I purchased an auto insurance policy for my mother-n--law via AIS and the company was with Mercury Insurance. For some reason the policy was not issued by Mercury despite being charged to my credit card and being over 10 days. AIS agent Newy Crihfield took the time to investigate the problem....she was so professional and courteous and she was able to figure out what went wrong, and solved the problem, and e-mailed me the proof of insurance card for the vehicle....which was the main objective.I have dealt with other agents from other companies....but I must say that Newy Crihfield out did all other agents that I have had to deal with in the past. Excellent job!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Silvia Lara today. I recently bought a new car, and needed to update my policy. Silvia ran me through some questions, and I was able to get another discount, and ended up saving some significant money for a better policy on a more expensive car than I was driving. I switched from State Farm to Mercury last year and have had no problems and reduced my annual rate substantially.

Called this morning to add a new vehicle and remove the old from our policy. I was assisted by Anna Nguyen who was most helpful and pleasant to deal with. She suggested a change to our policy which will save us about $700 per year! I had temporary insurance cards emailed to me withing six minutes of ending my call with Anna.
