Patrick has been the worst addition to your staff I have a client for at least 7 years and the worst service has come from him. If I request quotes. There is no reason that I should have to chase him for answers. Rude unhelpful agents. Increased my insurance bill after a month although I provided all the necessary documents. When I bought my mercury insucrance online it was 240 for six months. After a month my agent Atchley & Associates Insurance Services made it 280. Tried calling them, at that point they said if I cancel the insurance I have to pay 10% of my unpaid balance. Wow what a business policy! You give cheap rate and then you increase them and if the customer wants to leave you charge them 10%. Never happend this with my earlier insurance AAA. AAA was giving me a price of 504 per year. Now I am regretting.

Difficult to get staff to return my calls and emails. Misleading information. I feel they are very disorganized or they just didnt care. The owner was polite and eventually got involved with my insurance policy but that was after a couple of years of poor service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
