has a bright smile that almost brightens up my day... :D Anyway the owner went though a lot to get it operational, Ive watched the progression and im amazed by what was done to the place! Mad props to the people that got it operational! Even though it took a while, better late then never! Dont ever give up keep on progressing!

Paid $45 for managers special. Then had to punt out several obvious things he missed. He didnt even use window cleaner on windows. He used his same dirty rag. So windows were very streaked. Very disappointed. When we asked him about it, he just said they were very short handed.

I brought my Nissan Roque that needed a good wash, had too much dirt, after about 25 minutes I got a clean shiny car back and was extremely happy with the service. Certainly worth the price, I even tipped a young man Andres who did a great job with my car. I will return.

This is my favorite place in Riverside since it recently opened. I get my truck detailed there and I never have to tell them to fix anything. These guys take their time and do the job thoroughly.

Best car wash ever in riverside California. Very detail for my car. I have water spot in my car. After go through automatically car wash three time still came out dirty. Fortunately, after go to University Auto Spa. My car came out shiny like a diamond. I encouraged everybody have to go here, or at least stop by. They treat your car like VIP and inside the store are boom as well.

Got there at approx 1050am. Left at noon. However, even though they were short staffed, the gentleman who worked on my car was great. Very thorough, immaculate cleaning. I drove to utah and back recently and i honestly thought i would have to go home after the wash and use bug and tar remover. But i didnt have to, he already did it. Keep up the great work. Just one suggestion: hire more people. I was here Monday nov 11, 2019.

I was there just yesterday and was super excited to go here since it’s super close to my house. I admit, i got there around 4:20 and they close at 5, however, they did a horrible job. I believe they were trying to rush to get out of there so like 3 guys worked on my car. I got a package that included tire cleaning, and my tires weren’t even touched. I had to point out spots that still had water so they could dry it. And lastly, i dont know what was used to clean my front window, but it looks like it was smudged with some sort of white stuff. Overall, not satisfied, especially for the price i paid.

Expensive and the staff did not do a good job. Will not visit again.they charged me $5 extra because I drive a crossover, most places dont charge extra for a crossover and if they do its only $2.

My car was pretty dirty. The leather seats were a bit torn, carpet was disgusting and the headlights needed to be cleaned. I paid $210 for full detailing; they did a great job with the headlights and the carpet. They cleaned the cupholders amazingly but my seats were destroyed by whatever chemical they added, the change on the cupholders was missing as well as CDs on the side of the door. I will definitely not come here again... my word against theirs, cant file a police report on this.

Get your car or truck washed here! It is a quality hand wash. They are friendly and professional with a mind of detail to your wash of your vehicle. I paid $17 for my full size Silverado truck before ten in the morning. At the car wash at 14th and Magnolia they wanted $23. It comes with vacuuming and inside wipping of interior.

Disappointed with the service. Had a long wait, seemed they didn’t have enough employees to work today. They were in rush because the car wasn’t completely dried, the windows were spotted, they half-vacuumed the inside and the car was left with spots of whatever they used to dry it or cleaned it with. For what i paid for, too expensive for bad service. I won’t be going back.

Do not go to this place! They are thieves and they do a crappy job! They charged me 25 dollars to wash my truck and did a very crappy job spots all over the place! Than I brought in a 1986 Cadillac Fleetwood. The guy starts trying to sell me a buff and clay bar and wax buy buffing a small piece of my trunk already forcing the sale on me because I cant leave half of my trunk waxed than he tells me they usually charge $300 but hell give it to me for $250.he than dropped it to $230 Like I said he waxed half of my trunk so I was already forced. Now I looked at my side mirror and theres clay stuck in the crevice! For 230 dollars I dont wanna see a single spot but hey I got screwed silly me I was just excited about my new car and he saw that and took advantage! Thieves! Dont go to this place!
