Waited in line & the cashier moves to another register & just looks at me. She then says are u ready? So rude! I can go somewhere else to fill up & get what I need with an appreciation & a Thank you for paying for her job! Horrible👎

Hey manager, one of your employees couldnt provide me with a time when I requested to speak to you she said Find out. I have filed a formal complaint through Chevron so contact me as such. The girl you have there in the morning is very rude and disrespectful, when I asked to see a manger she said she was in charge and continue to be rude. I understand I dress a certain was and was discriminated against so maybe that why she took up that attitude but Im not going there to be disrespected or for someone to be rude to me over an exchange of a defective product. Their customer service is unacceptable.

Spent $60 on gas and $13 on a car wash here on 8/8/21 at 3:20pm, half the brushes in the car wash didn’t work. I went inside to get a refund or a voucher for a another car wash and I was told I gotta go outside and tell the car wash guy to come inside and let her know cause she was too lazy to go out herself or call him up. Never got either a refund nor a voucher for a free car wash. So rude and lazy never coming back here again.

Chevron closes their bathrooms during a pandemic. How we supposed to wash away the coronavirus from our hands? Chevron is part of the problem.

BEWARE: many people are reporting getting their credit card info stolen at this location. This has been going on for months and they still haven’t fixed the problem.

This place is a scam, they charge me for car wash when I do not ask for it.I want may money back, they didn t want to take responsability.I ask for manager phone # and the chamila cashier said that she do not know it.I wonder if the manager knows what is going on with this cashier. They basically are stealing people money.Charging for not request service and no refund the money back.

Good service, location....prices are high, but the worst part is the card skimmers/fraud. ive had numerous cards skimmed at this place.

Easy access, clean and well run

Love this gas station always fully stocked and great workers. Carolina always greets me and is a great friendly worker who always makes me feel appreciated. Also Eduardo is a hard worker who is always smiling. Good place to stop by to fill up your tank or get some snacks!

I typically come here on my way home from work. I had gotten used to the rudeness from the younger girl at the register, but today this location has lost my business. The girl working the shift at 6 PM 3/3/2021 needs to learn customer service.

Been going her for years and have loved the service. However, on a recent visit I used their car wash and it broke off a piece of my car. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner I was refused and was referred to the sign that states “we are not responsible for damage.” Quite unfortunate considering I spend hundreds here every month. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere from now on, especially considering their higher than average gas prices. I would avoid this location if you can, better services and prices just down the street at 76.

Great service without even having purchased anything

The carwash is out of service, they put a tiny sign on the pump. I bought a wash then saw the sign. They refused to refund the wash.

Carolina was so sweet! Awesome variety of snacks and drinks. Would definitely come again.

They skimmed my debit card. They said they were updating the system. 1 day later, my card was used at another Chevron in LA. Avoid this place. Inside job.

Their car wash is good if your car is already clean, other than that my car just looked like it got water sprayed on it.

Nice decent place.clean.good service in the afternoon. Really like one of the employees their .really good looking chick and great attitude(tall and sexy)😁😀 .makes me go back each time around 1pm.Been their after 9pm and is all bad .dude has attitude feel like smacking THE F*** out of him.

Went and bought LotteryScratchers I noticed I was a ticket short I called and the person that helped me said I must of droped it I know I didn’t drop it they were still stuck together so how did I drop it never again will I go their rude and unprofessional

I’m not in a happy mood right now. I went in to pay for gas and the not so nice cashier didn’t even tell me my card was decline and I went out to put gas in my car looking dumb and when I went in to say something he straight up gave me attitude saying my card was decline. He was being racist with me and my boyfriend and another employee name charmy was completely ok with it. We will be going in tomorrow to make an even more complaint about this with the owner since we were told he would be in. Please get nicer employees this wasn’t right

Worst gas station ever, take an extra minute and find somewhere else because this place is awful. Unclean, terribly small selection of goods, and the employees are miserable nasty girls- worst customer service experience of my life.....this place really needs to make some changes.

I didnt know how to file a complaint against the business so I thought I just write a review. The reason for the 2 star, I was in here earlier and they have a soda and hotdogs 2 dollar deal. Yea they are hot dogs from a gas station but whatever. When I opened a hot dog it looked more a veggie dog. There were not any postings saying we these kind of hot, nothing even saying the kind of hot dogs they do have. So without touching the hot itself I put it back in and went for another one thinking since this one is on the opposite side must be different, I was wrong and it looked like a veggie dog. So again without touching the hot dog itself I put it back and tried one more time. When I grab that, an older lady came out said you cant just open them you have to pay for all of them now. I ask ok well do you know what kind of hot dogs these are because i dont think these are normal hot dogs and there is no signs, she responded, I dont know but you have to buy them, i told her absolutely not and walked away. The only reason they didnt get a one star is because a younger woman about in her late 20z helped me at the counter and she was extremely nice and understood after I apologize for the outburst and she was extremely nice. She saved this place from getting a 1 star, short older lady is a terrible employee and should not be working there.

Clean, nice beer selection, great staff, and the works car wash does a really good job.

Unfortunately there is no way to pay for the carwash. Their equipment is broken or the attendant is ignoring the intercom, no refunds for a non-working carwash. Lost $8. Everything else was fine.

WARNING!!!! I would give no stars at all if I could. Watch out for the employee named Ralph. He tried pocketing my money by trying not to return my change after the pump was only pumping $9 out of $45 that I gave him cash. Once I mentioned I was calling the cops, he automatically gave in and slammed my change on the counter pissed off. Could have totally sued them.
