Jerry is a hero! Got a flat tire in the middle of the night and he just happened to still be in his shop working late after hours (because he such a hard worker). Didn’t have to open his door or offer me any help, I had planned on leaving the car over night till the morning to get help. Instead he came out, helped me get off my stripped lug nuts and got my spare on! Saved my night, and did what two Triple A technicians couldn’t! 10/10 returning and recommending!

I tried to schedule an appt over the weekend and was waiting for some type of confirmation. None received on Monday. So I called and no voicemail available. Phone call was just disconnected. Not professional. Not cool.

Well, guess this places customer service is highly over rated. Called to find out if they perform a service. The phone just rang and rang. Finally someone answered. I asked if they changed out flywheels, the guy says could I repeat my question. He mumbles something, I tell him I didnt understand what he said and could he repeat it. He just hangs up instead. So much for excellent reviews with this place. If i could give it less than one star I would

Excellent, honest, and quick service. Major repair work. With head gasket leak, head was machined, valve adjustments, radiator replaced, and other things in 4 days at a very reasonable price.

Jerry didnt ask me to write a review for his work but I want to do so. My Toyota Sienna suddenly was not working: power window, power seat, gear shift were dead plus a jump start problem with an engine light on. So the van was towed to Jerrys Auto Repair shop two days ago. Jerry tried his best to diagnose the problem, after the batter was replaced, the car was still not working with the same problem. Eventually, Jerry found the problems were at the two big fuse boxes. Jerry with his crew didnt say to replace the boxes ($$$$) (seems minimum partsavailable from dealer store), instead, they tried smart ways and fixed the van. Amazing! They charge me reseanable fee for the repair. Again, I sincerely thank Jerry and his repair crew for their great work!
