Great place. They got my van in quickly. I rented a car for a week as I thought it would take that long. Diagnosed it the next day with estimate. I authorized the work and they called me the next day as it was all done. Bill was as they estimated! Turned my rental car in early! 🙂 $$$

I found US Autocare through RepairSmith.com, and they did an awesome job! Based on the requests that I had asked for (given I wasn’t sure if I needed some of them or not), they did only what was needed and didn’t go for the money. They really care about your safety and the condition of your vehicle, and they will only do what needs to be done and give any recommendations that can be done at a later time. Amazing service and knowledge go a long way, and they’ve got it!

Very pleased with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service provided by US Autocare (they should become a franchise), provided by the new owners. I knew the previous owner (Import Car Experts) from my network group, and happily referred business to him. I am glad his location, now, is still under the ownership of a dedicated, trustworthy, and knowledgeable source.

They gave me an honest opinion for the work I needed done on my car and patient with questions I had. On a previously owned car of mine they gave quality with a smile so that’s while I come back to this shop for my auto needs.

Super friendly and know how to smile to your face. I dont care about the fake customer service, though. Had my car for 13 consecutive days to fix an issue with valve body and replace a gasket. Drives no different now than when I brought it in. They lost part of my key chain, and gave me no other information about maintenance plan or inidentifying overall car health, despite hours of being charged for diagnostics. Plus now one of my tires is a Brdgestone? This felt more like a sick game than a car repair, but at least they smiled while they took my keys and returned them with no real information or answers.
