Really slow service, usually only 1 or 2 people in the office to assist, even if you need to just make a payment, get ready to wait 1 to 2 hours per person waiting before you.

So I went in on Friday to purchase insurance, and luckily Marisa was the agent to assist me with purchasing my new plan, she laid everything out as simple as possible and answered all questions I had. Even when I was having issues forwarding some documents Marisa was patient enough to wait well after closing to finish helping me out. I dont even like buying insurance but this was an easy and some what enjoyable processes.

Horrible experience came in to get insurance yes they got me a good rate but after that day everything went down hill called to ask why my insurance had gone way up they told me were short on staff I will call you back never did 2 hours later call again and told them can you help me now they said unfortunately not, just call customer service I did and they refer back to the office I signed so I was like efffff this so I called my insurance company which is Western General and they helped me a little but still said to call the office that I signed up with and have them call underwriting and so I called Karla once again told me I will call you back get this it was already the next day so she still hadnt so I called again and by this time Im sure she need my number and knew I was calling and she left me on hold for 7min I was like maybe if I go to the office personally theyll help me well Im here on the central office were Karla the so call Manager is and she knows Im here and has not called me and has skipped me. And I know she is doing it on purpose so it can hit 5pm and tell me well sorry Western General is now closed you will have to wait which is bullshit does anybody know were I can callTo contact her Superior he/she need to know of this.
