Where do I begin? Due to these tragic events that have been happening around the world with earthquakes, I called farmers and realized I didnt have coverage! I freaked out, called and sure enough, Claudia spent 45 minutes answering every question I had and ended up insuring my property. Ill be meeting with her again soon to possibly add my vehicles and see if we can work out a bundle deal. At the end of the day, I dont write reviews and when I do, it has to be for exceptional customer service. Thank you Claudia!

This place is a joke they are not professionals they dont know what they are doing. They dont investigate when there is an accident it is all a scam!! Claudia Torres needs to get fired!! nothing but bad experience with this insurance.
