Love the Escamilla office! Theyre always attentive!!!

Went in a couple weeks ago and was helped by an agent named Veronica she was very informative and explained coverages to me and made sure i understood everything.

Ive requested to move to another office and they refuse to. Many times I have asked them to help me with my account and it gets messed up instead of fixed, and then they blame me. They are rude ALL staff including the owner. One staff member said she was matching my energy when I was upset about her attitude and treatment.

This agent has been with me for 10 years now. I am always able to get fast answers to my questions, have updates as needed, and take the time to review my policies. They were here for me when I moved, and have called me when there was a chance to improve my rates or coverage so that I always have the best price as well as the right insurance. The people here are always helpful, polite, and available. If the office is closed, I normally get a reply to messages in less than 24 hours. Their roadside assistance program has been a lifesaver as well and unlike another company I used to have, the service is INCLUDED in my car policy free of charge, with better service!

Ive been with Allstate for over 10 years. They insure everything I own. Im a busy mom and I work full time. When I need to file a claim I dont have time to sit on hold and fill out paperwork. When I call my rep picks up and Im NEVER placed on hold. I dont fill out paperwork. They answer with what can I do for you and no worries, well take care of it for you. I have piece of mind and thats priceless. Thank you for being awesome!

I simply really love Allstate and Fernando Escamilla and his agency. Everyone is very helpful and they really know their business. I like the fact that when I call the office I always get a live person and they dont try to handle me with computer, robotic services.

Dont deal with Allstate insurance. The agents are rude and incompetent. They file insurance late or incorrect with the DMV and then they dont accept their mistake and try to correct their error.

Ive been with Allstate on my own for 15 yrs and they have always been helpful and I have great coverage. My dad was an Allstate customer since 1973!

I had accidentally let my earthquake insurance lapse. I called the office and they immediately got the paperwork to me and got it back under coverage.

Didn’t really have a good experience the last time i filed for a claim. I had to call and talk to the insurance company of the person who rear-ended me. I was expecting a ‘wow’ service since i am a client for over 15years. Didn’t get it. It was a total let down.
