Slow and poor job. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

True hand washing and an excellent waiting area. Highly recommended

The employees were professional and pleasant, but thats about it on the positives. It took an hour and 45 minutes to have my car completed- although it looked like they spent 2 minutes on the inside. Dog hairs left on the back seat, front console looked untouched/uncleaned, and floor mats were not taken out and the floor underneath was left dirty. Disappointed to say the least and will not be giving them my business in the future.

Polite staff. Quick service. Car was wayyy cleaner than I had expected when they were done. I was even able to have the car washed with a roof box attached.

Information on the internet said they were open till 4. Got there at 2:40 and was told they were closed. Employee said they close at 3. I said they should still be open, was told they need time to clean up to close on time. Also extremely high gas prices.

Very poor car wash! I am still waiting and it has been an hour. When I asked about already waiting an hour, the attendant behind the counter rudely said”huh it has been10 minutes” and wouldn’t listen to me just mumbled and waved his arms to another employee. Very RUDE! Unprofessional! Never coming back, been here before and they are always slow. It appears to be a lack of employees and poor management!

Great. The super wash was perfect for sprucing up my car. The wait wasnt too long and there were plenty of places nearby to hang out in during that hour.

I just went there this morning. They were very efficient. My car was very dirty and I was in a bit hurry. They cleaned my car in 20 min, both inside and outside. The carpets and the seats are vacuumed and the windows and mirrors are shiny. Definitely worth $14.

I always come here to get My Lulu washed (my car). They are so kind and willing to do what you ask, Ive only been here on Mondays and Thursdays, before 9:00am for the early bird specials, they are fast and very detailed when getting car washed, the staff inside, there all so pleasant, just a wonderful place for a car wash

Worst carwash i have ever been to. I am currently at an hour wait and my car has not even made it through the wash yet. Not only that, but their customer service is terrible and its $20 for a simple wash. Save your time! Drive somewhere else to wash you car. In fact, its probably faster doing it yourself!

Told me it would be 45 minutes. Now been an hour and twenty minutes. They are not crowded just understaffed. $15 plus tip and 90 minutes of my day wasted. Complained to staff and was told it takes time. My car did not even go in assembly line for 45 minutes. Do not come here ever!

Didnt vacuum my seats. Barely vacuumed my carpet. Didnt dry the car so it looked dirty immediately after drying in the sun. Definitely wont be going back nor would I recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT get your car washed here!! I have been going here for 2 1/2 years and loved the carwash. In fact recently bought an unlimited carwash package for both of our cars...that is a $900 a year investment. I have probably spent close to $2000 in car washes here. I have recommended it everywhere I go, work, the gym, family and the list goes on. BUT NO MORE...this last Sunday I dropped my car off to get washed and I went to the Canyon Crest Athletic Club (my normal routine). When I returned to get my car there was bumper damage. The bumper had stress fractures and the license plate was crushed. I am meticulous with my car and notice everything, as most of us are. I removed my gym bag from the trunk to go to the gym and the car was not damaged. When I returned, obvious, noticeable damage. Needless to say I lost my mind, I’m like “what happened? That wasn’t here when I left it!” The employees all threw up their hands wasn’t me, wasn’t me! The owner offered to pay half my $500 deductible, which is fairly generous but I don’t feel a carwash should cost me $250 out of my pocket. Who would take their car to any carwash if they expected to pay half their deductible in case of damage?? No one! I am going to pay my own damages as I feel the owner should pay all, or pay nothing. Again, avoid this place! If something happens to your car you’ll be paying for it yourself!

Should have just rinsed it off at home and saved money.....

Bad service and they broke my navigation knob on my HU while cleaning it. Good luck trying to prove that. Not a hand wash..

This Car wash Sucks!! Dont waste your money or time here.I waited over an hour to get the car washed that doesnt include all the drying and cleaning inside.

Terrible service and I havent even had my car washed there. Ive tried going to this car wash 3 times, every time is within the business hours, they always close early!!! If you are going to close at 3 on Saturday when your supposed to be open until 5, why dont you switch your hours on your website.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE GUY INSIDE THE STORE.

The rudest person Ive ever had to deal with; and hes the owner! Had my car washed and was treated as if I was bothering them. I asked for cash back to tip the car-wash guys and they refused. No wonder everyone seems as if theyre miserable working here.

Terrible service! The owner is a steaming pile of cow plops! I will never go back and suggest that you all stay away!
